My oc Eclipse has many and I mean MANY forms but here are most of the one's that I've made so far  ALSO all of these names are Japanese for the element they are

His Death Form Shi (It's not meant to look like bloodrune)

His Life Form (I'm Sure most of you remember her *Cough*    RandomUnicorn13 and Sans-Boy*Cough* sorry about that btw) Siekatsu 

And his Love form and the reason he likes shipping (Sometimes) Kyūpiddo (The top one is the updated version of Kyupiddo the one at the bottom is the original one ALSO Siekatsu and Kyupiddo are Best Friends)

His Fire Form Hi or Hiryū no ar-on (Hi is Japanese for Fire and Hiryū no ar-on is Japanese for Fire Dragon Roar also Eclipse's Fire form is Gender Neutral so if they want to be a girl Hi if they want to be a male Hiryū no ar-on they can be whatever they want)

His Fighting/Sword Form Either 1. Faitingu 2.Kenshi 3. Ken (Funny thing about this I was trying to do Kirito you know from Sword Art Online but every time I've tried Google Translate Breaks and my Internet goes out so I'm going to do something else but if anyone somehow can tell me what is Japanese for Kirito and when your put it back into English it spells Kirito put it in the Comments please)

UPDATED VERSION OF HIM 

Eclipse's Plant/Nature Form Either 1. Kōjō 2. Shizen 3. Shida no yuri no shokubutsu 4.Yuri
