Talulah was currently in her Quarters thinking.
Her mind was deep in thought to the point she did not realize the Blizzard arrived by now and W was standing inside the Room looking at an old image of Redacted Keener.

W: ... Oh Darling... I wish you came back. I wish we were closer once more.

Talulah was caught off guard for second until she realized who was in her Quarters.

Talulah: Speaking of him, how much do you know him since it seems you know more than I thought.

W: Oh? Well he and I go way back. We used to be working together and hang out.

Talulah: I mean how much do you know him, not what you used to do.

W: Oh I know soo much of him~. I used to be a Mercenary as you already know. Many others refused to speak with me and treated me differently but he was different. We knew each other since we were kids. When the Bullies wanted to hurt me, he stepped in and stopped them. In fact he was even able to convince them the error in their ways for a long time. Sadly they died, we somehow became friends.

Talulah: I see...  Anything else?

W: He used to be gone in the Military for some time until one day he returned. For some reason he was soo much different. I thought he would be cold hearted and cruel but instead he became calm, kind, caring, protective and unreachable. I mean how could I ruin the current him. He talked with me about my problems. He listened. He cared. He is just like her... And he was also her bodyguard. I think he still is.

Talulah: I can understand that but what I want to get the info from is how he became like this. How does he win the love of the people. Everyone here fears me yes. But love me in a sense of a Leader and Idol, they do not.

W: He does what is called the Impossible. Not be Greedy, Harsh, Merciless and so on. He gives people a chance. The current state of the world is horrible indeed. But instead of treating the Infected like as if they are nothing more than hopeless folk, he gives them a porpoise. He gives them a Home, a Life, a Place where everyone no matter the Infection or not can be. He successfully cured the Dollar Flu. He was also able to process the Oripathy Disease and he was able to establish Cities for everyone of the world to stay around the world. His Faction is Larger than you think.

Talulah was shocked by this. To think he was working International, however it makes sense. He was a Russian Division Agent with a Russian Citizenship in a sense. He wanted to help people all over the World as much as he could.
No one knows how he does it but ever since the...Incident....

Talulah: W do you know what the Incident was that made people want to work with him and started to believe him.

W did not utter a word at first but she knew.

W: Talulah... You really do not know him and yet you wish to see him and learn from him. You love him but know it won't be the same way of love from him.

Talulah: I need to know.

W: .... Very well. He was on a Mission which ended up with him meeting Reunion for the first time. They listened as he tried to convince them that it was not worth the slaughter, that there are ways to get back what they wanted.

In return Reunion wanted to fight him claiming he knew nothing. He told them the truth of how he truly was oparently and in the end it was a stand off with only one thing happening then.

He gave the Reunion Squad Leader a Revolver and told them to load 5 rounds. He told the Reunion Soldier to spin it and shoot him. If the gun fires and kills him he is a liar and if not he is truly trying to help them.

The Soldier did so...  the gun did not fire. The scary thing was that the gun did not have any empty space. There were 6 shots in it and the Gun did not fire. It jammed every time it was aimed at him or even the Soldier. When the Soldier aimed at a Bird the trigger worked and shot out killing it.

He didn't toy with it and there are no guns these days yet that can be programmed to shoot enemies but no friendlies.

Talulah: I see. So all this was some specialty moment?

W: It was something no one could explain. It was a moment of pure trust. Everyone else in the Squad could no believe it and yet there it was right in front of them. I swear of they actually even just scratched him I would've murdered every singe one of them.

Talulah: You sound like your gonna do it anyways W.

W: Well I do not see them deserving his mercy for trying to trick the game. And even then they were just mindless morons. But that is why I am so obsessed with him. He is merciful to even the worst Sarkaz or even Ursus General. But it's not like it changed much for me to see him as. After all there is one thing I do not know about him.

Talulah: Oh~? I wonder what it could be~?

W: Talulah your so tasteless. It's about his Military Career. I haven't seen him ever since in person. I would watch him and see if I could get in contact but that was it. No more than that. He looked.... 

Talulah: Hm? What? Emotional?

W: No it's when he returned I did not see him smile or even talk to anyone. It was like as if his mind was empty. Blank look, no emotion, killer instinct maybe. To be honest I wouldn't have guessed that it would end like this. Him being so broken.

Talulah: What changed?

W: His... Division Career. He turned more soft towards others. Was very protective of his squad and taught them how to fight and survive. Lt. Col. Blisk was impressed himself. I could not believe it. The only time we spoke was when I snuck in and met him in his dorm. We talked about our live advances and he was the one who was chosen as her bodyguard. He was the best honestly. I think she fell for him too. 

Talulah: Well there is something about that.

W: hm?

Talulah: She does not see him as a Husband but a child of her own. She cannot bring herself any further than that.

W: Yeah but I cannot deny her feelings. Maybe we could share him but I know him to be very specific on the rules of relationship for him. One woman and one alone.

Talulah: Many say so.

W: I know so. He told me after all.

Talulah: Well it seems like we can proceed then?

W: Hm?

Talulah: When the storm settles we are moving to his HQ to meet him and hopefully start and Alliance.

W: ...

W was ecstatic. She could finally meet him again. After all these years. It is time.

W: I can't wait.

Meanwhile...

At Rhodes Island the situation looked grim. 7 Division Agents were killed in action. Many Operators were wounded or knocked out.

Alex: See that everyone gets their treatment no excuses!

Rhodes: Jesus what happened Faye?!

