Back at Gillette stadium,

The mysterious man named Guzzler holds his scepter in front of him. It is glowing orange and there is an orange orb over it, which reflects Kelly Mackinnon, who is pacing nervously. Tyler Seguin and Jamie Benn are on the couch, watching her.

"It'll be okay Kelly," Tyler's voice reassures.

"I haven't heard anything back from Vladi. Maybe we should go out and get him now?" Kelly suggests, panicky.

"We can't. I'm sure he's fine." Jamie looks at Tyler and nods.

"But I--I need to know that he is!" Kelly gasps. "I need to know that he is okay."

Guzzler reaches out his index finger and touches the orb. Then he says in his disguised voice, "He's not okay Kelly, Gronk kidnapped him. He's in terrible danger and he needs you to come save him." He wants her to know what has happened. He needs her to find out about Vladimir Tarasenko's capture.

Suddenly Kelly spins to them with wild eyes. "THAT BEAST KIDNAPPED MY VLADI?!?!?!?!" she screams at the two Dallas Stars, who are sharing a look of fright. "I'M GOING TO KILL YOU BOTH!! I'M GOING TO TURN YOU BOTH INTO CHICKENS AND THEN WRING YOUR NECKS!! RAWR!"

Guzzler plants the image of Vladimir tied up to the goal post in her mind and watches in amusement as her face twists in further despair. He feeds the image playing with her mind. Unfortunately for her, her telepathy isn't strong enough to fight off the villain's powers entering her mind.

"Look, Kelly, it isn't our fault!" Jamie exclaims.

Guzzler drops his hand and smirks. "Good, good. Now, let's make sure there's only a small group."

He flicks his hand in a wavy motion so that the image changes for him. He finds himself now looking at the Tampa-Boston game. He finds the Boston players sitting on the bench and mutters, "Eeny, meeny, miny, moe." He makes the orb zoom in on "moe", who is Brad Marchand.

He touches his index finger to where Brad's face is in the orb and says, "Lightning players - Hockey Avengers - killed your friend and teammate Zac Rinaldo. You now belong to me, so be a rat and go after the one Tampa calls Vladdy."

Guzzler drops his hand once more and snickers as he sees Brad's eyes flash the same color as Gronk's, the bright orangish yellow, notifying him that the Bruin is under his command. He watches the forward hop onto the ice and immediately go after Vladdy, who attempts to fight back.

"Excellent. That oughta keep those Lightning players at bay!" He watches Brad knock Vladdy unconscious and then he sees the Triplets Line fighting Brad, who morphs into the giant rat creature. Only he knows that Brad is under his control.

Before the scene shifts to the Triplet's powers, he makes it change once more to Colorado where he oversees Sidney Crosby watching Nathan Mackinnon and murmuring to himself. And then Gabriel Landeskog guiding Nikita Zadorov through a few moves. Guzzler smirks wickedly.

It is all going according to his plan. With the Hockey Avengers split up, it will be easier to take them all down. Instead of having a large group attack him, it will be much more manageable for him to take everyone out one by one. (Brad will take care of the Lightning player and Guzzler and Gronk can take care of the Stars.)

He makes the images change with his hand once more and now finds himself looking at his struggling captive back on the field. Vladimir's muffled screams and the sight of the Blues' player struggling helpless gives him a sick, twisted villainous pleasure and he snickers to himself, "You should have never befriended superheroes, Tarasenko, you fool."

Then he breaks out in loud, distorted cackling and waves his scepter in the air over his head, drawing an orange circle.

"Gronk, my pet, the heroes should be arriving soon!" Guzzler shouts out.

"Gronk smash puny Hockey Avengers for good! Pitiful heroes!" Gronk roars.

Back at H.A.T.T.Y., moments after Vladimir was "kidnapped"...

"THAT BEAST KIDNAPPED MY VLADI?!?!?!?!" Kelly Mackinnon screams at Tyler Seguin and Jamie Benn, who are sharing a look of fright. "I'M GOING TO KILL YOU BOTH!! I'M GOING TO TURN YOU BOTH INTO CHICKENS AND THEN WRING YOUR NECKS!! RAWR!"

"Look, Kelly, it isn't our fault!" Jamie exclaims.

"Yeah, we just suggested it. He agreed to help out, so it's on him," Tyler adds on.

Jamie gives him a hard stare. Tyler bites his lip and looks down at his feet.

"Oh, I should never have listened to you or him. I should've never sent him out!" Kelly mutters to herself, pulling at her hair. "It's not your fault, it's mine! I did this! My poor Tara...scared and trapped somewhere with that big brute! I can see him...he's tied up like some hostage! Oh my baby!"

