In the grass plains, we see a young boy laying in the grass, sleeping.

Y/n: Uh.... Ungh...

He then looks around, and is confused as all hell

Y/n: Where... am I...?

As he looks he notices a lot of grass and only one tree.

Y/n: Okay... this isn't my room... and this definitely not where I went to be last night.

As Y/n looks around, he notices a person by the tree, however they are in a full hood. Y/n then walks up to them, but keeping a bit of distance.

Y/n: Um, e-excuse me...?

The person doesn't respond and Y/n walks a bit closer.

Y/n: Uh... Do you know where I am?

As he walks closer up, he notices that he still hasn't responded. Y/n goes to say something but the hooded figure says something.

???: Why were you given a fate like this?

Y/n: Huh?

???: You had a perfect life, but then "someone" had to ruin it all.

Y/n: W-Who are you?

???: I'm sorry, I haven't introduced myself.

The hooded figure turns around and we now see what he looks like. He has short black hair and blue eyes.

Y/n: What the...?

Epoch: My name is Epoch.

Y/n: Oh... Oh! I'm so sorry! M-My name is...

Epoch: Your name is Y/n L/n.

Y/n: Huh?

Epoch: 18 years old. You're an exchange student who's been wanting to study abroad for quite some time now. You soon became friends with Hajime Nagumo and Kaori Shirasaki.

Y/n: What the... How did you... know all that...?

Epoch: A while ago. When you and your friends entered this world a few weeks ago.

Y/n: A few... weeks ago...?

*Flashback*

Y/n's POV

I walk into class, just like always, completely tired. As I open the door, I received some glances from the others. It's not that I'm the worst person, it's just a few minor things. I then walk to my desk and pull out my manga, Knights & Magic. Truth is, I love how an Isekai story can have modern technology and magic work together, so I read manga like this a lot. Truth is, I've always dreamed of being an Isekai main character.

???: Morning Y/n.

I look up from my book and see my friend Hajime Nagumo.

Y/n: Morning Dude.

For some reason, everyone hates him. I never understood why.

???: Good Morning Nagumo-kun and Y/n.

I turn around and see another friend, the school idol, Kaori Shirasaki.

For any weebs or anyone who knows personality terms in anime, she's what you'd call a yandere. Whenever I see her, she's always behind a tree, stalking me.

Y/n: Morning Kaori.

Kaori then smiles, which always lights up my day. Now, you may be wondering why she calls me by my first name. Truth is, it just feels easier for me and for my classmates.

Kaori: It seems you got a bit more sleep this time Y/n.

Y/n: Yeah.

???: Come on, again with Nagumo and Y/n?

???2: Kaori, you're hanging out with them again. That's nice of you.

???3: Still, no matter what you say to Nagumo, he will still be worthless.

Y/n: Uncalled for man.

Allow me to introduce these three. The one on the left is Shizuku Yaegashi. Her family own a dojo, and is another idol in this classroom. The one in the middle is Kouki Amanogawa. He's just your typical pretty boy, and that's basically it. And third is Ryutaro Sakagami. If I were to summarize him, it would basically be that's he's a gorilla. These three have been making Hajime's life miserable even before I transferred in here. I've tried to help, but it never ends well for me. Though if I'm being honest, I don't listen to the old saying of the strong living and the weak dying.

Kaori: Good morning Yaegashi-san, Amanogawa-kun, and Sakagami-kun.

Kouki: Y/n, why don't you just ignore them? You do realize their using you.

Y/n: Do I look like I care?

Kouki: No...

Y/n: Exactly. I honestly don't give a crap about what you or anyone else says about my friends. I choose to hang out with them, and I'm betting Kaori does the same, right?

Kaori: You're right. I talk to you and Nagumo-kun because I want to.

Y/n: You see?!

Before I can say anything else the bell rang. As our teacher walks in and begins teaching.

*Flash-forward*

It's been a little while now and I look behind me and see Kaori staring at me.

Y/n: Yup. Yandere alert.