Faye: Ambush! Goddamn fuken Hunters!

Rhodes: Shit...  You sure?

Faye: I just got back from there what do you think?!

Texas: Ma'am please calm down at least for now. Your condition is not the best.

Faye: I can manage I want to know how the rest are!

Texas: Exusiai's Condition is the worst. She got shot in the leg and electrocuted more than 5 times.

Alex: Get her some pain killers now!

Nurse: Yes Doctor.

Texas: Doctor I think she will manage.

Alex: I don't wanna hear that Texas!

Texas was shocked by his outburst.

Alex: I will not loose anyone again ever! Never again!

Rhodes put his hand on Alex's Shoulder.

Rhodes: Kid by the time your done here your passed out. Please rest up and trust us to do the job. SilverAsh escort him please.

SilverAsh: Of course. Please Sir I think it would be a good idea to rest up.

Alex: ... Fine...  ANY NEWS ARE SENT TO ME IF IT'S AN EMERGENCY!

Rhodes: We. Got. This. So rest up.

Alex went to his dorm to get some rest. SilverAsh escorted him on the way and made sure he is fine.

Faye: How did it go from a sweet move to this.

Rhodes: Faye that's how it gets ya. If the job is too easy it ain't right. No job is too easy there is always something out there to pounce.

Texas: I will go checkup on Excusiai.

Kal'stit: She is doing better now so you can go ahead.

Texas: Thanks Dr. Kal'stit.

Texas wasted no time to check up on Excusiai. Sheay not show it due to personal and history reasons but she does care. She only does it her own way.
As she entered the Room were Excusiai was resting she saw he trying to get out of bed.

Texas: Exu what the hell? Get back on the bed now before you worsen your leg.

Excusiai: I have to speak to the new guy.

Texas: Lucifer?

Excusiai: Something tells me I know him. I have to see if I am right.

Texas put Excusiai back on her bed and pulled the sheets back on her.

Texas: If you have any questions...  tell me and I will ask him myself. I feel the same too.

Excusiai: It's just when he was trying to hold those guys off his sword movement was not like any other. It was a special act. It reminded me of him.

Texas: I will ask and see what he has to say. I will tell you once I get back.

Excusiai: Promise?

Texas: ... ... Y-yeah sure stop giving me those puppy eyes.

Texas walked away to ask Lucifer about the suspicious things they recalled.
It seems that he is not just some operator.

Texas: Time to ask some questions.

She was now at the door of his dorm. She took a few moments to get her serious self in check before knocking.
A muffled 'come in' was heard on the other side.
Now she is ready to enter and ask.
She opened the door and walked in seeing him sit on his desk working on his sword.

Luci: Hey there, how can I help ya?

Texas: I wanted to ask some things Excusiai at the moment cannot for her and myself.

Luci: ... Suure go ahead. Oh please no requests I am not the guy to always trust with those.

Texas: The only thing I request is honesty.

Luci: That can be arranged, ... to some extend.

Texas: Some extend?

Luci: Look Texas, some things are very private just tell me what you want to ask and I will see if I can answer that.

Texas: Ok. So first things first, your sword is a specially designed one?

Luci: No not really made more like made and given.

Texas: I see, then what about you combat skill, you thought like someone we know but I cannot put my thoughts in process yet.

Luci was getting a bit riled by the questions getting more personal and close to his past.

Texas: And your a Fallen, soo...

Luci: What? Problem with it?

Texas: No just that you remind me of someone.

Luci: Well I have never been here before I can say as much. Anyways if you have anymore questions ask later I am kinda working on this unless it is really important.

Texas: Well for Excusiai it is. I wanted to also ask how you have decided to work here?

Luci: A needed job with payment and place to stay, sleep, eat, shower and sleep. And yes I said sleep twice.

Texas: I... See...  You sound like him too.

Luci was getting uncomfortable with the Situation. He could not let them know. It's just not the right time or place.

Luci: Look maybe I have met this friend of yours before but I am not that person.

Texas: If you have then what do they look like?

Luci: Hm...  I am not so sure it was a long while and I do not remember easily that much so quick. If we did meet then for a short time. Which normally means combat.

Texas was shocked to hear that.

Texas: Is that...  then... his sword.

Luci: Could be but like I said I do not remember 100%.

Texas did not want to believe that one of their Friend is dead. "It can't be he could not be dead, right? I mean he couldn't be dead just like that unless... he lied?" ....
....

Texas: Do you know someone called Ray? Is your name by chance Ray?

Luci got frustrated and wanted to stop the subject. He hoped it was enough to say half truths but he should have known Texas is not easily lied to.

Texas: Well?! Are. You. Ray. Or. Not. Lucifer?

Luci: ... Texas, I have work to do I will answer that question later.

Texas: Not enough! I want to know that too Excusiai wants to know and Mostima left looking for him and who knows where she is at the moment!

Luci stopped in his tracks upon hearing Mostimas name.

Luci: This Mostima friend of yours, was she acquainted with him?

Texas: She will not stop until she finds him and is gonna punish him for leaving is the better way of saying.

Luci shivered at the thought. If what she said is true then Mostima will defiantly never leave his side. Even stop his time and make sure he cannot 'escape'.

Luci: ... Tell her he is fine. But I am not him either way.

Texas: ..... Ok...

Texas left the room, half relived and half skeptical. 
She will keep and eye on him.

Luci in the meantime kept working on his project.

Luci: That was too close. Better use my words wisely next time.
