Sabrebow's Got A Girlfriend!? Oh wait, I'm Sorry, It's Arrow Av Now...!?

July 2015 and Early December 2015 (Before Tyler Seguin gets kidnapped by Magnadien)

After the intense offseason, the Buffalo Sabres trade Nikita Zadorov to the Colorado Avalanche in turn for Ryan O'Reilly. He quickly sends off the news to his fellow Avengers and friends, including his archery hockey brother, Valeri Nichushkin.

Luckily, having fought with Gabriel Landeskog, he knows who he is and is happy to play with him. Gabriel, in turn, is eager to work with the Russian...and Vladislav Namestnikov is a little jealous.

Gabriel and Vlad bicker under the watchful eyes of John Tavares, who is wearing reading glasses and flipping through his handy iPad. He glances up every once and a while, but soon find the two hugging it out. It is the first "fight" between them since the Vanek Incident. So while they have their fun, Val takes Nikita out of the headquarters and into the fresh Boston air.

The two head toward the Freedom Trail and begin to walk along it. At first they just take in the air and get warmed up but as they reach an old church in the Downtown, they kickstart a conversation.

"So, Colorado huh?" Val remarks.

"Yes, they want me. I like new chance and I like play with Landy!" Nikita smiles as he talks.

"Vladdy no take it well..."

"Well, he just jealous. I have real chance for Cup with Colorado! And now I get see you more." Nikita flashes his friend a sly smirk.

"Easy, I still can slam you into boards." Val shoves him playfully.

"Well, I chirp you in Russian, ha!" Nikita shoves Val back a little harder.

Val almost topples into a bush, but catches himself and turns to Nikita, who is bursting with laughter. He bends over, clutching his side. Val frowns and pouts his lip. He folds his arms across his chest.

"Not funny Zady."

Nikita controls himself and they continue on, passing the small park. "But seriously, I can no wait to play for Avs! Guess I have to rename myself now, huh?"

"Yeah...Sabrebow no work...no more Sabre."

"Well, truth is, I been thinking, tossing some new names around. I really like Av Shot or Av Arrow...or Avalanche Archer."

"How about Arrow Av?" Val suggests, halting in his stride and smiling kindly.

Nikita stops and turns to him, blinking. He cocks his head and then smiles, nodding. "Arrow Av? That cool. It like Arrow Hawk."

"Yeah, but I Star, you Avalanche or Av. But now we more similar. Now you even more like brother to me!" Val grins largely.

Nikita smiles back and chuckles a tiny bit. "Yeah. You best Val. I glad I meant you."

"Me too."

They finish their walk and return to H.A.T.T.Y. Inside, everyone is gathered in the lobby, waiting for them. Nikita informs them of his new name and announces that Sabrebow is no more, he is now Arrow Av.

A few months later...Nikita Zadorov's Colorado Avalanche get out of their Winter Break early, so he heads over to Boston for some training and target practice. He finds the cloaked building location, which he has notified Hawkley and the others about coming. The building is in Phase 2, which allows it to be seen by only people who are heroes or villains, including himself.

As soon as he steps foot in the lobby, he runs directly into Brooke Johnson, who is walking out of the building's doors. She collides with him and they both gasp. He catches her arm and halts her from hitting the ground.

"Sorry Brooke," Nikita grumbles.

"Oh, Zady! It wasn't your fault, I wasn't looking where I was going!" Brooke is yanked back to her feet and released. She nervously blushes and tucks a strand of hair behind her ear.

"How things with you and Tyler?" Nikita asks, unable to help from grinning innocently.

"Oh, well, Tyler's great and all, but we aren't a couple. The kiss and flirtatiousness was all a mistake and just...we agreed to just let things be."

"So...you single?" Nikita asks.

Brooke smiles now. "Yes, I am. What are you driving at Zady?"

"Can-can we go out...? Can I ask you on date?"

Brooke pats his arm and then smiles largely. "Sure! Why not?" She pecks him on the cheek and then brushes past him. "What time should I be ready by?"

"Uh, 7. 7 good!"

"Alright, see you at 7 then Zady." She waves to him and then leaves the building, giggling to herself.

