Scene starts from the hospital.

Karan remembered how he was shaken up when Mahesh got heart attack years ago.

Flashback starts

11 year old Karan was shown entering the house with a cricket bat.

Karan - Mommm.. mein aa gaya 😁

Rakhi came out of kitchen, she saw his dimple smile which can light up anyone's mood.

Karan - Mom aaj meine 24 runs banaye woh bhi 10 balls mein 🤩

Rakhi sat near him and Karan continued.

Karan - Lekin uss Vinod ne mujhe out kardiya 😢

Rakhi - Khel hai beta.. aisa hota rehta hai chal ab fresh ho jaa 😌

Karan - Ha mom lekin aap dekhna mein na kal uski ball par sixer maar ke aaunga 😉

Rishabh - Karann 😄

Karan - Bhai 😌

He hugged his 15 year old brother and Rishabh laughs.

Rishabh - Kal pakka sixer maar ke aana ok? 😉

Karan - Done Bhai 😏

Rakhi - Thik hai ab jaa mujhe khana bhi banana hai 😧

Karan - Ok mom (kisses her cheek)

He went to his room happily. Rakhi went to kitchen to prepare dinner.

After sometime, she recieved a call from Mahesh's office and was informed that he got minor heart attack and taken to nearby hospital by his staff.

Rakhi cuts the call and called Rishabh.

Rishabh - Mom aap ro kyu rahe ho? Kya hua? 😲

Rakhi - Rishabh tere papa.. unko heart attack aaya hai mein hospital jaa rahi hu 😭

Karan who was happily descending the stairs halted at his step.

Rishabh - Mom aap akele nhi jaaoge mein bhi aaunga 😨

Rakhi - Tujhe Karan ka dhyaan rakhna hai 🥺

Rishabh - Nhi mein aur Karan dono aayenge aap auto bula do 😧

She nodded and Rishabh turned to call Karan and saw him looking at them with teary eyes.

Rishabh - Chal Karan jaldi 😧

But he didn't moved. Rishabh held his hand and trio went to hospital. Karan was sobbing and Rakhi was weeping silently.

Rishabh was tensed for his father and asked auto driver to drive fast.

They reached hospital and found Mahesh lying on bed with oxygen mask. Karan ran and hugs him while crying. Rishabh also had tears seeing their father like this.

Doctor - Please patient ko thoda space dijiye

Rishabh nods in understanding and pulled Karan towards him but he was not ready to leave Mahesh.

Karan - Dad please uthiye na 😭

Rishabh - Karan.. dad thik ho jaayenge 🥺

Karan looks at him and hugs him tightly.

Rakhi - Doctor.. Mahesh ji ki haalat ab kaisi hai?

Doctor - It was a mild heart attack, inke kuch employees unhe yahan samay par le aaye, chinta ki baat nhi hai maybe stress ki wajah se heart attack aaya ho 😅

Rakhi nods as she understands how stressed Mahesh was due to some issues going on in the business.

Flashback ends.

He got out of his reverie when felt a hand on his shoulder. Blinking back his tears, he turned to look at Preeta.

Karan - Hm?

Preeta saw little tears in his eyes but thought that it's her delusion.

Preeta - Meine Kartik ko ghar bhej diya aur mein aaj raat yahin rukna chahti hu toh tum jao 😧

Karan - Mein bhi yahin rukunga tum ye extra bed par so jao mein bahar so jaunga 😐

Preeta - Lekin..

Karan - No more discussion Preeta!

He said with a straight face and left outside. He sat on bench and crossed his arms.

Preeta lied down on couch nearby door thinking about Karan's behaviour and covered herself with quilt.

Preeta (in mind) - Achanak kya hogaya usko?

Karan kept his head on wall behind and closed his eyes. On the other side, Preeta closed her eyes and slept.

Morning

Karan woke up and streched his neck and arms.

Karan - Ouch 😕

His neck was paining but he went to cafeteria to get two cups of coffee. He went back to room to find Preeta sitting on bed and setting the quilt aside.

Karan - Good morning 😅

Preeta - Good morning! Tum kab uthe?

Karan - Thodi der pehle (forwards coffee) Coffee?

Preeta took it and muttered a small thanks.

Karan - Doctor round up ke liye kab aayenge?

Preeta - Woh toh 10 baje aayenge🧐

Karan looks at his watch which showed 7 am.

Karan - Ok.

After half an hour or so, Sarla and Shrishti reached to find Preeta sleeping in sitting manner and Karan keeping fruits in basket.

Shrishti - Jiju aap? 😲

Preeta woke up hearing her voice.

