This is my charater William they are in the bnha universe there quirk is computer as you can see they have a computer/tv as a head and are robot like but still human as they have only a few organs left but mostly wires and buttons, they can hack, get any information they what (depending on how long/much they look for) ,play videos , use there tail to charge or connect to other devices , and they can use there wires as weapons (or like error!sans's strings)
Weakness:anything harmful to electrics like water,fire,hacks anything like that
