I stand on a tree branch, hidden from enemies line of sight.

"I'm closing in on the gym Rias, it's been quiet since I've got here, what do I do?"

"Go in, if you run into too much of a problem, retreat and call us for reinforcement"

"Who could probably be sent to help?"

"Most likely Kiba, Akeno is a little busy but Kiba hasn't gone into much action"

"You should sent him over here just incase"

I look out once more and move into the building. After a few seconds, I hear some commotion coming from the center. I burst through the door only to find all the enemies down and naked, with two familiar people stand tall among them, Koneko and Issei. They stare into my direction.

"Well you're late" she glared at me.

"Well you're looking sexy" I blurted out, returning the same look towards her.

She had half her clothes ripped off.

"Wha?!" She jumped back a little, a large blush on her face.

"Ah, shit hold up, I-"

"Just shut up, I expected someone like Issei to say that" she interrupted me as she looked away.

"Truthful, but hey!!"

"Good work you two, I need you all to get out from there now!!!"

As I say that they all take off.

As soon as I am out the door, the building explodes with all the ladies in there.

I say dusting myself as Koneko and Issei walk beside me.

"This is why she is the queen" Koneko speaks up.

I look up to see Akeno was the one responsible for the explosion that just occurred.

"In that case, what about letting me use you as a body pillow when this is done" she licks her lips and winks at me.

"Huh?!" Taking me by surprise, she starts laughing.

"I'm just teasing you, I wouldn't want our kitten over there to rip my head off now" she smiles pointing towards Koneko.

She blushed and looked away with an angry expression.

"L-lets just get out of here"

"Whatever you say, we should go for Kiba and Nova"

"Nova?" Koneko turned around with curious on her face.

"Uh, yea, we kinda decided to give each other nicknames a while ago"

She glared at me, clearly annoyed by what I said.

"So you gave each other nick- you know what, whatever" she huffed and left.

I couldn't help but give a smug smile by looking at my cute nekomata be so jealous.

"Better be careful now, you wouldn't want her to break an arm of yours" Akeno whispers into my ear.

"I know, I'll watch out next time" I give her a smile as she proceeds to walk ahead of me.

Grabbing Issei's arm, she pulls him ahead of Koneko. She begins to slow down until she's right next to me.

"... why don't I have one" she says looking down.

"What?"

"You know... a nickname" she frowns.

"I'm supposed to be your favorite girl arent I?" She looks up.

I could see that me not giving her a nickname really meant a lot to her for some reason. Could it be that?

"... Koneko?"

"... yea"

"Are you in hea-"

Before I could finish, I receive a punch to my gut.

"No!!.. idiot" she walks faster.

"I guess I deserve that... shit" I fall to my knees.

"You okay" I could hear Issei upfront.

"He is, now let's go" Koneko hurries past the two, clearly angry.

"Women am I right" I say getting up.

"Yup"

"Your just an idiot" Akeno tells me as she pats my shoulder.

"Well I'm sorry I don't have any experience with them"

"Could of been worse, she could of hit your best friend down there"

After a few minutes of walking and me thinking of a name I could possibly give her, we finally reach a split end.

"So, looks like we're separating then" I say looking at all three of them.

"Well, I'll go with Issei and let you two love birds handle your little problem you had"

Her response left us struck a bit.

"What, no we arent in love, me!! with her?!"

"Yea, I hate perverts like him!!!"

"Oh okay whatever you say" she winks at us.

"They're in love, since when?!" I could hear Issei as he's dragged away by Akeno.

"... I guess we kind of made it obvious" she said looking away.

"Are you still mad?"

"I'm not mad!!" She says walking towards our path.

"Hey wait up" I run up next to her.

For 2 minutes we didn't say a word until I finally decide to break the silence.

"What?" She looks up.

"That's what I though of as a nickname for you"

"That's terrible"

"Yea, I guess you're right"

"Where did that come from anyways"

"I just thought of what you are to me. I started thinking of all the words that could describe it until I realized, one word wasn't good enough" I turned to match her gaze before giving her a smile.

"I though, Keeper Of My Heart, or in short, Komh" I place my hands on the back of my head and turn up to face the moon.

"I'm still surprised about something"

"What?" She looks up too.

"Back when I was young, my father would always say the most beautiful sight would be looking up to see moon. He was a space fanatic, he would always take me and see the cosmos from the forest far from any city light pollution"

"You really miss him" she sounded a little disheartened.

"All the time" I respond sincerely.

"It's such an incredible sight to see every night that its out"

I take a deep breathe.

"Yet I can't help but think he was so wrong"

Koneko looks at me puzzled.

"What do you mean?"

"Because the most beautiful thing this universe has to offer isn't up in the sky, but right next to me"

She smiled and wrapped her arms around me as I put mine around her shoulder. After a few seconds, we let go.

"Are we good now?"

"I'll think about it"

I drop my shoulders.

"Shit"

She starts chuckling a little.

"What's so funny?"

"I still need a nickname for you, not as cheesy as yours though"

"Cheesy or not, women would love a man as cheesy as I" I puff my chest out.

"Yea but you're all mine now"

"Oohlala" I smugly look at her.

She smiles and stops.

"Something wrong?" I turn towards her.

I walk towards her before she puts a hand on my chest. She looks at my eyes, I could sense the mood changing, from the current battle mood to a more romantic one with the way the moonlights hitting her beautiful, delicate pale skin, the way her gorgeous golden eyes glow. I couldn't feel it but, my body slowly started gravitating towards her. Mere centimeters from our lips touching.

"Awww would you look at that"

As we were just about to make contact, a voice was heard from behind us. A few of Risers pieces walk up to us.

"You just interrupted something"

"Hey Y/n, Kiba and Xenovia have been eliminated. There's too many enemies fall back until Issei and Akeno catch up"

"You two took out two of my good friends"

"Yea you should of seen the pain in their faces, hehehe!!!"

1 rook, 6 pawns and a queen.

Koneko pulls on my arm.

"You heard Rias, let's go!!"

"You two arent going anywhere"

I pull my arm away from her.

"You go find those two"

"What about you?!"

"I'll take care of them"

"We got a tough one here" of the pawns laughed at my remark.

"Y/n I can't l-"

"Koneko I said go!!!"

She looked at me before looking down.

"When I come back, you better still be here" she said before leaving.

"I said you aren-" her words were cut off by one of my kunais grazing her head.

"You hurt my friends isn't that right?"

A few black marks appeared on my face as a black aura surrounded my entire body.

"Yea, so what?!" She shouted.

"You also interrupted something really special to me"

"So I'm about to inflict so much pain on you" I say in a serious tone.
