BACK TO THE STORY..

Again together..yes..THE CARDINAL ENCHANTMENT..
They cuddled more and drifted to the sweet memory of their first meet as a couple..

FLASHBACK

Cladded in a typical green red salwar suit Khushi came out from the auto..paying the driver she took out her cell phone to call Arnav who would have probably reached by now

Two days after commitment finally Khushi asked him to meet thinking how weird her boyfriend is who didn't even once asked to meet..So she herself took the initiative and then they finally decided to meet yet not deciding the place they agreed to meet near the station's auto stand..

Khushi ringed Arnav and he received in just two rings..

Khushi-Arnav..Where are you?

Arnav-I have reached..Where are you?

Khushi-I guess..probably besides this massive bus which is advertising about some magical show in city

Arnav-Okk..wait there..m reaching there in a moment

Khushi-Okk

Agreeing she cut the call..
Khushi stood there waiting for him being excited and nervous both at the same time..The goose bumps were forming on her skin imagining the upcoming meet and just when she was about to call him again..the so called massive bus moved and there he stood with a drool worthy cute boyish smile on his face..the most beautiful part of his face..wearing a faded blue shade Tee with denim he was looking like a school boy..

Both looked at each other and the time halted for them..looks never mattered but seeing each other in the simplest dress they then and there fell in love with each other all over again..

Shyly Khushi went towards him..

Khushi-Hii

Arnav-Ya..hii

It seemed he too was nervous considering the fact that he had never dated or entertained any girl before Khushi..

She is the first girl in his life who could create a different sensation in his heart..

She is the first who holds a special place in his heart and life..

Arnav said eyeing her traditional dress aware of the fact that she had not wore these suits before-So this is what you wear for college?

Khushi making a face-Ya what to do..the college has a dress code of salwar..

Arnav-Ohh..I see

How dumb and unromantic my boyfriend is..God..who at the first meet with his girl friend asks about clothes

Great..I have an unromantic boring boyfriend
Khushi thought..

Keeping aside her nagging thoughts..She asked him

Khushi-Shall we?

Arnav-Shall we what?

Ugh..damn you grumpy..Khushi's rationale mind barked

Arnav-Did you say anything?

Khushi looked at him surprised..How could he listen to her mind talk?

Well..that much strong their bond is(blush)

Khushi composing herself said-
Shall we go somewhere and then talk?

Arnav-Is it needed..I have my classes half an hour later

Khushi with anger-Excuse me..Do you mean to say that this is all what you planned for today?

Arnav being confused-What else..You told to meet..We met..What else?

How was clueless..(Definitely this Arnie is big time dumb but he is way too cute to be angry..Right Sweets?)

Khushi asked(anger bubbling inside her)-What is the meaning of meeting with me in your dictionary exactly?

Arnav(innocently)-Well I thought that we will meet and then we will head towards our work

Khushi shouted-And this is how you thought we will meet..talking for two minutes standing in the middle of the road and then siyonara..wow

Arnav-Why are you bickering at our first meet?

Khushi-No..that's okk..let's go then

Arnav-Hey please don't be angry..m sorry..actually

Khushi-What?(raising her eyebrows)

Arnav-Actually I don't know exactly what is a date..

He completed making Khushi go aww at him

Awwwwww just don't.. Don't kill me with your cuteness grumpy..Did I just fell more in love with you?Khushi heart asked this time..

Seeing Khushi lost in thought Arnav shook her..

Arnav-Hey

Khushi coming back from her drooling and praising the boyfriend session-Ya..Okk then let's go..there's a cafe I know which serves amazing shakes..m famishing

Arnav muttered-Tell me when you are not..

Khushi-Shall we

Arnav-Ya

They were walking when from no where a bike came in their direction and being afraid she clutched his hand tight

Realising their closeness she left his hand but
Arnav frowned feeling the loss and then ever so slowly and delicately clutched her hands with his

Moments later he said something that literally forced Khushi to say aloud and believe that yes she has the most unromantic boyfriend..

Arnav-You remember our biology teacher Kanishka mam?

Khushi amused thinking how is it related-Yes..

Arnav-You resemble her

Khushi stopped abruptly and looked at him horrified

No...he didn't say that..Did he?
Thought Khushi..

I made him remember our biology teacher who was no doubt a fantabulous teacher but talking about the looks she was a skinny dusky women much more different to me..always angry strict and ready to punish?
Khushi thought being highly amused..

Arnav also realised that his the very first compliment to his girl friend was quiet weird but that's what came to his mind..he was not talking about the beauty or persona but the skinny part

Arnav(in an attempt to put his words correctly)-I meant you are too skinny just like her

Khushi-Umm..ohh.. Thank you for the special compliment(devil)
Wowsome..

They reached the cafe and sat on the chairs provided..with a comfortable distance between them..