Preeta - Shrishti? 🥱

Karan - Teri dii ne toh mujhe kuch bataya hi nhi tha phir force karne par bataya aur kal raat se hum yahin hai

Sarla - Thank you beta 🥺

Karan - Maa thank you mat boliye please 😟

Sarla nods and patted his back.

Preeta - Tum fruits le aaye? 😧

Karan - Um.. haan 😅

Preeta (smiles) - Thanks 😄

Karan - Mention not 😅

Shrishti - Achha aap dono ab ghar jaaiye mein aur maa yahan par hai

Karan - Thik hai

Raghuveer - K..Karan? Preeta?

Preeta - Papa 🥺

She ran towards him and Karan also went near him.

Karan - Aapko kuch chahiye?

Raghuveer - Paani

He nods and poured a glass of water and made him drink. Preeta smiles watching him.

Raghuveer - Mahesh ko patah hai?

Karan - Nhi

Raghuveer nods.

Preeta - Papa hum chalte hai fresh ho kar mein wapas aati hu

Preeta was working in same hospital where he was admitted.

He nods and both went outside. Karan was about to open door for himself when Preeta held his hand.

Karan - Kya hua?

Preeta - Thank you (Karan 🤨) tum mere saath kal raat ko yahan aaye

Karan sighs and muttered a welcome. He opened the door and sat on driver's seat.

Preeta (in mind) - Meri baat khatam nhi hui thi ye toh bina sune baith gaya ☹️

She also sat on passenger seat and drove to Luthra house.

Luthra house

Girish - Nhi Rakhi ma'am, Karan sir jogging se nhi aaye aur Preeta ma'am bhi subah se kitchen mein nhi aayi

Rakhi - Toh dono gaye kahan? 😟

Sherlyn came from kitchen while holding bowl of upma. Girish left to kitchen to bring tea for everyone.

Sherlyn - Kya hua mummy ji?

Rakhi - Sherlyn.. preeta ko dekha tumne?

Sherlyn - Nahi

Rakhi - Girish keh raha hai ki dono subah se nhi dikhai de rahe mujhe tension ho rahi hai 😧

Sherlyn - Mummy ji, woh dono shayad kuch wakt saath bitane bahar chale gaye honge 😜

Rakhi looks at her and nods. Sherlyn looks at entrance to find Preeran walking in.

Sherlyn - Lo aagaye 😌

Rakhi - Karan! Preeta!

Karan - Mom! 🥱 (yawns) sorry

Rakhi - Tum dono kahan the?

Preeta - Kuch nhi maa woh hum dono morning walk aur jogging karne gaye the 😅

Karan (in mind) - Dumbo ki Dumbo hi rahegi 🤦

Rakhi - Raat ke kapdon mein? Jogging suit mein nhi?

Preeta bites her tongue and looked at Karan.

Karan (whispers) - Doctor Dumbo tum jhooth bol nhi sakti toh try kyu karti ho 😕

Preeta (whispers) - Tumne mujhe Dumbo bola? 😲

Karan (whispers) - Ha 🙄

Rakhi - Kya khusur pusur chal rahi hai? Preeta puttar tu jhooth mat bol sach sach bata 🤨

Preeta - Maa woh.. woh hum..

Karan - Tum rehne do yaar mein batata hu (to Rakhi) Mom hum hospital se aa rahe hai 😟

Rakhi and Sherlyn went towards them in worry and looked at each other.

Rakhi/Sherlyn - Congratulations puttar/Preeta 🤩

Preeran looked at them in confusion. After few seconds realisation dawn upon them. 😂

Sherlyn - Mein badi maa banne wali hu 😍

Rakhi - Puttar tu khadi kyu hai aaram se baith jaa 😧

Karan - Mom! Aisa kuch nhi hai meri baat toh suno 😳

Preeta nods in agreement.

Rakhi - Toh?

Karan - Tum bologi?

Preeta - Woh papa ko heart.. heart attack aaya tha kal 😥

Before Rakhi could say something Mahesh said.

Mahesh - Preeta aur tum ye baat hame ab bata rahi ho? 😟

Everyone looks at staircase to see him coming downstairs in hurry.

Preeta - Dad ye baat papa ne aapko batane se mana ki thi aap khamkha chinta karoge isliye 😓

Mahesh - Mein jaa raha hu usse milne 😤

Rakhi - Mein bhi aati hu 😟

Both went to hospital and Karan left to his room leaving Preeta in hall.

Sherlyn - I hope Raghuveer uncle jaldi se thik ho jaaye 😇

Preeta - Thanks Sherlyn 😅

Sherlyn - Tum fresh ho jao phir sab breakfast kar lete hai

Preeta nods and went to her room. was in bathroom so she decides to sit in balcony to get fresh air.

After sometime Karan comes out of bathroom wearing black jeans and shirt while Preeta turned back.

