I got to perform at a festival for choir!!! It was super fun but really tiring, more than six hours of staying and practicing at the same place without my usual after school rest and snack ;w;

But I did better than I've done yet on my triangle part!!! And we sounded SO HECKING COOL in the concert hall!!!! We had someone well-known in the choral department come in and direct us in the final song, where we had TEN CHOIRS who only sang together ONCE in practice earlier that day all come together ^^

(The triangle was near the piano; we also used the symbol for the song lol)

The drive there we carpooled and it was kinda long, but I was half asleep hitting the 'afternoon wall' so to speak, so it went by pretty fast ^^;

The groups there were everything from third graders to seniors, so it was really interesting to hear other choirs not from my school now that I'm in a choir myself!!! It really made me appreciate the talent of the people I sing with, and the skill of my teacher

But do you see this?!?!? THAT was part of our dinner (at 4:30/5:00, mind you the last time I ate was 10:45-11:10-)

Who thought it was corn???? Be honest please I'm hoping I'm not the only one to see it-

But it's a bANANA THAT I COULDN'T HECKING PEEL BECAUSE IT WAS SO GREEN

I COULDN'T DO MORE THAN TWO BITES BECAUSE IT MADE MY MOUTH FEEL KIND OF LIKE WHEN YOU EAT PEANUT BUTTER BUT ACTUALLY WORSE???????? LIKE EVERYTHING FELT SCRAGGLY AND MY TONGUE KIND OF CAUGHT ON MOUTH IF THAT MAKES SENSE
BLEH I CAN FEEL IT AGAIN NOW

But I mean I also got cheese pizza and a cookie and those were good so-

Oh, and to anyone else in choir it wasn't a competition festival!!! More of a collaboration event honestly, and probably a whole heck of a lot less stressful. There were seats enough for 1,800 some people, though the choirs took around half of those :3

Oh, and it was RAINING!!!!!!!! I'm so happy to have rain in the past two days~~

I have fun with the rain here lol
It's just so refreshing when you have constant sunshine and heat~~

I also have doodles, this is an art book too after all!

I'll make another chapter with more school related updates and such; gotta make sure I don't reach the picture limit even though it hasn't warned me or anything ^^
