Ahana's pov

Next morning I woke up pretty relaxed and rejuvenated for some reasons and went to freshen up after kissing my husband's forehead. Taking my change and other toiletries went to take a shower. After a nice shower I came into the closet and got ready combing my wet hair, applying a lip balm and lining my eyes with Kohl. Chooda,mangalsutra and his braclet were adoring me as always and spraying some perfume I was ready in a royal blue saree.

I went out and saw him to entering the washroom, so I called him
"Suniye" hearing me he turned and his eyes held appreciation for me which made me blush. Coming to me he wished
"Good morning wife". Smiling I wished him back and he kissed my forehead.
"You look very pretty in saree" he complimented
"Thanks" I replied blushing because of our proximity
"But you know what is making you look prettier?". He asked and I nodded in no frowning and curious to which he said
"This mangalsutra, which is of my name" he said taking hold of my mangalsutra and kissing over it lightly while I looked at him as if seeing the God's best creation.

Next he took hold of my chooda clad hand which was filled with henna and making a sound from the chooda said
"This chooda which makes a tingling sound every time you do something making the environment peaceful on its own"
Godd. I was breathing heavily by now because of his effects and he continued
"And this henna which has my name engraved in it". He told tracing the pattern making shiver.
"But ek kami hai" he pointed out eyeing me and confused I asked still in daze
"Kya"
Looking here and there like finding something he looked at the dressing table and picked the vermilion box and I smiled understanding the meaning of his words and he filled my maang making me close my eyes in bliss.
"Hmm now it's perfect Mrs Malhotra" he commented with a satisfactory smile.
"Acha now go and get fresh. I have removed your clothes"
He nodded and asked
"Formals nikale hai?".
"No. I thought you.... You are going to office" I asked realizing and got disappointed. He sighed and cupping my cheeks said
"Don't be sad. I have a important meeting today. I promise to wrap it as Soon as possible and come back to you" I nodded understanding and he went to take a shower. I removed his formals, keeping the previous one back and went downstairs to see ma settled on the dining table talking with someone on phone. Passing her a smile and hugging her, I went in the kitchen and the cook,who was a lady in her 40's was preparing something. I asked her and she told me that choti had demanded of pancakes in breakfast so she's preparing that
"Acha toh aap woh dekh lijiye main baaki ka dekhti hu" I told her. After that in half an hour I was done with all the breakfast preparation when maa entered and complimented
"Arre wahh aaj tumne saara nashta khud hi banaliya" I smiled and said
"Not everything but sirf pancakes chod ke" she nodded and said
"Chalo fir mein sabko bula deti hu table pe" I nodded and she went out to call everyone. Telling the helper to set the table, I made my way out to see everyone settled down on their places.
Wishing dad and choti morning, I sat beside Randhir. As we were starting our breakfast, Randhir asked making a bad face
"Why only this hippo is getting to eat pancakes and not me"
"First of all I am not an hippo but you are a monkey. I toh even pity bhabhi how come she got so unlucky to get married to you..." I giggled hearing her and maa dad laughed. Randhir glared at her
"Tu Meri mat soch. Meri Shaadi toh ho gyi but I pity the boy you'll marry because woh bichara tujhe ladki samajh ke shaadi karega but usko actual mein ek ladka milega" he laughed saying this and choti made a crying face and cribbed "Dad" turning to Randhir she glared at him and said
"Unlike you meine pehli hi apna special order diya tha pancakes ka so it's exclusively for me . You suit yourself with omelette and poha".

