Chapter2 ::dtd 20/03/2019

When Amaya and Arnav reached, they found his father and Payal talking. But no Khushi.
He looked at Amaya.
"Not fair. Did you lie to me? That too about Khushi? I never thought you would do like this to me Partner."

"No Arnie she was right here when I went upstairs to call Arnie." Amaya turned to her GrandPa.
"Dadu, where is Khushi?"

"She got a call. Just went out to answer it." Payal answered. 
Amaya gave a Told- you look to Arnie.
In reply, he gave a Forgive-me look.

"Okay, you kids carry on. I have something else to do. Bye. Payal. "
"Bye, uncle." Payal wished Arvind Raizada back.

"Amaya, you too come with me, sweetie. I have something to show you."

Amaya whispered to Arnav. "Don't mess up with Khushi. Okay. Control yourself."

"That I know. You go with your Dadu." Arnav pushed Amaya towards Arvind.

She gave him an 'I will get back to you later' look. She went away with Arvind.

By then Khushi too came back. Noticing her Arnav went a step towards her.
"Hai Khushi." Arnav wished her along with a 440V smile.

"Hi," Khushi replied with a whatever attitude.

"You came to meet me. What can I do for you? Don't hesitate Khushi." Arnav asked her bracing himself up even to give his life if she asks for it.

"Arnav it was me who wanted your help." Payal interrupted.

"You Payal?"  He looked to Payal and then Khushi. Watching her ignorant attitude, his smile dimmed.

He gave out a deep sigh. "Come then. We can talk in my study." Arnav offered.

"Okay." Payal turned to go with Arnav.

"Khushi aren't you coming?" Arnav asked when Khushi moved towards the sofa to sit down.

"No. I am good here. You to talk. I have no interest in your guttur go."
Khushi spoke disinterestedly.

"Khushi you too come. What will you do here alone."Arnav suggested.

"Yes, Khushi come along." Payal side Arnav when he looked to her to support him.
Khushi agreed and went with them

Study Room

"Arnav, my parents almost fixed my marriage. Please save me. I want to marry my love." Payal spoke as soon as they closed the door.

"You love someone? And still, you didn't tell me?" Khushi asked in wonder and shock at knowing that her Best friend is in love. And didn't share that with her yet.

"Khushi I am sorry. I wanted to but didn't get a chance to. I will tell you everything in detail later. Okay. "

"Don't lie Payal. You purposely hide it." Khushi complained.

"No Khushi it's actually. Nothing is going well. And now parents almost fixed my marriage."

"Payal, didn't you try talking with your parents?" Arnav enquired.

"You know how strict they are. They will never agree. Let's elope and marry. I can't lose my love Arnav. It's about my life. And our love. I will either become Mrs.Payal Raizada. Or will end my life as Payal Mishra only." Payal said gulping her sadness.

"You love Him? And is planning to elope with Him?" Khushi asked shocked pointing towards Arnav.

"Me? No Khushi." Arnav replied in horror.

"Don't lie. She just said Payal Raizada." Khushi argued.

"Oh, that's not me. That Raizada is my first cousin Akash." Arnav replied desperately not wanting Khushi to misunderstand him.

"Yes, Khushi I love Akash. Arnav's first cousin." Payal backed up.

"Okay. So what's the exact problem here? You guys are family friends. Try talking to Uncle - Aunt once Payal. I know they won't deny." Khushi suggested.

"No Khushi the main problem isn't my parents."

"Then?"

" It's Akash himself," Arnav said.

"What?" Khushi asked flabbergasted.

"Yes. I love him. I think He loves me. But we never confessed." Payal said.

"Ok then do it now. What's the big deal?"

" He is out of India for work. And will only come back after a week."

"A week isn't that far. Confess once he comes back." Khushi didn't understand why these two looked so serious about this. "Once Akash comes back Payal can convey her feelings. It's as simple as that. It's just a matter of a week." 

"Week isn't the problem but to make him confess is."

"Why?" Khushi asked confused.

"For more than a year, I and Arnav are trying to make him confess. And he never did." Payal said in a defeated tone.

"He slips away like fish every time," Arnav added.

"Wow. Arnav Singh Raizada couldn't sort this silly matter? I am surprised." Khushi mocked.

"Don't mock me Khushi. It's just that I am a little weak in Love matter. My innocent mind doesn't come up with serious ideas."

She gave him a 'really' look in response. "Innocent and you? Humour me. " Khushi rolled her eyes at him.

"Khushi, please. Shut up. Arnav please help."  Payal stopped Khushi.

"Who is the groom by the way. Your parent's choice?" Arnav asked.

"Didn't uncle tell you?" Payal asked Arnav.

"Tell me what?"  Arnav asked cluelessly.

"Arnav, mine and your dad have thought of our proposal."

"What!!" Arnav shrieked. He panicked and began blabbering.

"Me? No. Never. Payal, Please forgive me.  I can't marry you. You are my friend but I never thought of you in such a way. You can be my SIL, not my Wife. Oh, God. Moreover, what will happen to my love life. What will I answer my Kh." Arnav stopped taking the name just in time.

" Oh shut up Arnav. I have no interest in you.  By the way. Do you have someone in your life? Arnav? Who is it?" Payal asked Arnav surprised by this new breaking news.

Now Khushi too seems interested in it to know about Arnav's love life. Arnav Saint Raizada and affair. Not bad. Khushi thought.

"Hmm.." He stammered. "Payal we are discussing your love life, not mine."

"Then think of something before we both lose our love. First, we have to make Akash confess. That will solve half of the whole mess."

"I have no idea Payal. Whatever we do he is never going to confess. What to do?" He sat down.
Payal too sat down beside him.

After a good 3 minutes, Khushi spoke.
"No restrictions on my ice cream and a full-on dinner every weekend I can sort this out for you."

"Oh please. Khushi you better keep your filmy Bollywood ideas to yourself. Akash is not gonna fall for it. He is nothing like Arnav. He is matured, intelligent, and sensible. And about ice creams, you aren't ever going to hold even one henceforth. I will make sure of that. Enough of you playing with your health." Payal said in a no-nonsense tone.

"Health? What happened to you Khushi? Are you all right?" Arnav panicked and went ahead to check her temperature

"Arnav she fine. Just some cold." Payal pulled him back to the sofa.

"Ya sort your problem first," Khushi said trying to avoid the limelight on her.

"Are you sure Khushi.? You okay?"
Arnav asked again.

"Yes. I am all good." Khushi felt weird noticing Arnav's behaviour.

Payal was too busy thinking about her problem to notice Arnav's overreaction.
"I have a splendid idea. If you both don't want. Then..."
But Payal cut her.
"Khushi I told you none want you or your stupid ideas."

"I want her," Arnav spoke instantly.
Then noticing Payal's and Khushi's weird looks he quickly corrected himself. "I mean her ideas. Payal just hears it once. Anyways we have nothing in hand for now. So let's hear. What's the loss. Who knows if it is good.?"

"Arnav..." Payal began.

"Hold on Payal. Khushi, you tell your idea."  Arnav focussed his all senses on Khushi.

"Arnav I am telling you. Don't fall for Khushi and her nonsense." Payal warned him.

"Too late. I already did."
He thought in mind.

"Don't mind Payal, Khushi. You share the idea." Arnav encouraged Khushi.

"Okay, so the idea is ...." Khushi began telling it and Payal shook her head. Arnav had his full attention on Khushi. Hayee Khushiiii his heart call out lovingly.
