Step 21: Draw in some stretched triangles for the spines. They should connect to the curved lines.

Step 22: Draw in some small half-circles on the bottom half of the middle line to make the little plates.

Step 23: Switch layers (or use a pen if you're using traditional) and go over all the lines you made before. Make sure that the little plates on the middle line are big enough. You can also add a tiny line of plates on the crest if you want, but it can be a little hard if you're working with traditional, since it's so small.