He ignored her and started eating the poha when I took the extra pancake I asked the cook to make and served it to him while he looked at me appreciatingly and said
"Tum toh kafi smart ho"
Ignoring his comment I said
"Woh I just asked the maid to make a little extra just in case". Ma smilingly said
"Isse kehte hai, har chiz ko balanced rakhna. I am so proud of my choice" I blushed hearing her and dad said
"Akhir beti bhi toh hamari hai" hearing him I smiled while Randhir looked at us adoringly.
"Acha bholu...?" Ma called him out gaining our attention and continued
"Mein soch rhi thi ki hum sab Amritsar Kyu nhi ho aate. Tum dono ki nayi nayi Shaadi hui hai. Thoda ghumna bhi ho jaayega aur issi bahane sab parivaar ek sath phir mil lenge. Tum Kya kehto ho?". Randhir shrugged and said
" I don't have any problem ma. But ye achanak se Kyu ?". To which dad replied saying
"Actually beta humare mein har naye jode(couple) ko golden temple,babaji ke samne mattha tekna shubh mana jaata hai. Toh hum chahte the tumlog bhi unka aashirwaad lelo. Darshan ka darshan bhi ho jaayega aur ghumna ka ghumna"(guys this is just my imagination. Don't get offended please). Smiling Randhir accepted
"Okay so I'll wrap all the work so that there won't be any problem in office" dad nodded and excited choti said
"Wow,Holiday. Mtlb fun aur phir hum kitne dino baat apne sheher mein jayege hayye kitna maza aayega" we laughed at her and she looking at ma asking
"Mom anju aunty, uncle aur Anshu bhi aayege na" she asked hopefully and when ma nodded smiling she squealed and even I became I exited.
"Toh kab nikalna hai?" I asked as then I have to do packing too which I just hate so much.
"Tomorrow morning. We'll go by our private jet beta" dad replied and I smiled at him.
"Ha beta just pack for 5 days accordingly" ma advised and I nodded. Randhir stood up adjusting his suit jacket

And told " Chalo fir I'll see you all in the evening. Bye " he moved out of there and even I followed him behind till the door when he turned and unexpectedly hugged me by my waist making me still for a second. Feeling that I am still not hugging him, he whispered
" Hug me back Ahana. Pura din tumhare Bina nikalna hai" his soft husky voice in my ears did something to me and my stomach churned due to the closeness but I hugged him back this time and he sighed tightening his hold on me making me crush to his body fully. After almost 5 mins or so we broke the hug while my face was on fire due to blushing. Caressing my cheeks with his fingers he asked
" You don't have any problems with the plans we made right" smiling I shaked my head as I somewhere knew that he will ask me this. I don't know from were the courage came but I stood on tip toes and cupping his face kissed his cheeks to which his hold on my waist increased. I looked down shyly when he made me look at him holding my chin gently and whispered
"Agar tum aise karogi toh Mera office jaana mushkil ho jaayega" hearing this I hugged him hiding my face and he hold me tight. Breaking the hug after calming myself I asked
"Your lunch?".
"Actually mere clients ke sath hi lunch ho jayegi toh don't worry aur apna khayal rakhna and if there's anything than call me" hearing the call thing I remembered ki we don't have our numbers so I asked the same
"But mere pass apka num hi nhi hai call karne ke liye" he smirked at my question and said
"Don't underestimate your husband so much. Meine mera num safe Kar diya hai tumhare phone mein" smiling at his mischievousness I shaked my head. Kissing my forehead he said
" I'll see you. Take care"

" Bye, go safe" smiling at me one last time,he left while I stood there till his car was out of my sight. Sighing I went in to see almost everybody done with their breakfast and dad in his room getting ready for the office. Ma told me that dad have something to talk with me. Nodding to her , I went upstairs to Dad's room and knocked on his door.
"Ahana,come inside beta" seeing me on the door he asked me to come in and I went and Down beside him on the couch were he asked me to sit. Taking my hand in his is asked
"Beta you are happy here right?". Not understanding his sudden question I asked
"Yes of course dad. But hua Kya hai? Achanak ye sawal Kyu?

"Bas aise hi. Meine tumhare papa see wada(promise) kiya tha tumhe kisi tarah ki takleef nhi hone dunga. Jab se tum bahu banke iss Ghar mein aayi ho, Ghar ki raunak aa gyi hai. Mera humesha kaam mein lage rahne Wala beta bhi dobara hasne laga hai. Toh Jo inn saare khushiyon ki wajah hai uski Khushi mere liye bohot kimti hai."
Hearing him I understood that Randhir is just like him always caring and there for his family no matter what. I smiled and felt so much emotional seeing the figure of my father in him and said
"Aap aise mat boliye dad. Iss Ghar aur aap sabne mujhe itna pyaar diya,itne Kam samay(time) mein ki mujhe mere mom dad ki yaad hi nhi aayi. Toh aap hi bataiye ki itna pyaar Milne ke baad koi kaise khush nhi reh sakta? Hmm" . Dad patted my head lovingly and replied
"Bas aise hi khush rehna beta. And if that son of mine ever troubles you than you know were to come" I chuckled hearing his statement and nodded my head. Getting up he told
"Acha ab mein chalta hu. Mujhe site pe thoda kaam hai" I nodded and just then ma entered saying
"Hogyi baab beti ki baate?". Dad chuckled and said
"Ha hogyi. Ab mein chalta hu" he went kissing ma and my forehead while ma came to me and cupping my cheeks said
"Badi Sundar dikh rahi ho saree mein. Mera beta toh clean bold ho gya hoga tumhe dekh ke". I blushed hearing her comment
"Maa please" I whispered shyly while she laughed and said
"Acha on serious note. Ahana I wanted to tell you that for the packing for tomorrow's trip,you don't have to take many heavy clothes as it will be hassle for you. Just take 2 to 3 heavy suits because many new people will come to meet you for the first time aur phir gurdwara jaate time bhi thoda heavy pehenna hoga. Thik hai?"
I nodded understanding her words and said taking her hand in mine
"Don't worry ma I'll do everything accordingly okay" and she patted my head.

