Washington DC. The Capitol City of USA. Back then everyone used to live like any person. Some successful and the majority not.

However everything changed when the Oripathy Disease and Dollar Flu Virus broke out.

DC was one of the first Cities to Fall after 5 days of Chaos. The 6th was the day it fell into Catastrophe.

With Riots, Criminals and even some Insane people causing Ruckus it became clear that this could mean the end of all.

However the President signed to Activate Directive 51 which activate Sleeper Agents all over the US:

The Division.

The First wave ended Horribly. The Second one brought more success but never found out how or why the first wave failed.

The superiors say that they went AWOL or that some turned against the country for no reason.

No one knew how it really turned into that.

Only the survivors of the first wave knew. Those who did not weren't in that situation. Now the Chaos turned Destruction incarnate in New York. Everything turned worse and worse.

DC still stands but it seems like New York needs help.

By now the info is unknown but definitely not good news. Factions so far have their own agendas.
The Division who were the Heroes many saw as had to now go to New York to take down a Faction that is barely mentioned.

One City was built again but changed and had it's name set differently. It didn't have a specific politics setting for itself however that is also expected when most of the politicians are dead or the president being a traitor.

ISAC is the AI that is assisting the Division to stop any enemy to the US and the People. Now it wasn't a War about restoring Politics, instead it's about saving what remains of the people and supplies that keep them alive and going.

The City with no Politics but some Order in a way was called Lungmen. It was designed and created by the current Leader Wei.

You might be thinking why did so much change?

Well because most people wanted to change some things in order to somehow bring back balance.

More or less the US stayed but a part of it was renamed Terra which was still a part of the US. 

The Division is slowly loosing it's grip however so as of now the second HQ and recruiting center is in Lungmen. Though the Division and Wei are not really in best Terms they still from both sides acknowledge that it's the only solution.

For the time being everything seems alright.

3rd POV.

Fay Lau is currently in her office working on trying to track down Aaron Keener. She has got nothing so far as her sister tries to convince her to take a break.

Rhodes Island, a Faction that is trying to find a Cure to the Oripathy Disease and was on the Dollar Flu which so far has been taken care of, is currently talking with Rhodes the current second in command and Leader of Haven. Haven is the Settlement on the outskirts of Lungmen which is one that can't move to Lungmen due to a Rule of: No Infected allowed. Some people were being treated there so for the time being it was not possible to move since they leave no one behind.

They learned that lesson after Reunion was formed alongside the Outcasts which are all based on being Infected and wanting revenge for how they were treated.

Rhodes: Look I know what you are trying to say but we can't let more Agents in. First off many went AWOL or are probably just finished with the whole thing. If I let people in they have to be trust worthy and the Division proved us wrong too many times.

Alex: Look as head Doctor of Rhodes Island who was in a goddamn coma no less saying I need you to at least trust me. You took me in and the Operators even though you barely knew us back then.

Rhodes: That is exactly the point. New People two chances. The Division don't have any Chances anymore. And I gave them three.

Alex: Alright...  Then at least Faye.

Rhodes: Faye? No offense Kid but last time I checked Faye has be swaying around that Division Badge for too long. I get your point. But I cannot trust them as of now.

Alex: I-... *sigh* Fine.

Lappland: Looks like you two are getting along. By the way Texas wanted to ask something.

Texas: I did not need you to say that for me.

Lappland: Aw but why not we can help each other you know?

Texas: Your a blood thirsty killer with some weird Religion behind it while I am trying to not loose to suicide.

Rhodes: Not like that will do anyone good Kid. And you need to keep it easy. Eversince Keener showed his face we have been on High Alert. 

Lappland: Why not just Kill Him then.

Rhodes: Good Luck, by the time you realize it he already has you where he wants you to be and then we find your corpse filled with Lead.

Lappland: I have faced worse Opponents.

Rhodes: Keener is not 'Opponent' last time I checked. He is a genius who brings Chaos to everyone who is his enemy or causes him trouble. He even attacked settlements on his own and they has their respective Guards. 

Texas: Lappland he is not a Target Dummy, he's the one that turns people into Target Dummies.

Lappland: AHAHAHAA well I always wanted a Challenge!

Rhodes: I have already said what I had to.

Texas: I agree. Anyway it was a question about him.

Rhodes: Go on.

Texas: I overheard some Enemy Troops mentioning a second Keener. Like as if there are two.

The Room went silent after those words.

Rhodes: We don't speak of a second Keener Kid. Frankly I have never heard of two Rogues called Keener.

Alex: What if there are two people but same last name?

Rhodes: Trust me Kid it would've been easy to find them then. But it isn't and neither do we have Intel on one being Rogue. We would've known.

Texas: Then we will find out more about him right?

Faye: Texas all means being to take down ONE Keener. Two don't exist.

Texas: Alright then.

The two Operators walk away.

Alex: I'll be in the Office if you need me.

Rhodes: Alright.

The Doctor walked off to do his work.

Benitez: Good work and not mentioning him.

