This character is for aiseart contest. His name is cecil and he is a cupid.

He is quite skittish and tends to get very nervous easily. His halo is a flower crown to represent his love for nature and so is his sweater. Im not sure how to feel about his wings but they are a maroonish color. My favorite part about his design though is his freckles which are in the shape of hearts. His relation with Arlo would be that hes a good friend of his.

Hes quite skittish due to his past mistakes in his work. I haven't quite worked out those details though.