After that I came out and went in my bedroom because there was no such work now and removed my phone to kill the time. I remembered Randhir saying that he has saved his number in my phone so I thought to check it. I searched all my contacts in R column but there was no name of Randhir. Frowning,I searched all my contact list and there was a certain name which caught my attention and raced my heart beat to it's max level. I came to know that he has saved his number in my phone as ' husband' . God this man. He always does something which makes my heart fill with warmth and makes me shy to no extend. I was in my thoughts when I heard a knock on the door and saw that ridhi( I hope you remember her real name) is standing at the door. I kept my phone aside and told her to come in. Coming inside,she sat beside be side hugging and asked
" Bhabhi are you free?". I smiled and said
"Mein toh free hi free hu aap batao. Kya kaam hai?". Hearing this
She smiled sheepishly and replied saying
"Woh I wanna go shopping because mere pass koi ache Kurtis and dresses nhi hai. Aapki Shaadi mein toh mostly lehenge hi liye the toh woh pehen nhi sakti". I nodded and asked
"But it's not compulsory to wear Indian na toh you can wear Western too why to take hassle?". I asked knowing it is very rare when choti wears traditional. She pouted and said
"I know but it is very occasional ki mujhe Indian pehenne milta hai and I don't wanna Miss it" I chuckled and agreed to her knowing she won't budge and said
"And you want that I accompany you. Am I right or am I right nanand ji" she laughed and replied
"You are right so ready ho jao tab Tak mein bhi tayyar ho jaati hu"

"I am comfortable in this. You get ready. I'll be downstairs" nodding she exitedly went while I too went downstairs and told ma and taking her permission, we were on our way to the mall with choti driving and I on the passenger seat talking and I asked
"Which mall are we going?".

"Infinity mall" replied she and then within 15 mins we reached while talking all the way. Parking the car,we went in and started our shopping. First she purchased some casual wears for her saying that she is running out of it which I highly doubt and then we were at the traditional wear selecting some Kurtis for her and choti persuaded me to buy some for myself but I declined because I already have stocks of every type of clothes that I doubt I'll need anything in near future. Next we were purchasing some earing when choti called me out
" Bhabhi?". I nodded without looking at her as I was concentrating on the earing when she this time nudged my shoulder and this time I looked at her asking"what" . She pointed at a direction and told
"I think we should buy some of that for you" confused I asked
"What...." And the next word never came out of my mouth after seeing what she was pointing at. WHAT THE FREAKING HELL. She was pointing at a Victoria secrets outlet and I was red like a freaking tomato and my heart beat accelerated. Why every time I am stuck in such type of situation always and this choti. I'll not leave her.
"Choti behave. You are small" she got offended and retorted saying
"Haww... I am not small. I am 21 and waise bhi Bhai will like it" ohh god can this get any worst. How can she talk about her brother like this in front of me. Her wife. But on a second thought,how will he react when...... No no no. What are you thinking Ahana. There's a long way to go there aur tum abhi se?No. Shaking my head I looked at her and scolded
" Choti not a word more. I think all the shopping is done so let's do the billing and go home ". She pouted but without apposing did as asked. After the billing we were exiting the mall when my phone rang indicating a call and the name itself made me blush . No points for guessing it was my husband. With shivering hands I accepted the call and heard his strong yet gentle voice
"Hello wife" hearing his voice on the phone too gave me all sorts of butterfly in my tummy and I replied
"Hiii"

"Hayye, tumhari awaaz sunne ke liye Taras gya tha mein" I smiled at his nautanki and said

"Toh meine kaha tha office jaane ko ?".