I then look down and see something familiar. A magic circle. I try to stand up, but some force isn't allowing me to move. Not even speak so I can tell the others. Soon, the others do notice it and try to escape, but their held down like me.

Y/n: What the fuck?!

The circle then glows a bright red and a pillar of light appears, and soon I'm blinded by light. I then open my eyes and see that I'm no longer in the classroom. I look in front of me and see a banner of some sort.

Y/n: Huh... Neat.

I then turn around and see my classmates are rather confused. I then see behind them thirty people who appear to be praying. Before I can say anything, one of them steps up.

Ishtar: Welcome to Tortus, our hero and his countrymen. We greet you. My name is Ishtar Lombard and I am the pope of the church of saints. Please, follow me.

He then takes me and the rest of my confused class to a large hall with enough tables so he can explain everything. I wasn't really paying attention much, but here's what I got from it. Apparently Tortus, where we are right now, is the home to three different races. In the north, where we are right now, the humans reside. In the south, we've got demons. I just hope they aren't like the ones you see in Demon Slayer. Finally, there's the beastmen who live deep in the eastern forest. I just hope I can run into a cat girl. That would be so awesome! Oh, I'm getting off topic. Anyways, there's been this whole war going on with the humans and demons for centuries, with neither side having a winner. However, the demons soon learned how to control monsters. The god of this world, Ehit, saw this threat, and decided to summon us. Miss Aiko was against it, thinking it was some sort of prank. However, when she learned the terrain. Hajime asked if we could go home, but Ishtar said that only Ehit could send us back. Now knowing this, Miss Aiko refused even more.

I mean, I've always wanted to be in another world, but I just now want to know if we can go home.

Miss Aiko: No way! I'm not letting you use these kids! Even if your god permits it, I don't!

Y/n: Um... I have to agree with Miss Aiko here on this. I just really want to go home. You're going to make me miss the premiere of Dr. Stone Season 2! And I've been waiting for this second season to come out for a VERY long time now, I'll have you know!

Miss Aiko: You see! Even one of my own students doesn't want a part of this!

Ishtar: Why do you two act like this? Ehit himself choose all of you. That is a great honor.

Y/n: Miss Aiko, please forgive my foul mouth. I DON'T GIVE A FUCK!!! I'M GOING TO MISS SOME QUALITY ANIME, AND I DON'T CARE IF YOUR WORLD IS IN DANGER!!! GET SOMEBODY ELSE TO FUCKING DO IT!!!!

Kouki: Y/n... Aiko-sensei...

Y/n: What do you want now, dude?

Kouki: I... no. WE need to fight. This world is in danger, and the people need our help. I think we were destined to be brought here.

Ryutaro: I knew you'd say that. Let's go kick some ass!

Y/n: Are you serious?!

Shizuku: Well, it's not like we have a way back, Y/n.

Kaori: I'll help, if Shizuku-chan's helping!

Y/n: No! Not you as well Kaori!!!

The other students then start agreeing with the others. As I sigh in defeat, Miss Aiko then waves me over somewhere.

Miss Aiko: Um, Y/n. Thanks for sticking up for me back there. Even if your intentions were not the same as mine.

Y/n: Well, the end goals are different, but we both don't want to be here. Unfortunately, I don't think that they're going to let us go.

*Time-skip*

We then head to another area, with someone else waiting for us.

Meld: Thanks for lending us your aid, heroes! I'm Meld Loggins, Captain of the Knights!

He then hands us something that kinda looks like a smartphone.

Y/n: Hey, what is this?

Meld: That's known as a Status Plate. As the name suggests, they show your basic parameters in numerical values. They're also handy ID cards, so don't lose them!

Hajime: But how do we activate them.

Meld: FIrst, I'd like all of you to prick you finger with the pin I gave you, then put the blood on the plate. That'll mark you as it's owner-

Y/n: How does-

Meld: I have a gut feeling, so don't ask me how it works kid. I'm not to sure myself.

As he continues talking, I then look at my Status.

I then look down and see that he already has my card.

Y/n: HEY! GIVE THAT BACK!!