Khushi-Umm..let's order
I will have chocolate shake and you

Arnav-Cold coffee would be fine for me

Khushi stood and started to move towards the counter..

Arnav-Wait..where are you going?

Khushi-Well..it's prepayment here

Arnav-Okk..I will pay

Khushi-Why?

Arnav-Because I m boyfriend here

Khushi began-But

Arnav commanded her in his husky voice-Allow me..from now onwards your some of the needs fulfilling responsibility is mine especially when we are together..

The words touched Khushi and she nodded a yes

Arnav went to place the order while Khushi was keenly admiring his each and every move

She noticed how Arnav frowned looking at something she arched her neck trying to decipher his actions..Arnav turned and walked to her smiling sheepishly

Arnav-Umm..Do you have 30rupees with you..actually I had no idea that we will hang out somewhere and I don't have the habit of carrying extra money

Noticing her that she is just staring at him he cleared his throat and said-I will return it to you the next time we meet

Khushi(smiling)-It's not needed..We can always contri..You know..

Okk..so we are meeting again pretty soon..Arnav flirted taking advantage of the situation

Is it some of your tactic to make me meet you frequently..Khushi answered querkily

Arnav(in a charming chivalrous tone)-Whatever..it is..You are mine

I can meet you anytime I desire

Khushi while blushing-Shut up..not go and clear the rest dues

He came back and they started talking about anything and everything

He was being all mushy mushy to her and seeing him behaving like this..the butterflies inside her tummy were doing their happy dance making her go all red

Freshly brewed love between them was a feeling equal to that of first rain for a peacock..butterflies in the tummy..beating of the adrenaline double the time

Finishing their drinks..they left the place obviously marking it as an important destination of their life

The very first place with some cute bicker and romance memories where they spent their first date

Arnav yet again held her hand when they were walking

Their was nothing but peaceful silence when at once she heard his voice asking her something which brought a deep blush on her face

Arnav-WILL YOU MARRY ME?

Khushi-I guess I already replied positively

Arnav-That was on social media and call

I want to know your genuine feelings..Today after meeting me what you exactly feel..

Arnav-Will you..WILL YOU MARRY ME?

Khushi-YES

The heartbeats of both of them beating rapidly..

Arnav-WOO..HOO..

Khushi blushed some more..She remembered how he directly proposed her for a marriage instead of typical I LOVE YOU OR WILL YOU BE MY GIRL FRIEND

WELL IT'S QUIET ANOTHER ASPECT THAT SHE HERSELF HAD GIVEN HIM THIS IDEA AS HE BLUFFED HER SAYING HE WANTED TO PROPOSE THE GIRL HE LOVES AND AFTER LISTENING TO THE IDEA WITHOUT THE WASTAGE OF A SECOND HE PROPOSED HER LEAVING HER FLABBERGASTED

Well..quiet manipulative shrewd businessman he could be in future no doubt..but m blessed to have this aww so cute..sometimes flirty and romantic with a golden heart of a 5 year old boy who is oh so possessive guy as my..umm..HUSBAND..

Pink hue formed on her cheeks calling him as her husband..

Khushi-Hello

Arnav-I was hiccuping so I thought it must be you missing me

Khushi-Being cheesy..are we?

Arnav-Can't help
I guess I fell some more for you today

It was one worthy day

You are so naive..so innocent
Your innocence can charm anyone and that smile and beauty of yours is cherry on the cake

I feel blessed that YOU ARE MINE

Khushi being emotional-I truly feel blessed when you address me yours..

Arnav-I love you

Khushi praising him with a flirty tone-I didn't know my grumpy could be this magical with the words
And so expressive about me..I was..(being cut off by Arnav)

Arnav-Khushi..promise me you will never leave me no matter how worse the situation is

Khushi-Arnav(not understanding the sudden need)

Arnav-Just promise Khushi(he was overwhelmed by now)

Khushi now understanding his need and love..assuringly and determined said-I promise..not only this but also that I will be beside you holding your hands tight and will never let you fall

Arnav-I love you

Khushi-I love you too hubby

Arnav-What?
With the smile not leaving his lips..

What did you just say?

Khushi-Wh..umm nothing(fiddling with words due to shyness)

Arnav urged-Say it again khushi

Khushi-Hu..hubby(turning crimson red)

Arnav-Biwi..did I ever tell you how much I love you

Hearing the word Biwi from him for her her eyes filled with happy tears..

Khushi-Ya just now

Aren't all this so fast..and besides everything it feels so right

Arnav-It is..it is right BIWI

Khushi-It's not a dream ryt..

Arnav-No Khushi..it's not a dream..it's a beautiful reality..

Authors note..Yes..It is indeed a fairy tale but how come a fairy tale be a genuine one without the hurdles and passing of those hurdles successfully
