This one shot is inspired by Consequences by Camilla Cabello and based on Anjali's abortion track.

After Arnav brought Anjali back to Raizada mansion, Mami and Nani rushed to her and hugged her and then led her to the sofa.

An emotionless Arnav moved from the doorways after he had had enough of watching Nani and Mami cajoling Anjali to stop crying, he moved to his jaan who was hiding behind the pillar and silently crying and pulled her into a hug whilst stroking her hair.

"Are you alright" Arnav said and Khushi nodded affirmatively which infuriated Nani, Mami and Akash whose anger double after he turned to see Payal smiling at Arshi.

An angry Mami moved away from Anjali who was also watching Arnav consoling her wife with jealousy and anger, Arnav was all of a sudden pull away from his wife, he turned to realize it was Mami. This awaken the monster in Arnav who was about to retaliate and blast Mami but one glare from Khushi was enough to stop him, Mami then turned to Khushi.

"How darz u comz inflont of our Anjali bitwa whez Sasuma warnz u not too, shee thish ish all u foult Phati saari. Whatz wasz the need to go closher to our Anjali. "

turning to Akash and Arnav. "I knowz thish Gupta sisterz are noting bus trouble hello hi bye bye.
(I knew this Gupta sisters are nothing but trouble hello hi bye bye) " Mami concluded looking at Payal and Khushi in disgust.

Akash looked at Payal with disgust but one look from his wife was enough to make him regret as the look on Payal's face was that of disappointment and regret and this sent shivers down his spine and immediately averted his look whereas if Nani hadn't spoken up Arnav would have probably killed Mami for her statement.

"Enough Manorama take Anjali to her room and the rest of u disperse to your rooms" said an angry Nani who also left to her room not before throwing an angry and disgusting look at khushi which didn't go unnoticed by Arnav who shook his head in disappointment and anger whilst moving with his wife to their room. Payal left there immediately after Arshi left with a smile on her face knowing that Arnav stood by Khushi's side even in this difficult and uncomfortable moment but changed into disgust when she turned and saw her husband following behind who couldn't meet his wife's eye.

Anjali's room

Mami made Anjali sleep on her bed, gave her some water to drink and then left to get her some food to eat.

After Mami left, events that took place a couple of months and days ago began started to play in Anjali's head.

Shyam's constant travels because of cases outside Delhi.

His disappearances when khushi was in the house and appearances when khushi wasn't around.

Khushi's fiance's name being Shyam.

The broken engagement after Shyam met Khushi.

The look on uncle Shashi and the Gupta women's faces when Shyam went to laxmi nagar for the first time and on various occasions when the family met.

The anger on shyam's face when Arnav eloped with Khushi.

The revelation of Arnav's kidnapped by khushi and payal's support of Khushi.

"But lawyers don't travel that often not even Mr Roy who is a renowned lawyer left alone a low class lawyer and if all this is false why would Payalji risk her marriage especially when Mami will cease any opportunity to break the marriage and also chote will never do anything to harm or make me sad" thought Anjali but being the weak and emotional fool she was all these clues was brushed away not knowing what her actions will led to, Anjali then got up to wash up when a song on the stereo caught her attention and stopped her in her track

She thought of the lyrics of the song as she was in the bedroom, she then come out and sat on her bed as she kept thinking of the lyrics of the song.

Mami then entered with her food, fed her, made her take her medicine and she fell asleep afterwards. Mami then left to her room to call her husband and inform him of the happening in the mansion.

Arshi's room

Arnav made Khushi sit on the bed immediately after they entered their room, he made her drink some water and vice versa. He then called Hari Prakash to bring them some food.

After HP left Arnav walked into his and Khushi's walk in closet and pulled out the huge suitcases and started packing his and Khushi's clothes. After he was done he moved out of the walk in closet and closed the door behind him, he then moved to Khushi who was sitting on the bed with her head resting on the head board and in deep thoughts.

Arnav shook her by tapping her shoulder breaking her out of her reverie, sat next to her, took her small delicate hands into his rough ones and kissed her knuckles.

They both looked at each other with pure love and Khushi immediately hug arnav who happily reciprocated with all the love he had in him. After a couple of minutes in each other's embrace, Arnav broke the hug and said.

"Will you promise me that no matter what decision I take now you will support me"
Khushi was confused but nodded affirmatively as she has grown to trust Arnav after shyam's fiasco and the way he treated her afterwards
(Here arnav trusted khushi after the revelations, apologised for his actions and told khushi the truth behind their marriage, at first khushi was hurt and ignored him for a couple of days but eventually forgave him.
Here there was no contract marriage the paper khushi signed was a marriage certificate but arnav lied. Arnav supported khushi through out)

Arnav smiled and kissed khushi

HP then entered with their food and both fed each other and then afterwards made passionate love and slept in each other's arms.

Payash room.

After both entered Payal moved to the closet, took her night gown and left to freshen up totally ignoring an ashamed Akash who tried to ask for forgiveness for his behavior but was totally ignored by Payal who moved to the washroom and bolted the door behind, pull out her phone and called her friend.

"Hello Aman.......Do u remember the favour I asked of you a couple days ago"

"Yes I do " Aman replied

"Pls go ahead with it...... Now more than ever am convinced to do it"

"Ok payalji as u wish" Aman said.

Payal immediately disconnected the call, placed the phone on the sink, stripped all of her clothes including her mangalastra, enter the bathtub turned on the shower and cried.

After an hour and half she came out and went straight to bed.

Following day

"What have I done, I made my brother lose his wife, my chote left me forever. How could I stoop so low not see the truth and now am paying for it.............. My chote left me, akash lost his wife and all for what!? All for his love for me and for my blind love for Shyam.......I not only lost my chote but khushiji..... Oh khushi ji, you and chote almost ruined your lives for me and the fool I was, I thought you were the culprit. Pls forgive me Devi Maiya even if I know I don't deserve it." Thought Anjali as she cried in her room.

Flashback

The following day Nani, mami, and Akash were sitting at the dinner table eating when they saw the Prakash brother moving two large suitcases outside when Nani stop them and enquired who it belongs to. And the answer she got shocked ,angered and scared at the same time

"Chote what is the meaning of this!? Are you leaving us because of Khushi...... You are leaving your sister in this condition for this vulgar woman." Nani yelled

"Sasuma you see I told you this good for nothing girls with ruin this family. "

This infuriated Arnav who yelled at Nani and Mami who shuddered at the intensity of Arnav's voice, this also made Anjali leave a room and came down.

"What did u say?.......How dare you call my wife names? ....... You think am leaving because of her........ Then you better listen, I have done enough for her for 14 years whilst she lived in her fantasy world where nothing bad happens........I gave up my love and almost ruined my life for her ........ Today all the secret will be revealed."

Everyone stood confused except Payal as Arnav confessed to her the truth. Arnav confessed everything from the fashion show to the video, Khushi working at AR.

The reason behind their marriage, Khushi's manhandling and maltreatment before and after their marriage and Shyam's truth.

After arnav's confession Anjali moved to apologize for her behavior but Arnav pushed her aside and cut all ties with the family and left with Khushi and Payal who decided to divorce Akash.

Akash pleaded for forgiveness but Payal had already made up her mind.

Nani and Mami who realised their mistakes begged her but she refused and left forever with Arshi. It was then that Anjali remembered the lyrics to the song and realised the foolish love she had for Shyam has brought her.