"Haa apne nhi kaha tha but see I am about to reach home to meet and hug you and to do more" I blushed and replied

"But I am not at home" confused he asked me

"Ghar nhi ho toh kaha ho?"

" Actually choti wanted to do some shopping for the trip aur mein free thi toh I accompanied her" I explained him

"Konse mall mein?" He asked me and I told him the name and he said
"Acha toh you both do one thing wait at the food court, I'll be there in 10 mins then we'll go together"

I apposed not wanting to trouble him
"Nhi Randhir iski koi zarurat nhi hai. We have the car hum aa jaayenge. You don't worry"

"Arre isme pareshani ki Kya baat hai. I am just on that way only isiliye koi problem nhi hogi. Just do as I say. Bye. I'll see you" he cut the call immediately after that,while I shaked my head in despair. Telling the same thing to choti, we made ourselves comfortable in the food court while choti went to order some burger and a drink for herself as it was lunch time and she was hungry while I denied saying that I will eat after going home. After 10 mins choti came with her order
" Bhabhi you can at least have a bite" she offered me but I shook my head and said
"No choti I am really not feeling like eating anything. Shayad subah ka breakfast heavy ho gya. Ghar jaake thoda kha lungi" she shrugged and started eating while someone side hugged me and kissed my temple but I didn't freak out because I got to know he is my husband by his touch and fragrance.How suddenly in this days he has become such a important part of my life that I think if
I don't have him in my life than there'll be no meaning to it too. As silly as it sounds but it's feels so right and perfect. I smiled at him while he smiled sitting beside me after kissing choti on her forehead.
"So dad ke kitne paise waste kiye aaj tune?" He taunted choti while she pouted saying
"Aisi Kya baat ho gyi bhai, Kya aapke paise mere nhi hai?" Smacking her back of head lightly he said
" Chal noutanki" she cried a fake cry and massaging her head slightly told
"Bhai lagi mujhe"

"Toh meine Mara bhi isiliye" he said smugly to which she showed him her tongue making me smile at her behavior. She went back to her eating session ignoring Randhir while he looked at me coming close to me making me blush and removing some strands of hair from my face asked softly
"You're not having anything?" I shaked my head and replied
"Woh the breakfast was kind of heavy for me toh Mann nhi hai. Ghar jaake kha lungi thoda" he nodded taking hold of my hand while I asked
"You had your lunch?"
"Haa, clients ke sath thodi der pehle hi kiya" I nodded hearing him
" Tumne kuch liya apne liye?" As I was about to deny to his question when choti beat me to it
" Nhi Bhai. I toh told her so many times but she didn't bought anything for her" I blushed remembering what she asked me to buy but thankfully Randhir didn't saw me blushing and said to choti
"Usse pucha na meine toh usse bolne de aur tu thussne ka kaam Kar" I hit his bicebs lightly and said
"Randhir"
"What Randhir? Tum batao Kyu nhi liya apne liye kuch?
"Arre woh abhi toh bohot saare kapde hai mere pass Jo aise hi pade hai. Maa ne Puri closet bhari hai for my every need. So I don't want anything for time being. Baad mein kabhi dekhlenge"
He nodded acknowledging the fact making me sigh in relief and as ridhi finished her burger,we stood and started going out. Ridhi hugged Randhir sideways by her both hand around her torso while Randhir kept his hand around her shoulder
" Thak Gaya bacha?" he asked Choti to which she nodded and said
" I am feeling sleepy now. Bohot ghum liya aur bohot kha liya ab aaram karna hai " he chuckled kissing her crown while I admired their pure bond that how just a couple of mins before they were fighting and now he is treating her like his child. Randhir looked at me and forwarded his hand for me to hold which I did without any delay. He took me in a side hug and kissed me on the forehead making me the happiest person and asked
"Tum bhi thak gyi hogi naa?" I declined saying
" Ahhmm, not much. Isne(looking at ridhi) uchchl kud itni zaada ki hai that now she's tired" . He looked at her lovingly and said
"Aise hi hai. Ek dum jhalli(mad)" I smiled and agreed to which choti hit him on his chest making us laugh. We settled in our car and started towards home.
