Vivaan POV

As i wake up i see a letter kept next to me.

Its reads,
Dearest  Vivaan,

From-
Maa.

Its takes few moments to realise that mom had told us to read her letter after a month of her death.

Oh god!

I see abeer playing video games and i realise abeer must have kept it next to me

I quickly freshen up and then the tear the envelope to discover a letter.

It reads,

Dear vivaan,

If you are reading this letter that means i am no more and its been a month.
Sorry son.

You were my precious gem.
The day you were born, i felt as my wishes were fulfilled.

But i was always scared, because you were that child who took decision from heart and took them in haste.

The day naina died, i saw a part of you die.
I remember seeing you wake up with a jerk each night and then i had to make you sleep.

But tell me truely, rhea lieing you was more hurtful than naina's death. Right?

Were you were kid, you shared all minute part of your life with rhea.

Slowly i saw a huge change in your behaviour.
After your dad left us and remarried, you changed.

You got scared to trust anyone, love anyone and kept to yourself.

But one thing that you dont know is that rhea never left your side.

Handling all your tantrums, all your anger she held your hand all along.

She helped you overcome your fears when you were kids.

But you ignored her all time.
Remember vivaan, life never gives us two changes.
Get back to rhea and accept her and your feelings before it too late.

Promise me you will hold her hand and never leave it no matter what.

Because accept this fact that she loves you and you too love her.

Dont do the mistake i did.
Dont let rhea leave you even before revealing  your feeling to her.

Vivaan, always be happy.

I cringe while holding the letter close to self.
How could i let rhea go this way.
Atleast i would have asked her why she was with sid?

Or atleast i should have revealed my feelings.

Oh god!!!

Can feelings get anymore more messed up?

I open my cupboard and pour down beer into the glass.
Frustrated with my immaturity.

Slowly my vision gets gets blur and my tears start to roll out of my eyes.

God why have i turned into a melodramatic girl?

"Rhea i love you yaar", i speak regretting my actions

"Really?", i see a surprised sid staring at me. A surge of anger covers me and i am not able to control my emotions

I curl my  palm into fist and hit sid on his face.
He falls flat on the floor with his nose bleeding.
This site gives me immerse pleasure.

"Abe yeh kya tha? (What was thing)?", sid asks while touching his nose and looking horrifies seeing blood.

"Teri himmat kaise hui mere ghar mein anne ki? (How dare you come into my house?)", i ask frustrated

"I wanted to meet rhea?", sid answers, anger sweeps through me and i hit him again making his nose bleed again.

"Stay away from rhea, she is my wife!...how dare you kiss her cheeks?", i ask angrily

"Abe tu kitna bara chutiya hai yaar! (Dude you are such a big  douchebag)", to my utter surprise sid starts to laugh loudly holding his stomach

"Why?", i ask confused

"Abe saale jab rhea se itna pyaar karta hai, toh usse botla kyun nahi.. Budhape mein baatane ka intazaar kar raha hai kya? ( abe saale when you love rhea then why dont you reveal it to her, are you planning to reveal it to her after turning old", sid laughs

"Rhea ko toh tune kiss kiya na?( but you kissed rhea)", i ask confused

"Yeah, but she loves you and so she slapped me for kissing her...you definitely area douchebag", sid speaks while i rub my forehead angrily.

"So now what?", i ask tensed

"Duffer, go and tell her what you feel, or else i will take rhea ", sid winks at me.

"Tu kitna bara kamina hai! (You are such a big rascal!)", i speak while sid gives a short laugh

I run towards my car when sid screams, "abe ruk ja! (Wait!)".

"What?", i ask

"Dude you are purely drunk, so take my car and driver with you", sid throws his car keys towards me.

"Why are you helping me? You also love rhea right?", i ask

"Yeah i do but not more than you! And by the way i believe in giving everyone a fare chance", sid winks while i laugh

I quickly give car key to sid's driver and then sit in the car.
The driver speeds the car.

Sid's POV

Tears roll down my eyes as i see my car speeding.
I love rhea a lot but i am not a selfish guy.
If rhea 's happiness lies in vivaan then be it.
I cant undo my mistake but i can surely mend it.

Wiping my tears, i sit next to abeer while abeer furrows his eyebrows in confusion

"What happened champ?", i ask him

"Sid bhaiya, you had kisses rhea bhabhi", he asks

"Sorry!", i speak genuinely

"Its k...you have mended your mistake!", abeer smiles at me

I switch on the news to change my mood
After few minutes i see my car comming back and vivaan comes out of the car.

"Abe tu abhi tak yaha kya kar raha hai (dude what are you doing her till now?)", i ask confused

"Sid, you are still at my house?", vivaan asks me

"Dude you took my car and driver, cant i even see your tv?", i ask

"No i did not mean that", vivaan speaks slowly

"Leave all this!..why are you back?", i ask

"Dude, i dont know where is rhea!..i realise mid way that i dont know the place she has gone!", vivaan speaks while i start to laugh like a maniac

"Bhai here is her address!", abeer hands a paper to vivaan while noth of us look at abeer with confusion

"Rhea bhabhi had told me to give this ", abeer speaks

Both of us laugh while vivaan hugs me and runs towards the car

"Bhai, dont forget to kiss rhea bhabhi", abeer teases while vivaan makes a face.