Daisuke: Oh my god! You're a dead weight! Even Najumo's got better stats then you! Yo', Meld! What's and Enchanter?

Meld: It's sort of like a support class. It can offer small boosts to you abilities, but not that much though. After a certain level, the boosts often do nothing to help. It's sort of one of the worst jobs on this planet.

Y/n: Huh? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

Daisuke: Better up us all level up, you idiot!!!

I then clench my fists, ready to go full primate on him, but I then feel Hajime touch my shoulder.

Hajime: Forget it man. He ain't worth it.

Miss Aiko: You don't need to worry Y/n. I'm not a combat class either, and my stats are awfully meager to boot! See?

She then hands me her status plate as I see what her stats are.

Meld: You're a Farmer?! I've only heard legends about them!!! Send word to the church immediately! She could lead a world-wide Agricultural revolution!

Miss Aiko: HUH?!?!?!

Y/n: *Image Below* Damn it! I am really am the worst class!

*Time-skip*

It's been 2 weeks since we were summoned to this world, and when my dream to become an OP Isekai Protagonist went down the drain. I then look out and see the night sky.

Y/n: Man, it's a beautiful night. If I was at home, I'd be watching Dr Stone right now. And now I have to miss the season two premiere! Damn it! This sucks! This is not exhilarating, and it's not something I can get excited over!

As I complain, I hear knocking on my door.

Y/n: Who is it?

Kaori: It's me, Kaori. Can I enter?

Y/n: You can come in.

She opens the door and sees me just looking out the window.

Y/n: Do you need anything?

Kaori: Yes... Well... It's about tomorrow...

Y/n: What about it?

Kaori: I want you to stay in town during the combat training.

Y/n: Wait, what?! Why?!

Kaori: I had a dream... well, more like a nightmare... You were getting hurt really bad and then... you disappeared.

Y/n: Look, it's just a dream. Don't make such a big fuss over it.

Kaori: But I'm worried for you.

Y/n: Look at me Kaori.

Kaori: Hmm?

Y/n: I'm going to make a promise to you.

Kaori: A promise?

Y/n: I promise that I won't die and won't ever let that dream you had become a reality!

Kaori: Y/n...

Y/n: I may be the worst class... But I'm pull through to the end. I want to see us all go home together!

Kaori: Then I promise to protect you and Nagumo-kun to the end as well!

Y/n: Alright then...

Y/n: Ohhhh. I remember now! We were summoned to Tortus to become the heroes of the world!

Epoch: So, you remember now?

Y/n: Yeah. I do now. But wait, how did I get here? Truth is... I can't really seem to remember how I got here in the first place...

Epoch: I know that as well, if you would like to know.

Y/n: I do. I want to know exactly how I got here!

Epoch: *sigh*

Epoch then turns his head away from Y/n, as Y/n looks in confusion.

Y/n: Hey... Aren't you going to tell me.

Epoch: *sigh* Kid... The reason you're here is because you died.

Y/n: Died...?

Epoch: Yes. You died. Your heart was pierced out of your body... after the spells were shot.

Y/n: Heart... pierced out...? Spells...?

*Flashback*

Y/n's POV

We arrive outside the Great Orcus Labyrinth, with me as well in some attire that fits this world

Meld: Listen up! You'll be watching each others' backs in the Labyrinth. Help your brethren out, no matter what. Got it?

Everyone: Got it!

After we entered, Kouki charges right in. After we killed many monsters, one of the mosters comes to attack me. I bring my sword out, but I can't help but shake in fear.

Y/n: What the hell? My body's not moving at all...?!?!

Hajime: TRANSMUTE!!!

The monster then freezes. I then rush up and kill it.

Y/n: Thanks Hajime.

Hajime: No problem man.

Kouki: Good job, you two.

Daisuke: Hey Y/n. Why do you even bother using a sword when you're useless with it?

Y/n: So I can level up, idiot!

Daisuke: Says the one with the worst class ever! It's best you stay back with Miss Aiko, your girlfriend, and let us handle things.