Tyler steps forward. He puts a hand on Kelly's shoulder. She looks at him with watery eyes. "Hey, it'll be okay, Jamie and I, we'll find him. And we'll get him back in one piece." He dips his head to her.

Kelly cracks a small smile. "Okay, thank you Tyler...and Jamie. But I wanna help out! I go with you on the rescue, Tara's my boyfriend and I should have a right to save him. And I want to kick that bastard's ass for kidnapping him!"

"Of course," Jamie remarks.

"We should let Evs know about this," Tyler states.

"Look at you, my how you've grown, Tyler Seguin. You used to be so impulsive and now, you're reasonable and smart. Evs should be proud of your change," Kelly says, winking at him with a smile.

Tyler nods his head. "A few kidnappings and bondage perils will do that to a man. It was time for a change, just like when I was traded to Dallas."

Jamie smiles at him. "You've really matured Tyler."

They walk over to the elevator and leave the penthouse, where they were gathered and head down to the lobby. They head into the training room, where Zvezda is working with Freedom Forward.

"Kelly?" Zvezda greets her friend. "What's the latest on the Tara thing?"

"He's been..." she trails off and looks at her feet.

"He's been kidnapped!" Tyler finishes for her. "Meaning we need to find him and save him now!"

Zvezda turns to them. "Isn't that what he wants though? He's luring us out. He wants us to act instead of make a plan and then someone else will get hurt...or killed!"

"Then what am I supposed to do, Eve? Sit around here while I think about Gronk tearing apart my precious boyfriend? No thanks!" Kelly snaps. "If you're not going to go with me, I'll go alone! I'm not going to let Tara die!"

"I didn't say that, Kelly. We just need to come up with a plan first. We can't just leave here and expect a victory. No, we've got to be prepared."

Kelly slowly nods. "Then what should we do?"

Zvezda looks at the small ground. "I'll grab Val from his English lesson with Brooke and Tyler, grab Nikita. We may actually need a superdog for this plan. And Ben, you're welcome to come with us."

"I don't like bullies, no matter where they come from." Freedom Forward nods to Kelly. "I'm in."

"What about the Lightning and Avalanche players?" Jamie asks.

"Nesty and Vladdy are unavailable. They are back in Tampa. Landy's in Colorado with Zady. I believe that they were working on Zady's game play a little bit. Sid's spying on Nathan, for some reason, Kaner's dead, Portal's injured and CB's in mourning. I don't exactly want to force him into anything right now. So, it's just gonna be the few of us remaining here. We'll find Tara and stake out a plan, but we're not going to make any moves, got that Tyler?" Zvezda explains before looking to the Dallas Star.

Tyler sighs and rolls his eyes. "Crystal, Evs. Though you should know that I suggested that we come talk to you, instead of going off ourselves."

"He's right," Jamie remarks.

"Good Tyler." Zvezda pats him on the head like a dog.

Tyler looks at Jamie confused.

"Anyway, let's grab Nikita and Val and get ready to go!" Zvezda says, finally stopping in her patting.

Tyler, Jamie, Kelly and Ben nod. They all exit the training room and reenter the hallway and head back toward the lobby area. Zvezda fetches Val from one of the side rooms, while Tyler opens another room and yells out, "Nikita come to daddy!"

There is a yip, followed by a flash of golden fur and Tyler getting knocked backward onto the ground. Nikita licks the crap out of Tyler's face, happy to see him like always. Geno appears from the interior.

"What going on?" Geno questions. "Sid back?"

Zvezda shakes her head. "No, Sid's still out and going to be for a while, we're going to find Tara, Gronk kidnapped him."

Geno nods. "Oh."

"How's CB and John?" Zvezda asks.

"They fine...CB's still miserable, locked in his room but he stop crying. And John has splendid recovery!" Geno reports.

"Good to know. Keep an eye on both of them while we're out. Okay Geno?"

"Will do, Z. You can count on Geno!"

Zvezda laughs and then leads the group toward the doors and out of the protective headquarters. Scorpion loads his guns, while Star Vision tests out his laser vision and eyewear. Freedom Forward puts his hands on his hips and looks at the game-faced canine to the side of his owner. Arrow Hawk notches an arrow in his bow. Zvezda's wings flap behind her and she looks to Psychica, who nods.

"Let's get Vladimir Tarasenko back!" Zvezda cries.

Arrow Hawk, Zvezda, Psychica, Scorpion, Star Vision and Freedom Forward make it to Gillette Stadium, where Psychica had seen the image of Vladimir Tarasenko tied to the goal post in her mind. They enter the stadium, thanks to Scorpion picking the lock and cautiously creep forward through the entrance tunnel.