Rhodes: You would be fucking crazy if you belived I would ever tell them.

Faye: He is the worst one after all. He hacked his own data to erase so much that the only thing we know is his Gender and last Name.

Kandel: I have heard stories about him. He is the definition of Untraceable/Untrackable.

Faye: He hacked the Entire Pentagon in 2 minutes. 2 minutes is what it took for him to find even the most secured area where his data was saved in for a backup scenario in case anyone tried that.

Rhodes: If anything he scares me the most. Not even I can reach his level of Tech Intelligence.

Kandel: Well if you find him I hope you finish him for good.

Faye: We probably won't find him but maybe if his brother Aaron would be nice to speak we could.

Benitez: Either way were stuck at zero for now.

Meanwhile...

Alani Kelso POV.

Alani: I can't believe that we never knew of this.

Alex: It's not like we could've. Maybe it was a bit of chaos running wild for all we know.

Alani: Rogue Agents don't target BOO's like that. It doesn't make sense.

Alex: Look they only took out the Guards and let the Civilians live. The weird thing is what they took.

Alani: Why do they need Lab Equipment and Samples of the Dollar Flu or even a whole Viral Sample Package hurled into a Helicopter.

Alex: I don't know but it sure is not to make a cure. If our info is correct that is.

Alani: Alright fine then.

Alex: I will look into the Data I have for now. You can go rest up.

Alani: Sure...

Alani walked over to her Quarters and set her things on the side of the Bed.

"Goddammit things were easier to understand with the other Factions but this Rogue Faction. I am even surprised that I wasn't allowed to mention it to anyone else. This sucks" Alani thought to herself.

Yato: Hey Alani we wanted to ask you if you wanna join us for Dinner.

Alani looked at Yato, Nearl and Hoshiguma standing there.

Alani: Alright, but I won't stay too long.

Nearl: We know just being sure to ask you to join us. After all you worked alot in the last few weeks.

They weren't wrong. "Yeah they got a point. Too much work and you go crazy."

Alani: Well then let's get some dinner before the cafeteria closes.

Nearl: Agreed.

Yato: Alright.

Hoshiguma: Glad you finally take a break for a bit.

Alani sighed understanding the statement.

3rd POV.

As Alani went on towards the Cafeteria she was met by Kal'stit.

Kal'stit: Alani may I ask a few questions?

Alani: Great not even a Hello.

Kal'stit: Apologies but I am in a hurry.

Alani: Go on but keep in mind I can't answer all.

Kal'stit: I need to know who Aaron Keeners Brother is.

Alani: Why do you want to know that?

Kal'stit: We found out via a DNA sample of a (Redacted) Keener. We know there would be only one amd Aaron is revealed already and thanks to left over Data recovered we saw he has a Sibling.

Alani: Dr. Kal'stit with all due Respect I have no clearance to answer that question. You are gonna have to ask the higher ups.

Kal'stit: I don't have time to look for them left and right listen, when you meet them tell them I found something shocking and terrifying.

Alani: We know what he has done and might still be doi-.

Kal'stit: No I mean his DNA! He is immune to the Dollar Flu remember?

Alani: Yes so.....  ... You... Mean?

Kal'stit: He has been 'Infected' with the Oripathy Disease however is not a Carrier nor a Person dying from it. He is literally Immune.

Alani: ... Oh God. Then it could explain why those Agent and Soldiers took those supplies.

Kal'stit: You mean?

Alani: Were not sure but some speculations already could match up.

Alani walked ahead.

Alani: Ill let the higher ups know about this unless you find them first and get a Promotion.

Kal'stit only stood there baffled. She has worked here for a while and yet she had no Idea that she could get a Promotion from Kandel for this.

Kal'stit: Alright.

Meanwhile on the Outskirts of Lungmen a Militia Squad is patrolling the Area looking for Supplies for Haven.

Militia 1: So how long will it take?

Militia 2: Dude who cares. Look at Kara and then yourself. She's handling it like everyone else. Maybe it is because your too fat. 

Militia 1: Oi fuck you. I live my cakes ok.

Militia 3: Cakes that you don't need to stuff yourself with. 

Liskarm: So any Idea what the Map says?

Militia 4: Let me show it to you for one Date please.

Liskarm: Sorry but I cannot Date someone when we are not Safe yet from enemies that could be approaching any second.

Militia 1: Are you gay by chance?

Liskarm: No but so what if I was?

Militia 1: Nothin really luv just askin i don know why you making a fuss of it?

Liskarm: Look I am just someone who wants to finish this mission as fast as possible.

Militia 2: Couldn't agree more.

As the group of Militia was walking Liskarm suddenly stopped and looked ahead.

Militia 3: Hey what's going on?

Liskarm: I feel that someone is close by and watching us.

Suddenly a sniper shot rings our hitting the first Militia member in the leg. 

He fell and yelled out.

The rest were filled with adrenaline as they all spread out to cover.

Liskarm: Jess grab Mike!

The Fifth member jumped and Slowly dragged Mike to cover.

