Oliver and Harley were in bed.

It has been over 3 weeks since the night William's grandparents tried to take him.

Harley had somewhat gotten used to being called Mom by William.

Oliver laughed every time at her face cause she was in shock at being called that.

Oliver was asleep along with Harley

When Oliver opened his eyes he saw nothing but white

Like he was somewhere else.

He looked around

Then a voice says "Hello, Oliver."

He turned and saw... His Dad Robert Queen.

Oliver says "Dad?"

Robert? says "No, Oliver. I'm not Robert Queen. I took this form to make you comfortable. Cause it's someone you know."

Oliver says "Oh? Who are you?"

Robert? says "I'm the Speed Force."

Oliver says "You're the source of Barry, Sam, and Reggie's powers?"

Speed Force (as Robert) says "Yes."

Oliver says "Can you take a different form?"

Speed Force asks "Is this form too painful?"

It changed into a woman

Oliver looked and saw a beautiful woman with brown hair, and blue eyes.

She says "Is this better?"

Oliver says "Who's this? I don't know her. I thought you took forms of people I know?"

Speed Force says "This is Barry, Sam, And Reggie's mother. You can call me Nora."

Oliver says "Why are you here, Nora?"

Nora says "Well, there's a threat coming. And we need everything that we can get. Remember the night you were in Central City when the accelerator exploded?"

Oliver says "Yeah."

Nora says "Well, you were affected. But never got powers. Since you switched realities with Barry... We need to unlock your potential."

Oliver asks "Potential? You mean I have some of the Speed Force in me?"

Nora says "Yes. A spark from when you were the Flash. Now, you can be you, just with Speed. I'm sure you remember how to use these powers."

Oliver says "What threat's coming?"

Nora says "The Cobalt Blue is coming. And we need everything that we can to use against him. They may be your friend Batman's enemy, right now. But they soon with be yours and Rest of Team Flash's."

Oliver says "Okay. Team Arrow and Team Flash will do everything to help the Bat Family. As long as they ask. I mean, they aren't the type to usually ask for help."

Nora says "I know. But, just be ready for when the time comes. Here."

She touched his forehead and says "Now, you're a speedster, Mr. Queen."

Oliver says "I won't let you down."

Nora says "I know I can trust you. Just cause how Barry and the others trust you."

Then white came and blinded him and he woke up. It was in the Morning.

Oliver couldn't believe he met the Speed Force.

He decided to get up and make breakfast.

Then he got this urge to run. 

So He ran in a flash to the other side of the room and back with a trail of green lightning.

Oliver says "That's new."

He vibrated his hand and stopped.

Oliver says "So that was real."

He went back to making breakfast for his family 

Then he heard yawning coming from two people he knew it was William and Harley

Harley asks "What are you doing up so early, Honey?"

William says "Yeah, Dad? You're not usually up at this time." 

Oliver says "Well, I met the source of the Flash's powers."

William says "What? That's so cool."

Oliver smiles and says "I guess, but you two should know that... I have speedster powers now."

Harley says "What?"

William says "My Dad is his own version of the Flash? This keeps getting cooler and cooler."

Harley and Oliver laugh

Oliver says "Here watch."

He sped to the other side of the room and back with the trail of green lightning and says "What do you guys think?"

William says "I have a speedster for a Dad. This is awesome!"

Oliver laughs and looks at Harley and says "You okay, Harls?"

Harley asks "Why do you need these powers?"

Oliver says "Cause something is coming. And They needed every resource they could. Me getting powers is one of them. Besides It is Cool like William said."

Harley smiles at him and they share a kiss before he goes back to making breakfast.

After eating and getting dress William says "Are you going to the Bunker?"

Oliver says "What you want me to speed you and Harley there?"

William says "Dad, Please."

Harley says "Honey, it's not a good idea."

Oliver says "Honey, it's fine. I don't mind."

Harley says "If you use your speed to much your gonna become dependent on it if you use it for daily things."

William says "But, Mom..."

Oliver says "Yeah, but, Mom..."

Harley says "Not you too."

Oliver and William says in unison "Mom."

Harley says "Fine. But don't use it for simple things."

Oliver says "Yes, Mom. I won't, I promise."

Harley kissed him and he kissed her back and they pulled away and Oliver holds them close and speeds them to the Bunker.

At the Bunker

Diggle and the rest of the time was training down in the Bunker.

Diggle knew Oliver and Harley were trying to her and William to have a relationship with her just so that when they do get married.

Then a whoosh comes in with a green lightning trail

Diggle and team look and see Oliver, William, and Harley here.

Diggle says "Since when do you have speed?"

Oliver says "Since early this morning. And William was excited to see his Dad have super speed."

William says "That was... Awesome."

Everyone laughs and Harley says "Next time Ollie... Let's just drive."

William says "Aw, Mom."

Harley says "Will, Honey, I can't take it. My stomach feels weird."

Oliver says "At least you didn't throw up."

Harley nods and says "Yeah, true."

Oliver hugged her and she hugged him back and he comforted her.

Diggle says "So, how did you get your speed?"

Oliver says "The Speed Force came to me. Said they need every resource they need to go after someone named Cobalt Blue."

Diggle says "Okay, so what? What do we do if he show?"

Oliver says "We get the Bat Family, Superfriends, Team Flash, and us, Team Arrow to make a team."

Diggle asks "And what will this team be called?"

Oliver says "I asked Cisco about it. He kept saying the Justice League. And I told him no, but he kept pushing it so, it's the Justice League."

Diggle says "So when did you and Cisco talk about this?"

Oliver says "Like... Months ago."

Diggle says "Okay. So where should we start?"

Oliver says "Right now? Let's train for what's to come

Everyone nods and they decide to train.
