Personality: Dare used to be the typical sweet child until she witnessed the destruction of her colony. After that incident, her innocence was torn away from her which resulted in a cunning, coldhearted woman being created. She has grown used to watching all her friends die, yet she was kind enough to be there when her friends were on their deathbeds. Throughout the years, she became cruel yet was compassionate, she made sure she was fair to others but that didn't mean she didn't play with her prey. It was all fun and games after all. Her heart became stone cold unless you somehow managed to warm that heart of hers. Her personality slightly changes when she's with Will. She still harsh but more likely to get into mischief with him but she usually scolds him right after if he did something extremely wrong.

Weaknesses: Dare isn't very easy to mess with unless you bring up family, she may be coldhearted and vicious but it doesn't prevent her from having PSTD episodes, especially the fact that she's the only one who knows what really happened. Another thing, because of her demon side, she's able to bleed or be wounded or be sent back to her homeland, it's just difficult to beat her. Only her siblings could barely compare with her besides the heir of the throne, Rebel. Rebel is one of the few people who can beat her ass yet the little heir hasn't realized that yet. Another weakness of hers is William. She would give up her life for her brother. As she raised him like her own kid.

It's where Dare can't catch on fire and it doesn't burn her.

Conjuring Fire and Plasma:
She can bend fire to her will but Dare can make it different colors, the hotter it is, the lighter it is. Because of this, if she gets it hot enough, the fire turns into plasma. Another perk was that when she was human, her blood was boiling hot and it still is.

Contracts:
Dare can make contracts with people/creatures to become stronger, as she then later on can eat their souls when they die. She makes a contract with someone who has a goal. Once they complete that goal, that's when it marks the death for them. Dare takes their soul and eats it. The more souls she eats, the stronger she gets. Because she's half vampire, this is her version of blood. She can still drink human/ animal blood but souls are the only thing that satisfy the hybrid

Levitation:
Dare can cause herself/subjects/objects to hover/float in the air unassisted, allowing her/objects/ subjects to carelessly float in the air and prevent her/their bodies from making contact with the ground below.

Mind manipulation:
Because of her demon side, Dare can manipulate the minds of humans. If she ever used this ability, her demon would be the one in control. Flowing from both of her eyes would mostly be dark red matter.

Backstory: An Englishman, Sir Walter Raleigh, attempted colonization in the New World. Raleigh was a nobleman, soldier, seaman, strategist, poet, and a popular man at court who wanted a strong English navy. He saw colonies as a way to oppose Spain and to further English piracy against Spanish ships, as well as to find a route to India and China. Raleigh's colonists landed on Roanoke Island off the coast of present-day North Carolina in 1584, solidifying England's claim to the continent of North America. In 1587 the first women and children arrived at Roanoke Island. That same year, Virginia Dare, the first white child born to English parents in the new colony, was born.The colony at Roanoke Island was beset by a number of tragedies and failures during its five years of existence. In 1591 when supply ships arrived, no trace of the colony could be found--there were no survivors and the only clue to the fate of the "lost colony" was the word "croatoan" carved on a tree. But they were in fact wrong. Because there, near the tree was a little girl huddled up in a ball. Her ash brown curly hair was swept over her face, her dull blue eyes staring straight ahead with no emotions. They questioned the little girl but they received nothing in response. Only the word Croatoan. Realizing that the little girl was mentally scarred, they talked about what to do with her. Since she was too valuable to kill, they decided to place her under someone's wings. After all, what if she remembered where her lost colony was? Sadly, the six year old girl remained mute for quite some time, until she was eight which was then the time she had completely vanished for good. Her grandfather feared that her death resulted from the same causes her parents had, either death or anything else. But little did he know that she was no ordinary human girl. Virginia Dare was quite the abomination. Her dirty mother had an affair with a charming strange man aka the King of demons. Let's just say that being part demon does not keep your human side safe from leeches. Though the mute little girl couldn't quite use that word anymore now that she was one of them. When she barely turned eight, a brunette just like her lured the sweet girl away from her family and when she got the chance, the leech attacked her, ready to devour her entire meal and well it worked for a while until Dare's blood turned much too hot for the vampire. Who knew they could be burned from the inside out? Sweet little Virgina had witnessed too much. Hence the reason why she joined a Native tribe for quite some time until she faked her death. Years flew by for her, letting the world direct her to her new home for the time being. You name it all and she most likely knew the answer to your question. But what hurt the hybrid the most was watching her friends rot away or watching them grow broken whenever she disappeared. It reminded her too much of her dear grandpappy. If you paid close attention, sometimes her original accent slipped through that is if you knew her true identity. But no one ever knew the true Virgina, as she was no longer that sweet little brunette girl from the past. Her colony being destroyed ravaged her, but the only thing she could do was bounty hunt all the criminals in the present. After all, how else could she have some fun? Being a surgeon or veterinarian or an engineer grew old. She still practiced most of these things but at the moment hunting people down drew her attention. When she was a few centuries old, Dare met a 13 year old named William. She found him on the streets and adopted him. Since then, they have been called Truth and Dare. Since both are't related by blood, they don't mind using the other to get off when feeling a tad bit lonely.
