QOTD: what will be your first question to the boy who will come to see you and to those who are already married what was your first question to him?

Well I never thought about it but may be my first question would be definitely about his interests or I think would be about his job or something.

Well I am confused but will be eagerly waiting for your answer....😅😅

It was Sunday morning in Murthy mansion. Priya was seen running here and there, shouting at the servants to work properly. She was running when Ram came from behind, held her by her shoulder, and made her sit on the nearby couch.

Priya: "Kya kar rahe ho Ram? Kitna kaam bacha hai abhi."

Ram: "Oho Priya, shaant ho jao. Itna exert karogi apne aap ko toh thak jaogi. Aaraam se baitho pehle aur yeh lo, juice piyo. Subah se kuch nahi khaya tumne."

Saying this, he forwarded her a glass of juice.

Priya: "Ram, aap bhi na! Kitna kaam hai."

Ram: "Sab kaam ho jaega. Chalo pehle juice piyo."

Priya sighed, drank the juice, and gave him the empty glass.

Priya: "Ab main jaoon? Pata hai kitna kaam hai, aaj humari beti ko ladke wale dekhne aa rahe hain."

Ram nodded in disbelief. Priya called Asha.

Priya: "Asha, dekho na, baccha Nandu uthi ki nahi."

Asha: "Ji maa, main dekhti hoon."

Asha nodded and went towards Nandini's room, only to see her snuggling in her blanket. Asha shook her head in disbelief and called her.

Asha (to herself): "Waha poora ghar tayyariyan kar raha hai aur yaha madam so rahi hai."

Asha: "Nandini, chalo utho. Dekho, subah ho gayi hai."

Asha pulled her blanket.

Nandini again took the blanket and covered herself.

Nandini: "Sone do na, bhabhi."

Asha: "Nandu, agar maa ne tumhe abhi tak sote dekha na, toh khair nahi tumhari. Tumhe yaad hai na aaj ladke wale aa rahe hain."

Listening to this, Nandini got up hurriedly. Seeing her face, Asha chuckled.

Asha: "Chalo, ab ready ho jao. Woh log kabhi bhi aa sakte hain."

Nandini went to the washroom while Asha laid out the clothes that Nandini had to wear.

Meanwhile, in the Malhotra mansion, the situation was no different. Nyonika was busy with all the preparations, with Jeevika helping her, and Manik was standing in front of the mirror, getting ready while the Fab 5 sat there with bored expressions.

Mukti: "Bas bhi kar Manik, pichle ek ghante se mirror ke aage khade ho kar tayyar ho raha hai."

Cabir: "Arre, samjha kar na Mukti. Apni hone wali biwi se milne ja raha hai humara Manik baba. Thoda toh tayyar hone de na."

Manik glared at them and got back to getting ready when Jeevika and Viren came in, as it was getting late and they had to leave. Upon entering, they saw Manik standing in front of the mirror, setting his hair.

Jeevika: "Manik, tum abhi tak tayyar ho rahe ho? Aaj tak toh kabhi itna time nahi liya ready hone mein."

Everyone burst into laughter hearing this, and Manik whined.

Manik: "Bhabhi, aap bhi!"

Viren came over and side-hugged him.

Viren: "Chup raho saare. Mere bhai ko koi kuch nahi kahega ab."

But then he turned towards Manik and said.

Viren: "Waise Manik, thoda jaldi kar. Nahi toh ladki nahi mili toh."

Everyone burst into laughter again.

Manik: "Bhai, aap bhi!"

Saying this, they all went downstairs and started for Murthy mansion.

Back at Murthy mansion, Nandini was sitting in front of the mirror, and Asha was helping her get ready. She was lost in her thoughts, and Asha, noticing her distraction, asked her.

Asha: "Kya hua Nandu? Kaha kho gayi ho?"

Nandini: "Bhabhi, main jab unse milungi toh kya baat karungi?"

Asha: "Tum uski chinta mat karo. Iss waqt woh bhi yahi soch raha hoga. Jitna mushkil tumhare liye hai, utna uske liye bhi hoga. Ab zyada socho mat aur tayyar ho jao. Main neeche jaa kar kaam dekhti hoon."

Nandini nodded, and Asha left.

Soon, the Malhotra family, along with Fab 5, arrived, and the Murthys went to welcome them.

They all moved inside, sat in the hall, and introduced themselves.

Nyonika: "Waise toh Panditji ne dono parivaron ke baare mein bata hi diya hoga, par phir bhi, Priya ji, yeh mera bada beta Viren aur uski patni Jeevika hai."

Viren and Jeevika took blessings from Ram and Priya.

Nyonika: "Aur yeh Dhruv aur uski patni Aaliya, aur yeh Cabir aur Mukti, Manik ke bahut ache dost hain."

They all greeted Ram and Priya, and then Priya introduced the Murthys.

Priya: "Yeh mere pati Ram, aur yeh mera bada beta Rithwik aur uski patni Asha."

They greeted each other and continued to talk.

All the while, Manik was looking here and there, and Cabir noticed this and smirked, thinking about his plan.

He leaned towards Manik and whispered.

Cabir: "Calm down Manik, aa jayegi humari hone wali bhabhi. Itna kya besabar ho raha hai?"

Manik glared at him, and Cabir shut up.

Mukti: "Waise Manik, tune ladki ki photo toh dekhi hai na?"

Manik looked at her, confused.

Manik: "Kaunsi photo?"

Mukti controlled her laughter and gave a fake shock expression to Manik and then to Cabir.

Mukti: "Cabir, tune Manik ko ladki ki photo nahi dikhayi? Tabhi main soch rahi thi, yeh itni jaldi maan kaise gaya yaha aane ke liye."

Manik: "Matlab?"

Cabir: "Ab kya batau Manik. Maine dekhi thi ladki ki photo, lekin tujhe batane ki himmat nahi hui."

Manik: "Kya bakwaas kar rahe ho tum dono? Aisa kya hai uski photo mein? Isn't she beautiful? I mean, kuch problem hai kya?"

Mukti and Cabir smirked at each other and faked a sad expression to Manik.

Mukti: "Rehne de na Manik. Thodi der mein pata chal hi jaega. Tu tension mat lena, hum tere saath hain."

Dhruv and Aaliya, who were silently watching the scene, decided to save Manik.

Aaliya: "Chup karo tum dono. Faltu baatein kar rahe ho."

They both silently laughed at Manik's horrified face.

Manik started imagining a girl with broken teeth, smiling weirdly at him, and a scream escaped from his mouth.

Manik (screaming): "Nahi!"

Everyone got startled by his scream, and Mukti and Cabir controlled their laughter with difficulty.

Nyonika: "Kya hua Manik? Aise chillaye kyu tum?"

Priya: "Haan Manik beta, aap theek toh ho?"

Manik looked here and there, embarrassed, and passed a forced smile, nodding no.

He was still thinking about the image in his mind when Priya spoke.

Priya: "Jao Asha, Nandini ko le aao."

Asha nodded and went to get Nandini.

Manik's thoughts broke when he heard the sweet chime of anklets.

Priya: "Lo, aa gayi humari Nandini."

Everyone looked at her, but Manik’s back was facing her. He disinterestedly turned towards her and gasped upon seeing Nandini, and Nandini also looked at him, shocked. They both whispered together.

Manik: "Nandini Murthy!"

Nandini: "Manik Malhotra!"

Woh jo tujhse mila hai
Pehli pehli baar
Kya tujhe hai kahabr
Tujhe hoga usse pyaar....
