Barry sat quietly in class.

Suddenly, he felt a beep in his pocket.

He grabbed his phone (somehow the teacher didn't notice), and opened the text.

Wish the teacher would fall asleep. Then we could be the secret awesome people who write either dicks or mustaches on his face. ;)

Len chuckled quietly.

He turned and saw Len roll his eyes.

Well, I think teachers deserve it.

This time, Barry rolled his eyes.

Suddenly, the teacher asked a question, and Barry completely forgot about Len.

As Lisa walked by, Barry couldn't help but stare.

She was rocking a leather jacket, skinny jeans, and an awesome hairstyle.

"Like what you see?"

Barry blushed.

Lisa laughed.

"I-I'm gonna go to class now," Barry whispered (more to himself than to Lisa).

Lisa just walked past him.

"Don't hit on my sister. Please," Len muttered as he walked over. Barry blushed scarlet.

That was his life.

"Could I date Lisa?" Barry asked as he stared at her from across the room.

"If she lets you," Len muttered back distractedly.

"Hey! It could happen!"

"Could it?"

"Ouch."

"You mean true."

"I thought we were friends."

"We are, which is why I speak the truth."

"I totally can!"

Len raised his eyebrows.

"Sure."

Barry slumped.

"You're mean."

Len laughed, and the librarian shushed him, making Barry laugh.

"Hello?"

"Uh... hi?" Barry responded, making Lisa laugh.

"You're cute, ya know that?"

"Cute enough to go out with?"

Lisa raised an eyebrow.

"Maybe."

Barry thought about getting on his knees, but he decided against it.

"When?" Lisa asked.

"Uh... how about tomorrow, after school, at Big Belly Burger?"

"Oh. I thought you meant sex."

"No! A girl like you deserves a date."

Lisa smiled.

"I like you already."