Y/n: MISS AIKO IS OUR TEACHER, NOT MY GIRLFRIEND!!!

Kaori: Y/n, are you okay?

Y/n: I'm fine. Just a little scratch. Won't stop me!

Kouki: Y/n, don't listen to him. You and Hajime both just need to work harder and keep training. If I were in your shoes Y/n, I'd be using every second of downtime I had to level up.

Y/n: Easy for you to say. You've the hero class. You're basically the Isekai main protagonist of our class!

Kouki: Watch out!

Kouki then jumps above me and cuts down a monster.

Y/n: Thanks for that.

Kouki: No problem.

Kaori: Huh?

Shizuku: Hm?

I then look up and notice a giant blue crystal.

Y/n: Wow. What the hell is that?

Meld: We've stumbled upon a glanz crystal. Larger ones like this are rare. It's quite impressive.

Hajime: Is it useful for anything?

Meld: Well, they're pretty popular stones for engagement rings.

Kaori: It's beautiful!

Daisuke: Well, then. Sounds like somethin' I should get my hands on.

Daisuke then starts to go grab the crystal.

Meld: Get back here! Don't do that before we've even checked if it's safe!

He's to late, as Daisuke grabs the crystal, then having a bright light surround us. After the light dies down, we now see ourselves on a bridge.

Y/n: *to Meld* Hey... Do you know where we are?

Hajime: Over there!

Suddenly, a bunch of skeletons show up and some giant beast as well.

Meld: It was a trap!

Y/n: Oh, great job Daisuke! We're all sprinting to our deaths at RECORD SPEED!!!!

Meld: Everyone! Get back to the stairs, right now!

As me and the others make our escape, I notice Kaori trips. I go after her, but I then see Captain Meld.

Meld: Move it. Don't wait for me. I'm not letting any of you die down here. O, God, grant protection to your children. May the ground itself repel our enemies. Let them do no harm. Deny these monsters passage. HALLOWED GROUND!!!

The behemoth then clashes with the barrier and breaks through it with ease.

Hajime: Y/n! I need some enhancements!

Y/n: Got it! MAGICAL BOOST!!!

I then boost his magical strength as Hajime then uses transmute

Kaori: Nagumo! Y/n!

Y/n: Get out of here Kaori! Me and Hajime will keep it at bay!

Meld: Fast thinking you two. Well done.

Y/n: Get out of here! I'm almost out of magic power!

Hajime: And this barrier won't hold him for long. You should go now! Get Shirasaki to safety!

Y/n: Please, Captain Meld, we can't hold it! Hurry up already!

Meld: Okay. I swear we'll rescue you both. Be strong, both of you. I'll be back.

Y/n: Understood!

Hajime: Keep it up!

Y/n: I'm out of power!

Hajime: Damn! It won't hold much longer!

Meld: Get out of there, you two! We'll cover you!

Me and Hajime then proceed to run, with Hajime in front of me. As we run, a bunch of magic then goes around us to hit the behemoth. They then fire a second round at the behemoth.

Kaori: Keep running! You'll make it!

As I run, I hear Hajime say something.

Hajime: Y/n! Dodge!

Y/n: Huh?

I then look up to see one of the spells heading towards me and Y/n.

Y/n: Those are heading towards us!!!

As the spell hits us, I get blasted behind the behemoth. I then see a bunch of skeleton monsters, who are ready to kill me.

Y/n: Shit.

One of them then stabs me as my heart comes out. It then pulled it out, causing me to cough up some blood. My soon to be dead body then falls to the ground, completly soaked in my own blood. I look to see the others one more time.

Meld: Run!

Shizuku: Get outta there you two!

Random Classmate 1: What happened?

Random Classmate 2: Did someone hit them?

As I cough up blood, I look to them with a look of desperation.

Y/n: Run... get... out of... here...

Kaori: Y/n! Nagumo!

Shizuku: Don't!

Kaori: But they're both alone out there!

I then see Hajime fall down, shocking me.

Y/n: Run... please...

