Two teenagers are sitting on a bench, talking to each other, while eating from their tiffin box..

They are in their school uniforms, and they are enjoying the beautiful weather; i.e, the spring season of delhi...its 2 april...

"So, vivaan how was your first day of class 10th?", asks rhea

"It was cool, first period was maths!...how was your first day of class 9th?", asks vivaan

"Just the way you told it would be..new teachers, more strict than class 8 teachers!", rhea replies with a frown.

"Oh don't worry, you get used to it!, any hot new classmate? Huh?", asks vivaan curiously

"No dude!, absolutely not!...i was actually engrossed in my books you see!", rhea replied sacarastically...

"Oh pls! You and books together?..never!..by the way a new girl came in our class...her name is naina...she is kinda cute", speaks vivaan with blushing, he prays to god to not let rhea notice it but rhea's eyes were sharp as hell..

"Omg!!!! You are blushing!!?", speaks rhea with a laugh

"Leave this topic, lets go to our adda (secret hangout spot)", speaks vivaan, dragging rhea to the spot..

They had their secret Hangout spot, on a terrace next to their school's terrace...
Both these terrace were so close to each other that a person could possibly jump from one terrace to another

Rhea and vivaan, to to their adda, and start gossiping, they were best of buddies until, naina came between the two!

*5 days later*

Naina, was sitting on a bench, it was lunch time, and she was trying to solve a maths question..

"Umm, hi...may I help you?", asks vivaan nervously

"Hey!..you are vivaan right?..you are maths topper right?", asks naina excitedly

"Umm...ya...how do you know, its just been 5 days since you joined this school?", asks vivaan curiously

"Well, i am a gossip freak you know", naina laughs

Vivaan helps naina, while naina tries to understand carefully

"Omg! This was soo easy!..thank you soo much!..friends?", speaks naina all in one breathe

"I guess so, friends!", speaks vivaan with a hint of blush

*15 days later*

"Adda?...won't your friend be angry from you by bringing me to your secret spot?", asks naina

"No, not at all..she will be happy", replies vivaan

"Umm ok..", replies naina softly

Rhea's POV:-

I was waiting for vivaan, on on secret spot..i was getting more frustrated with each passing second

I saw vivaan comming up with naina...i was disappointed

It was our spot...i never broughr any of my close friend here and i expected the same from vivaan

Naina, is my good friend, but still i am not happy!

"Hey rhea! See whose here?", speaks vivaan happily

"Hi, naina", i speak politely even though i want to stab vivaan with knife so badly!

Vivaan and naina, hug me in turn and that was it, then they started talking to each other hand in hand, it seemed like i didn't exist..

I decided to go , downstairs to class, there were tears in my eyes..
It feels bad to see you childhood buddy, forgetting you..

It was, 20 mins since i came back but none of them came to look for me...none of them

*~~*

*next day*

"Sorry rhea, but you know what, i guess i have started having crush on naina", vivaan speals excitedly

"Its ok...happy for you", i speak with fake smile

"Thanks", he speaks with bleaming eyes

That very moment, i lost my best buddy ...
But i was happy for him...genuinely happy...
