Rias Pov

We all wait outside of Y/n room. Issei and Kiba brought him in unconscious. Asia with the help of Akeno stayed inside to see if they could save him. He lost a lot of blood and I looked like he wouldn't make it out. All we could do is just hope for the best and he could fight through. I had Koneko in my arms the entire time.

"How's she holding up?" Xenovia came to check up on her.

"She's asleep now" I say looking down at her sleeping, old tear marks from when she started crying.

"Poor thing cried herself to sleep huh?" Xenovia laid her hand over her head.

"Yea, could you do me a favor?"

"Sure"

I got up from the floor before giving Koneko to Xenovia.

"Can you please put her in her bed?"

"Yea, let me know if anything happens"

"Sure thing" she said nodding.

Xenovia's Pov

I opened the door to Koneko's room, walking in, I left the door open so the light can shine in since it was dark.

"Alright, down you go" I said slowly putting her down and tucking her in bed.

"Don't worry Koneko, he'll be alright, it's not your fault. Sleep well" I said.

As I was about to head out I turn my head around as I hear Koneko speaking in her sleep.

"Y-y/n... Don't.. Leave.."

I smile before rubbing her head gently.

"Don't worry, he won't leave you"

I leave after closing the door.

"Hmm... Y/n and Koneko..." I smile at the idea

As everyone waited outside its been a few hours. Asia came in and out as she needed a break after using some much energy on trying to heal Y/n. As she came out Gasper would go in and use his Forbidden Balor View to momentarily stop time for Y/n.

"Asia, how is he?"

"I don't know Rias, Id want to say he'll be fine but..."

"I understand"

"Oh please god, please save him"

Asia, please, I'm hoping you can do it, I know you can.

Y/n Pov

It's dark. Where am I? Why am I just floating around? Guess I died huh. Well there wasn't in that world for me to stay alive. I wonder how long I'll float for?

"No use in trying to even think about it now" I close my eyes and rest.

I feel a hand on my cheek.

"Are you really going to give up"

I open my eyes.

"Mom?"

I see my mother but she's dead so I just shrug it off as death trying to fool around with me.

"You know there are people that still need you" I can see sadness in her face as she tries cracking a smile.

"No one needs me, I bring nothing but trouble and pain. I don't really care about death at this point, I'm pretty much almost dead anyways"

She brings out a mirror on gives it to me.

"What's this?"

"Look into it, Kuoh Academy"

The mirror suddenly projects the image of Kuoh Academy. I see everyone. Kiba, Xenovia, Rias, Akeno, Issei, everyone trying their hardest to heal my wounds.

"Why don't they just give up?"

"They care about you Y/n" she put her hand on my head before pulling me in for a hug.

"Stop trying to avoid people love you. The actions that happened at Minakawa were not your fault"

"But everyone died because I couldn-"

"Y/n?"

"..."

"You don't have to worry about hurting anyone again"

"Why? I'm still dangerous, I could kill them"

"But you didn't"

"What?"

She let's me go before handing me the mirror once again. I shows what had happened when I went into Bezerker mode. It stops at the moment when Koneko was about to get attacked.

"Did she get hurt!?"

"Don't worry" she smiled before letting her smile dropped.

"You actually got in the way" I can see sadness getting in her face again.

"It pains me to see my son get hurt you know"

I bring her into my arms.

"Im sorry" I release her.

"I dont get it though, why did I do that"

"You heard her in danger, that Bezerker form acts on emotion remember?"

"Yea"

"There has been very few people who have wielded that sword in the past, one in particular found that the sword wasn't all bad"

"But the sword's evil, it's nothing but darkness"

"No, it has darkness inside it but isn't all evil. It just happens to be such a powerful sword that most get corrupted by that darkness"

"That's Bezerker mode"

"A little, well that man found it had a secret"

"The first wielder of the Soul of Erebus went into the Bezerker form. He went into a rampage after seeing his wife get killed by enemies trying to get the sword"

"I went into it because i heard what really happened"

"It angered you knowing you were lied to and what happened to us"

"When the man went into his Bezerker form, he had no idea who he was killing. He didn't care. He was in so much pain after seeing his wife die he forgot about his daughter until it was too late"

"What?!"

"After seeing what he had done, he picked her up and burried her body next to his wife. After that, he made a pact with the Soul of Erebus. He said "Erebus, I sell my soul to you eternally on one condition, grant whoever is unfortunate enough to wield this sword next with a blessing, allowing them a protection to the one who they will treasure the most. Allow them to protect them from ever hurting that one person and that person never being hurt by an enemy"

"He sold his soul to help us protect someone?"

"Yes, that blessing is called Logan's Last Wish"

"So I..."

"Yes, you're desire to protect her gave you the strength to break out of the Bezerker form to save her"

"Hmm"

"You could say you've imprinted on her"

"Mom!!"

Hearing her laugh cracked a smile on my face.

"I miss you, you know, you and dad"

"We miss you too but it doesn't mean we want you to come with us just yet, you still have so much time ahead of you. You also have a duty to protect that girl you know"

I look down.

"I don't want to leave you again"

"You won't, I'll always be here" she says placing a hand on my heart.

"Now it's time to wake up" she smiles as a beaming light come from behind her.

"I guess it's time for me to go, I love you Y/n"

A single tear drops from my eye.

"I love you too mom" I whisper.

"He's safe now, stable but he's extremely weak he'll need some rest"

"Thank you so much" Rias grabs her hands.

"Don't need to thank me"

"You should go rest I'll keep watch on him. If anything happens I'll wake you up"

Asia nods her head before leaving.

Asia Pov

Thank goodness he's safe. Now it's time for some rest. Although

"Ko...neko"

He called out after Koneko. Maybe he was worried if anything happened to her. I guess I shouldn't dwell on it so much.

Koneko pounces on Y/n in a very sexual way.

"Y/n Im so glad you're back you can do whatever to me after saving me"

"I'll start with this seeing what this tail does"

"No dont Y/n I'll... NYAAAA!!!"

AAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!! Why did I just think of that oh please god forgive me thoughts.

I let go of my head before another thought comes into my mind.

"Hmm, I kinda like that pairing a little. And not because I'm trying to get rid of someone to keep Issei to myself"

"Oh god look at me talking to myself, I need some sleep"

She walks into her room to go to sleep.

~Koneko's room~

"Y-Y/n... C... Come" she says in her sleep.

The door opens and a figure appears walking in with a knife before closing the door.