His wet hairs looked sexy to her. He pushed back some wet locks and drop of water ran down his body.

He found Preeta was ogling at him.

Smirk formed on his lips.

Karan - Preeta 🤨

She sort of didn't hear as yk she was busy in her dreamland. 😂

Karan (loudly) - Preeta 🤨

Preeta - Huh? Bolo kya hua? 😳

Karan - Yahan aao 😶

Preeta looks away and asks why.

Karan - Cause I said so, aao yahan

She stood in front of him.

Karan - Tumne mujhe kyu nhi bataya ki papa ko hospitalized kiya hai? 😤

She looked up at him.

Preeta - Meine bataya toh tha papa ne mana..

He held her arm and glares her.

Karan - Lekin tum mujhe bata sakti thi na 🧐

Preeta - Sab the mere saath, maa, shrishti, kartik phir kyu batati

Karan pulled her closer still holding her arm.

Karan - Kyuki mein tumhara pati hu, tumse ye expect karta hu ki tumhe koi problem ho toh tum sabse pehle mujhse baat karo, I expect ki tum mujhse apni saari baatein share karo 😌

Preeta gulps sensing their proximity and he smugly smiles. Gently caressing her cheek he asked softly. 🦋

Karan - Samjhi.. babydoll? 😍

Preeta - Ha 😳

Karan - Good 😏

He left her and walked out of the room leaving her in state of shock.

Preeta - Patah nhi kabhi kabhi karan ko kya ho jata hai? 😧

After breakfast, they left to hospital. Karan stayed with Raghuveer whole day whereas Preeta left to clear her schedule as early as possible.

Raghuveer - Achha beta ye batao ki meri bacchi tumhe zyada pareshaan toh nhi karti na? 🤪

Karan chuckles.

Karan - Bohot zyada pareshaan karti hai aapki bacchi.. bajarbatti hai ek number ki (lostly) bolna shuru karti hai toh rukti hi nhi, aur kya tashan dikhati hai mujhe, dhang se baat bhi nhi karti 😒

Sarla widens her eyes listening to him. Karan abruptly stopped seeing both of them.

Sarla - Aane de use aisa kaan marodungi mein preeta ke... 😧

Karan - Maa agar aap ye karengi toh mujhe bada maza aayega lekin please mat kariyega woh mujhe aur zyada pareshaan karegi 😨

Preeta - Kon pareshaan karegi? 🧐

Trio looked at door where she was standing in confused manner.

Karan - Koi nhi 😧

Trio fell silent and Preeta hums.

Preeta - Papa ab aap kaisa feel kar rhe hai? 😟

Raghuveer - Bohot achha, Karan mera kitna khyaal rakh raha hai subah se (Karan 😁) kitna achha ladka hai 😌

Karan corrects his collars in front of Preeta and she rolls her eyes making him frown. 😝

Preeta - Ha ha bohot achha hai aur pyaara bhi 😏

Sarcasm was dripping from her mouth.

Karan - I know tum mujhse bohot pyaar karti ho but ye sab baatein maa papa ke bich nhi karte babydoll 😏

Preeta glares him with wide eyes making him grin.

Preeta - Tumse kitna pyaar karti hu woh toh sirf mein hi jaanti hu 🙄

Sarla clears her throat and both looks at her.

Sarla - Karan beta tum jao apni academy tumhe practice ke liye bhi jana hoga, preeta tumhe bahar tak chhod degi haina? 🤨

Preeta - Kyu nhi? ☹️

Karan - Thik hai maa lekin shaam ko mein yahan aaunga.. preeta ko bhi toh pick karna hai

Preeta (mutters) - Bada ehsaan hoga tumhara 🥴

Sarla hits her arm and she pouts cutely. Karan giggles and Raghuveer laughs.

Raghuveer - Achha ab tum dono jao

Preeran - Bye!

Both came out and Karan says.

Karan - Mein tumhe pyaara lagta hu? 😏

Preeta - Pyaara ka P bhi nhi lagte tum bajarbattu 😝

Karan - Achha? (looks around and pulled her closer) ek din bohot pyaara lagunga dekhna cause I am The Karan Luthra aur mere charms se aaj tak koi bach nhi paaya 😉

Preeta pushed him a little.

Preeta - Aisa kabhi nhi hoga, anyways thank you 😌

Karan - Kyu?

Preeta - Mujhe kal raat yahan laane ke liye aur papa ka khyaal rakhne ke liye 😁

Karan - My pleasure 😇

Preeta - Ab jao

Karan - Bye bye CHAUTHI FAIL 😉

Nurse looked at them and laughed at Preeta. She glared her in return and she hurried away. 😂

Preeta - Tum! 😡

Karan laughs and goes away.

Preeta - Pagal kahinka ☹️