Psychica gasps in horror as she spots the familiar image. "Oh my God, he is here! My baby!" She starts forward, intent on rescuing Vladimir but Zvezda and Star Vision halt her. She spins to them both.

Zvezda looks her dead in the eyes. "Not yet, Kelly. We'll get him I promise."

Psychica turns back to look across the field to where Vladimir is. She closes her eyes and relaxes herself.

Don't worry any Vladi, Kelly's here and I'm going to save you! Hang in there.

She opens her eyes back up and blinks away tears. "I promise, I'll save you. I always will."

Zvezda looks at Arrow Hawk, who is picking at the tip of an arrow. He feels her gaze on him and looks up, cocking his head to the side. She mouths, "я люблю тебя! (I love you!)" and then blows him a kiss, smiling.

He mouths "я тоже тебя люблю. (I love you too.)"

Scorpion sneaks forward and peers around the corner with Freedom Forward and Star Vision at his side. He looks around, finding that there is no one there except Vladimir. He spins back to inform Zvezda, just as a loud roar echoes around the stadium.

Scorpion folds his arms. "I think that's our guy."

There is a ground-shaking thud as someone or something lands on the ground behind them. "You know it is puny human!" a deep voice growls.

Scorpion whirls around and frowns. "That's puny spy to you, if you're going to insult me. Insult me properly you goon!" He unfolds his arms and puts his hands on his hips, striking a "preppy girl" pose.

"Tyler!" Zvezda scolds.

Gronk backhands Scorpion and sends him flying onto the field. He slams into the turf on his face and groans. Star Vision darts after him, dodging another arm swing. Freedom Forward and Psychica distract the tight end. While Freedom Forward blocks a punch with his indestructible shield, Psychica attempts to use her telepathy on him, but instead a pulsating pain shoots into her mind. She knows that she can't get to him and the pain is so much that she drops to the ground in agony and screams out.

She grabs her head, trying to bite through the waves of pain but it only intensifies. She chances a glance up and looks across the field. Her vision is blurry, but she can clearly see Vladimir Tarasenko. The St. Louis Blues player is looking at her with sympathy and fright. She can see the scarf tied tightly around his head. He attempts to say something to her, but it is muffled. It breaks her heart and it is almost like someone wants her to see him.

Then suddenly her vision clouds over and Vladimir slowly vanishes from her sight. She closes her eyes trying to channel the pain and overcome it.

Arrow Hawk draws an arrow in his bow and takes aim at Gronk. "Я научу вас не возиться с моими друзьями. Возьмите это, вы скотина! (I'll teach you not to mess with my friends. Take this you brute!)" He lets the arrow fly right at the beast and it sticks him in the shoulder. Then it explodes and sends Gronk stumbling backward.

Star Vision grabs Scorpion and they dive to the side as Gronk blindly stumbles about. Zvezda nods at Arrow Hawk and she wipes up a cloud of cosmic dust and sends it at Gronk's eyes, blinding him even more to buy them time to get out.

"I gotta get Vladimir!" Psychica screams as Arrow Hawk and Zvezda grab her.

"Net Kelly!" Arrow Hawk says.

Zvezda exclaims, "We must pull back. It's too dangerous right now. We need the others! We must wait until Vladdy and Nesty and Gabriel and Zady are out of their game."

Zvezda and Arrow Hawk begin to pull their emotional and agony-ridden friend back outside of the stadium and to safety. Freedom Forward has his shield up at ready and protects them. He walks at an angle, glancing at them and then back at the field. Star Vision and Scorpion eventually rush out and make it to the group.

Scorpion pulls his guns out and Star Vision puts a finger to his starry eyewear.

Luckily Gronk doesn't emerge from the tunnel and come after them. They can hear him still roaring and in pain. Psychica tears herself free from Zvezda and Arrow Hawk's holds and stares in horror at the entrance they'd just come from.

Zvezda looks around for a place to hide and spots the ramp to the stadium. There is a dark spot underneath where they can hide, should the big beast finally come out after them. "Come on! Over there!"

They all dart over to the ramp and take shelter underneath. Psychica looks at Zvezda with worry. They need to get help and they need to get to Vladimir fast. Things are spiraling quickly. Zvezda faces the weary group and sees Psychica struggling to clear her mind. She is still in pain. Whatever happened to her, it isn't good and it makes things even more dangerous.

Zvezda taps her watch and sends the call out to the other Hockey Avengers. "We're going to need the others, Kelly. But we'll save Tara, I promise. Now, tell us what happened."
