As the door opens, a figure walks in before closing the door behind it. It slowly shuffles it's way to the side of Koneko's bed before standing for a few minutes staring at her.

It drops it's knife before moving the sheets and going inside them right next to her.

Issei, Xenovia, Gasper, and Kiba were having there morning breakfast in the kitchen.

"So Gasper how you holding up" Issei asked after Gasper used his power a lot yesterday.

"I'm feeling okay, I just hope he's-" Before he could finish his sentence Rias came rushing in, terrified, she was panting as she looked over at the group.

"Rias what's wrong?" Issei got up heading to go check up on her.

"A-anybody seen... Y/n" she said heavily breathing.

"What?!" Akeno came from behind helping Rias up as she continued to talk while catching her breath.

"I-I looked. Everywhere for him but.. He's gone"

"Everyone we have to split up and look for him. Be careful incase we see that form again. I'm hoping that's not the case but please be careful" Akeno asked before picking Rias up again.

"What about you?"

"I'll help you guys after I take care of Rias, now go everyone"

"Right"

Everyone except Xenovia and Gasper split up. As Issei was going upstairs he saw Asia coming down. He explained everything to her leading them to team up and look after Y/n. Kiba decided to go alone to check on the other rooms.

"Don't worry Rias, we'll find him"

"I'm okay now, thank you Akeno"

"You stay here and rest, you don't look to well. Maybe you've gained a few pounds and lost a big of conditioning" she smiled at her.

"I am not fat!!" she pouted.

~Koneko's room~

As the sunlight came in, some of the suns rays hit Koneko in the eyes causing her to open her eyes and shielding them from the sun.

"Morning?" she thought about what had happened yesterday.

"I need to check up on him" as she tried to get up she noticed something had a grasp of her.

"Huh?" she tried to get away but whatever it was it had a tight hold on her.

"What the?!" she lifted the sheets to find Y/n with his arms around her waist.

"What?! Wait, what are you-" before she could finish what she had to say, Y/n pulled her closer resting her head on his chest.

"Let go of me!!" Koneko tried to pull away before feeling a hand on her head.

"I'll... take care of you... My beautiful cat" he gently started petting her head.

"Wha?" her face turned red after hearing his words.

"Y-you shouldn't be just spouting nonsense like that you know, what if someone heard that besides I don't really know know you that well and I-" before she finished she looked up to see he was still asleep.

"Are you serious?!" she smiled a little before burring her head in Y/n chest to snuggle up a bit.

"I'll stay like this for a little bit longer, but you'll have to leave after when you wake up" she said before holding on to Y/n and falling asleep.

"It's no use Rias, we tried to look for him"

"No we got to keep looking Akeno, he couldn't of just disappeared" she looked down trying to find out where he could possibly be at but could think of one possible place he could be at.

"Rias" she placed a hand on her shoulder.

"I know" she look sad.

Everyone had came in with no results.

"I need to tell Koneko" she looked up.

There was a silence in the room for a minute.

"I'll go with you" Akeno finally breaking the silence.

"Me too" Issei said joining in.

The slowly came out the room before going upstairs towards her room. The were outside her room ready to go but Rias stopped herself before turning around.

"Please take care of her if she goes back to the way she did yesterday. I couldn't bear to look at her crying again" she said before the two nodded. She took a deep breathe before opening the door and walking in.

"Koneko I nee-" she stopped after seeing Y/n in Koneko's bed.

"Hey Rias What's- GAAAAH" Issei was at a loss for words.

"Oh how adorable!!!" Akeno walked in tints of red on her cheeks as she looked at the two cuddled up together.

"Umm. So much noise" Koneko slowly woke up stretching out before turning to see Issei, Rias, and Akeno looking at her. She quickly looked down to see Y/n in her bed before looking right back at them.

"It isn't-" she chocked up on her words. She looked down at Y/n again before kicking Y/n out of bed.

Y/n Pov

"Get out already!!"

"Ow, what the hell" I look up to see Koneko really pissed.

"What are you doing here!!"

"Oh... Well I heard you call me when I was floating in the darkness. So I followed your voice" I slowly got up.

"Huh, what's this knife doing here" I say picking it up.

"Y/n, you were extremely wounded how did you get up" Issei said recollecting his thoughts after what he'd seen.

"I don't know"

I look at Koneko.

"All i know is you called me here, thank you, because of you I'm alive right now" I guess she wasn't expecting my compliment. She looked surprised before looking down with a hint of blush.

"What? Save you. No, you saved me. I almost killed you because I got reckless. I should be apologizing to you" she looked sad.

I walked up to her.

"Hey, look at me. I'm here aren't I. I'm here because I have a duty to protect you now. Don't ever say something like that again. If you want to know what really happened was that I am here now and I'm never leaving you again. I remember you calling after me after all"

"How did..." she looked surprised at first but let go of the thought after and came into my arms.

"Don't put your life on the line like that again, please I beg you don't do something like that again"

"Sure" I said smiling.

"Ehem so were just gonna walk out of her and act like this never happened okay" Issei interrupted while slowly walking out the room.

Koneko then let me go and started pushing me and the rest of of her room.

"Okay we'll you're okay, I'm okay, we are all okay, now get out of my room" she said slamming the door.

Koneko Pov

What's with all that smooth talk he was trying to do. Probably another pervert like Issei. Although, he really isn't like him.

He's pretty warm and I strangely felt, pretty safe in his arms. He isn't that bad.
