It was the time of day, the birds were sitting on the trees and walls. Some were hovering in the sky in search of food. The sun was shining over the restaurant where Avni entered. She was carrying a handbag. Avni looked around and she saw a man sitting there. Avni thought and she went to the man and stopped near the table.

Avni: Aditya!

Aditya was sitting on the chair and was looking at his phone. Aditya turned his face and saw Avni. Aditya smiled.

Avni: why did you call me here?

Aditya smiled and looked at his watch and showed his watch to Avni.

Aditya: it is 01: 45 pm. And as if I know then it is lunchtime.

Avni frowned and then she made a face and smiled. Aditya smiled.

Aditya: and I want to have lunch with my wife so… I called you here.

Avni smiled. Aditya signed Avni to sit.

Aditya: sit.

Avni smiled and sat on the chair.

Avni: have you ordered lunch?

Aditya: yes.

Avni smiled.

Aditya: how was the day?

Avni: normal. There is no pending work. Thanks to Bhai.

Aditya: that’s great.

Avni smiled. They talked and soon lunch come and they had lunch.

It was the time of the evening, Aditya entered his room and kept his phone on the table and then he rest his back and head on the couch and closed his eyes. Aditya felt the smell of tea and frowned. Aditya opened his eyes and he saw Avni sitting beside him. Aditya was surprised to see Avni.

Aditya: when did you come?

Avni: almost one hour ago.

Aditya: but you said that you will get late.

Avni smiled while pouring tea into the cup.

Avni: I lied.

Aditya frowned.

Aditya: why?

Avni: to give you a surprise

Aditya: surprise?

Avni looked at Aditya and took a cup. Aditya passed a cup to Aditya.

Avni: why? Only you can give surprises, can’t I do that?

Aditya smiled.

Aditya: I liked it.

Avni smiled.

Aditya: I loved it.

They smiled and they sipped the tea.

Aditya: Aah… it was much needed… thank you.

Avni: you’re welcome.

They smiled. Avni took the plate and passed the biscuits to Aditya and Aditya took the one. They talked while enjoying the evening tea.

It was the time of night, the whole Rathore family was sitting in the dining area. They were having dinner. Aditya had the first bit and got shocked. Aditya turned his face and saw Avni who was sitting beside him. Aditya was chewing his food. Aditya understood that Avni has cooked the dinner. Avni took a bowl and had the curry on the plate. Avni saw Aditya and smiled but Aditya didn’t pass the smile to her. Avni frowned and thought. Avni remembered that Aditya asked her to rest as she had gone to the office after days so she was suffering from a headache. Avni looked at Aditya who looked at his plate. Avni felt bad.

Arjun: who has prepared dinner today?

Anjana smiled and said, Avni.

Arjun: I also felt that. It is awesome, Bhabhi.

Avni and others smiled except Aditya. Avni looked at Aditya and her smile faded. Avni got sad. Avni smiled fakely.

Anjana: I asked her that I will prepare, you must be tired but she didn’t listen to me.

Some days passed like this. Avni and Aditya daily went office. In these days, Aditya and Avni got close to each other but still, they had not consummated their marriage.

It was the time of the night, the moon was shining in the sky. Avni was standing near the window and was smiling looking at the sky. Aditya came into the room and he saw Avni. Aditya smiled and closed the door. Aditya turned and thought. Aditya came to Avni and hugged her from behind. Avni smiled. Aditya kept his chin on Avni's shoulder.

Aditya: what are you doing here?

Avni: I am looking at the sky.

Aditya: you love to see the moon, right?

Avni: yes, very much.

Avni turned her face to Aditya and Aditya passed a flying kiss to her. Avni pecked Aditya’s lips.

Aditya raised his eyebrows.

Avni looked at Aditya and made an angry pout. Aditya smiled and pecked Avni’s lips.

Avni smiled and turned her face to the moon. Aditya also looked at the moon. The wind blew and Avni closed her eyes. Avni’s hair fly on Aditya’s face who closed his eyes and inhaled the fragrance. Aditya was surprised. Aditya turned to Avni.

Aditya was looking at Avni. Aditya moved a step to Avni and cupped Avni’s face. Aditya smiled.

Aditya: ok, you are ready, right?

Avni nodded. Aditya also nodded and said, ok.

Avni was about to say and Aditya caressed Avni’s side hair.

Aditya: sleep now. Tomorrow, we have to go office.

Avni looked at Aditya and felt blessed. Avni snuggled to Aditya who smiled and hugged her. Avni closed her eyes. She doesn’t want to hurt Aditya by saying thank you so she remained silent. Aditya smiled.