I then look at Kaori, who's looking at me with worry.

Y/n: I'm sorry Kaori... Guess I failed to keep my promise...

Y/n: Mom... Dad... I'm sorry... I won't be coming home again.

As I close my eyes for the final time, I hear Kaori's voice.

Kaori: NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

*End of Flashback*

Y/n then grabs his heart and slowly starts to remember what happened. He then puts his hand to his mouth, as he is about to throw up.

Y/n: I remember now... I was killed! The magic went crazy!!!

Epoch: It didn't go crazy.

Y/n: Huh?

Epoch: He knew exactly what he was targeting. And he got a friend of yours in the crossfires of it all.

Y/n: Are you saying... Daisuke did it...?

Epoch says nothing, making Y/n right on his statement.

Y/n: That bastard!! Wait, is HE still with them?!?

Epoch: Unfortunately, yes.

Y/n: *Inhales*

As Y/n goes into a rage, Epoch looks at him in shock.

Epoch: He really is determined isn't he? Well, it may be against the rules, but I could give a little help to him.

Epoch then slowly walks up to him and begins to speak.

Epoch: Y/n, I have a request.

Y/n: A request...?

Epoch: Will you... be willing to be reborn... as my child?

Y/n: Reborn as your child? But... how are you going to do that?

Epoch: Simple. I can simply revive you, but change your genetics to have a bit of my blood into it.

Y/n: So... basically... it'll be like a blood transfusion?

Epoch: Half right, half wrong.

Y/n: Then how are you going to do it?

Epoch: I will be giving you my entire life force. With that... you can be resurrected... As my child. The child born from the God of Time.

Y/n: Hold on... did you just say god... of time?!

Epoch: Correct. You will be reborn as a Demi-God, and there will be the high chance you never leave this world. You will live past everyone you know, and in a thousand years from now... Y/n: I really don't have much of a choice, do I?

Epoch: What do you mean?

Y/n: I mean, your having me decide between life and death, and I'm not going to lie right now. Life is a precious thing. You normally get one chance at it before you kick the bucket for good. Sometimes, I think back and wonder, was my life really worth it? Many people don't even find their life purpose, even before they die. I want to know what mine is. If I have to give up my own humanity to not only save Kaori from that monster, but from this world, I will do it.

Epoch: So your answer is yes?

Y/n: *nods his head* I am more than willing to be reborn as your child.

Epoch: Thank you Y/n. Now, before I can begin, I must warn of some things.

Y/n: Like what?

Epoch: About Ehit and the rule of Tortus.

Y/n: What about Ehit?

Epoch: To summarize, he only sees you as war potential. A weapon that would soon die out after it's use.

Y/n: No way...

Epoch: Then here you go.

Epoch then puts his hand to Y/n's, and he then places all his memories of Ehit inside of him. Y/n is absolutely baffled by it. It then turns from one of shock to pure anger.

Y/n: *Image Below* That bastard! That motherfucker is going to regret ever summoning me to his world!!!

Epoch: And now for the one rule of the world.

Y/n: One rule?

Epoch: Yes. It's Survival of the Fittest. Meaning you kill or you're going to get killed.

Y/n: Understood.

Epoch: Now, hold my right hand. Oh, and make sure to close your eyes

Y/n then grabs his right hand and then closes his eyes. Suddenly, a magic circle that looks like a clock appears beneath them.

The area around them then cracks, creating a giant area of space.

Epoch: Hear me, O' father of the heavens. I am time itself. I am also the end of it. I pass the power of time manipulation onto another, onto a human soul! Let thy soul be reborn anew in the world, a give them the divine power of the god of time! ZAFKIEL, RESURRECT!!!!

Y/n's body than begins to glow a bright green as Epoch's energy flows into him. A part of the power than goes into Y/n's left eye, causing it to turn into a clock. Then, as all of Epoch's power flows into Y/n, his body vanishes. Epoch then begins to pant, as he has given Y/n all of his power.

Epoch: *panting* I wonder... what sort of change will you have with this power...

Epoch: My Daughter...