Nikita turns back and spots Tyler Seguin leaning against the corner of the far wall. He is wearing a skin-tight black tank top under a black leather jacket with dark denim jeans. Nikita stops smiling as he spots him. He still isn't quite sure what to think about with the Stars' leading goal scorer. Tyler smiles though and comes forward.

"If you're worried that I'm gonna kick your ass or something, don't be...I'd like to help you out actually. Brooke's too good a girl for me but you and her...I can see that." Tyler puts an arm around Nikita. "Look, I may be a spy and a hockey player for the Dallas Stars, but I'm a matchmaker. Trust me on this, Niki!"

Nikita gradually nods, eyeing him. "You good to Val, I think can trust you."

"Good, good," Tyler remarks, guiding Nikita down the hallway with him. "First, let's fix you up some!" He leads the young Avalanche player into the elevator and they head up to the penthouse.

"What you have in mind, Tyler?" Nikita asks as they exit the elevator and head into the penthouse.

"I got a few things in mind, for instance, you're hair."

"My hair?" Nikita attempts to look at it, but finds it difficult to do so. He pouts his lip instead and follows Tyler into his penthouse room.

Nikita looks around the room. On the walls, Tyler has various spy type posters and weapons. His room is very much like his hero skills. In the corner, next to the door, he has all his weapons laid out in order on a table. In the center of the room is a king-sized bed and adjacent to it is a circular night stand with a gun on it and a picture frame with him and his sisters.

Nikita walks in and is instantly grabbed by Tyler, who whisks him over to a chair in front of a mirror wall and sits him down in it. "Uh..." Nikita trails off, looking awkwardly at his own reflection in the glass.

"Relax, I did a rather good job with Jordie's beard...trust me on this, Zady." Tyler pats the Colorado defenseman's shoulder and then walks over to his dresser, which is on the wall, opposite the bed. He grabs a bunch of cans off the top and returns to Nikita. He sets them on the ground at his feet, but keeps one of the cans in his hand. He shakes this can and then sprays the Russian's head with it.

Nikita flinches but looks into the mirror at himself. "What you do?"

"I said relax! Would you like me to make you relax? This is for your own good, Niki baby."

Nikita nods and lets Tyler do his thing. Before long, Nikita's hair is slicked back in a neat style and he has on a nice black suit and tie. He has a pair of black boots on and he looks very formal and manly. Tyler rounds him, nodding to himself.

"Tyler Seguin, you are one hell of a fashion God," Tyler remarks to himself. "I cleaned you up so well. Don't you think so Zady?"

Nikita folds his arms and gives Tyler a stern look. "Oh no, I no make comment...but yeah, you do nice job. Now can I go meet Brooke?" He breaks out in a sweet smile.

Tyler nods and smiles. "I think so! Go have fun!"

An hour later,

Nikita is at the restaurant in Downtown Boston with Brooke Johnson. Brooke has also cleaned up well. Not that she needed to before though, she was already very pretty. But she has on a pretty pink and purple sundress with thin straps and her gorgeous brown hair is neatly curled on her head. She has on a pair of white heeled dress sandals that compliment with her outfit well. "You look very, uh, pretty," Nikita remarks, his breath catching in his throat at the sight of her.

"As do you...well maybe not pretty, maybe more handsome." She giggles, wrinkling her nose up in a cute way that causes Nikita's heart to pound in his chest.

Gosh, she's so pretty. She's got to be the prettiest woman that I've ever met. I hope she likes me as much as I do her. Nikita blinks and straightens up as a waiter comes by their window-side table. Brooke giggles, cupping her hands over her lightly lipsticked lips.

"Any drinks?" the waiter asks.

"Two waters, please," Nikita states, glancing at Brooke who is staring at him with big, shimmering hazel brown eyes. Her best feature. Nikita thinks to himself.

"That's fine," Brooke says, nodding to the waiter.

The man nods himself and then withdraws to fetch their waters. Nikita picks up the menu, continuing to glance up at Brooke.

"What?" she playfully demands, leaning toward him.

"Nothing. You just so pretty."

"You're too kind Nikita...thanks for asking me out. I'm enjoying this so far and I'll totally do this again. I guess Eve and I have good tastes with Russians." She winks to him and returns to looking at her menu.