Liskarm: John, Henry and Kara I need you to provide cove-*Boom*

The Explosion made Liskarm fly into a Car. Her shield broke a bit but most was still intact.

Liskarm: *UUNF* Gah shit!

John: Liskarm you ok?

Liskarm: Yeah I am fine. Oh god behind you!

John: Wha-... Cluchhh *coughs up his own blood*

???: Take them down! All of them one by one!

???: Keep two alive for Interrogation.

???: Yes Sir!

???: One is out of Cover! Taking the Shot! *shoots and kills Mike*

???: That's two down and two to go!

???: Move move move!

???: I think we will have the prisoners known now.

The last two Militia troops were executed while the only Medic was Spared.

Now Liskarm and Jess were put with their hands behind their Heads and weapons tossed aside.

???: Look now you two you can Answer the Question or you can let our Friend do the Torture for you. Choose wisely. 

Liskarm: She cannot speak. She is mute.

???: And you? You speak just fine no?

Liskarm: I can speak just fine. So what are you gonna do to us if we don't speak? Torture us? Murder us? Or even have some 'activity'?

???: Silence wench no one cares about that here. We want answers and if you don't speak the first thing you mentioned is what will happen.

???: Stand aside fellas.

???: Yes Sir.

Liskarm finally saw who was leading this attack. Rogue Agent Dragov.

Dragov: Liskarm nice to see you again. I am glad it's seeing you alive.

Liskarm: Dragov what the fuck? Why?!

Dragov: Did you not hear? I went Rogue long ago.

Liskarm: I know but why?!  WHY JOIN KEENER?!

Dragov: Look Liskarm dear. We had a nice relationship but it did not work out remember?

Liskarm: Only because the Division was your job making you busy alot but we still love each other right?

Dragov: Your right but what you said there is what I mean. I am not with the Division anymore. You knew my father. I was born in a Family of Criminals. I chose the Law, and all I saw was the other side of the same damn coin. Police? Corrupt thugs whom you can bribe.

Division?  Hah! Delusional killers of the highest order.

Now...

Liskarm: Dragov please don't kill us.

Dragov: Now if I love you why would I do that? Look Liskarm I want to know only two things ok?

Jess wanted to show Liskarm to not try to tell him anything but as of now she was too shaken to see it.

Liskarm: What do you want to know?

Dragov: How much does the Division and Lungmen know of our Operations?

Liskarm: Not much but speculations.

Dragov: Alright. Now then, what is the Division planning against Keener?

Liskarm: They want to hunt him down and kill him obviously.

Dragov: No no I mean (Redacted) Keener.

Liskarm: Wait there is a second one?

Dragov: It seems they barely mentioned him after all. Well that man gets to live.
Rick tell HQ to release him and blindfolded send him out.

Rick: Yes Sir!

Liskarm: Who are these people?

Dragov: Hm? Oh these people here are what remained of LMB. Most of them are the recruits that joined in.

Liskarm: I see...

Dragov: Baby listen, I wish I could tell you to join us and expect you to but...  I am guessing you probably disagree.

Liskarm: It's not like I would choose much. 

Dragov: I'll let you go to choose if you want to or not.
I am offering a position for you to join and stay alongside me but I will not force you. I am not my father.

Liskarm: I understand. But I will have to choose later and think about it anyway.

Dragov: That's ok. Guess I will cya later or another time depending.

LMB 1: So we let them go then?

Dragov: Yeah let them go.

LMB 1: Right Sir.

The Soldier let the two go.

Dragov and his Troops walked off.

Dragov: Cya around. 

Liskarm: Yeah...

So it seems... That Liskarm has finally met her loved one again. In the past they dated for a while. While Dragov was still in the Police Force he helped her once in a situation back then when the world was still normal where she was about to get attacked by some criminal Serial Killer. Ever since then he has been her protector. She wanted to be by his side so she joined the Police Force as well. She rose through the Ranks and was quite famous among her group of friends.

Dragov was happy that she was training hard. Now instead of running from the Criminals, the Criminals run from her. He trained her a lot in many Russian Fighting arts. After 1 year of working together their Relationship was an official announcement and everyone of course was happy for them.

When the world went to shit she found out he was recruited by the SHD as a Sleeper Agent who got activated just then and there.

The more he was on the field the less she saw him. She couldn't go where he went. Last time she saw him was at the Rikers Island. A Island holding a Prison of some of the worst Criminals out there. One of them being her first ex boyfriend who killed her father and tried to harm her after their breakup. 

When she saw him again he wanted to finish the job but of course she wasn't the young inexperienced girl anymore. Before he died he told her he killed her current boyfriend. Meaning Dragov but she knew he was bluffing. He went after the weak and vulnerable and Dragov protected the people in need. He was no fuck over.

However she was shocked when after a while sge saw he was marked Rogue.

It saddened her because not only does that mean kill him but she might be ordered to do it if she is very unlucky and she knew it was for a good reason he went rogue. She believed it was a miscalculation.

She will soon find out now more then what was said. Maybe she will learn why so many Agents went Rogue.
