Step 21: draw in some lines to mark out the plates.

Step 22: draw in the same lines for the underbelly.

Step 23: draw in the little oval-shaped scales. You can make up any pattern you want, and you can even add some on the face, unlike what I did.

Step 24: follow the line you made earlier to create the spikes that the sail will attach to.

Step 25: draw in the webs for the sail.
