"Dean, could you slow down? No one is going to take it from you" I said bluntly watching as Dean inhaled his burger. "I'm hungry!" Dean said with his mouth full. Sam had a disgusted look on his face witnessing this. "That's gross" We both said in unison. Dean just rolled his eyes and took a swig of his beer. "So Arielle, what all do you know about hunting?" Sam asked. I looked at him. "Probably not much. I've really only hunted demons, negative spirits, vampires and werewolves" I said. "Those were the creatures that attacked me when I was five years old" I finished. "Why are you guys out hunting? Just for fun?" I asked. "We're looking for our father. He went out for a hunt a while ago and never came back" Dean said. "So now dad's missing." I huffed. I sorta shrugged it off, I haven't seen my dad in six years. "Sam, we might have to teach her a lot more before she goes on hunts with us" Dean said. Sam rolled his eyes. "I don't think it's a good idea for her to hunt at all. Dad should've known this would've happened" Sam said. I cleared my throat and got to my feet. "Let me start by saying I may be sixteen years old, but if you think I'm going to sit and twiddle my damn thumbs while my mother and father are out there somewhere, you are out of your goddamn mind. Not to mention SOMETHING killed my grandmother and I'm not gonna rest until that unlucky son of a bitch has it's head chopped off. " I said. I huffed and walked off into the girl's restroom. I looked around in disgust at the filthy bathroom. There was toilet paper all floor and the floors looked like they haven't been mopped in nearly three years. I gagged slightly at the horrid smell and I walked back out to Sam and Dean. I sat down in my chair once again and looked at them. "That was fast" Sam said. "I'm not using that bathroom, it's disgusting" I said simply. "Well, changing the subject here, you definitely have the Winchester trait" Dean said. "That's not always a good thing Dean" Sam said. I just shrugged and shoved a French fry in my mouth. "Ahhh. Food" I said with a slight smile. "Anybody want some pie?" Dean asked. My head shot up, "Pie? I want some pie!" I said almost shouting. "Do you have all of Dean's traits" Sam said in an annoyed tone. I looked at him and shrugged. "No, I'm a book nerd too" I said bluntly. Dean laughed but Sam rolled his eyes. "Are you two finished?" Sam asked. "I was quite serious." I said. "I love reading and I'm a quick leaner but a horrible teacher." I said. "Cherry or Apple Arielle?" Dean asked. "Cherry!" I said happily. Sam stood up, "Well I guess it's a good thing you love to read, you'll be doing a lot of it with us" He said. "I'm running out to the car and grabbing one of the books from the trunks" Sam said. "We'll be eating pie" Dean and I said in unison. Dean and I looked at each other "Stop that" We said. We both huffed. Dean set a slice of pie down in front of me and I began to devour it. "Geez, and you yelled at me about a burger" Dean said. "I haven't had pie in over three years" I said. "That's terrible!" Dean shouted. I chuckled and continued to eat the pie. Out of no where a book slammed down in front of me and I jumped. "Stop doing that!" I shouted. "Sorry, I thought you noticed I walked in" Sam said. I looked at the book then up at Sam. "What's this book anyway?" I asked. "You need to read up more on supernatural entities. There are far more creatures than what you know of and it's best if you know what they are and their weaknesses" He said. "We can worry about that tomorrow Sam, it's really late and she needs to sleep" Dean said. "What are you my dad?" I asked. Dean shot me a glare and I looked down from his gaze. "Let's get to a motel and some sleep" Dean said. Sam picked up the book and waited for me to stand up while Dean paid for everything. Sam and I walked out and got into the car. He handed me the book and a flashlight. "You want me to start reading this now?" I asked. "Better to have a head start, it's a three-thousand paged book." He said. I gave him a wide eyes look then huffed. I turned the flashlight on and opened up the book and began reading it. I was ten minutes into the book when my head began to hurt and my stomach began to turn. I looked up and finally realized the car was in motion. I get motion sickness when I try to read while riding in a car. I closed the book and turned off the flashlight then looked over at Sam who looked deep in thought while he read a journal. I caught Dean's eye in the review mirror. "Are you alright back there?" Dean asked. "You stopped reading. " He said. "Motion sickness" I said simply. He nodded. "Go to sleep, it's a long drive to the motel we're headed to" Dean said. I yawned and leaned my head against the car window and closed my eyes. Sleep slowly began taking me over. I soon woke up to a soft whisper in my ear. "Arielle..Arielle We're here wake up" I heard Sam softly whisper. I opened my eyes to find that I had snuggled up to Sam in my sleep. I didn't move. I was too tired to move. I closed my eyes again and I heard Sam quietly chuckle. He slowly and carefully got out of the car, carrying me in his arms. "Where's Dean?" I mumbled. "Getting a room key" He said. "Can I put you down?" He asked. "Fine" I whined. He chuckled again and set me down carefully and wrapped his arms around me. I yawned wrapped my arms around him. Dean walked over and looked at us and rolled his eyes. "So the rooms only have two beds and I'm not sharing a bed." Dean said. "I have a sleeping bag, I'll be fine on the floor" I said, tiredly. "We're not going to let you sleep on the floor" Sam said. "I'll be up the rest of the night anyway" He finished. "You need to sleep Sam" Dean said. "I can't." Sam said back. Dean rolled his eyes and unlocked the door to the room we were staying in for the night. "What time is it?" I asked curiously. Dean looked at me and shrugged. "Time for me to go sleep" He said. I gave him a look of annoyance. We all piled into the bedroom and I set my bag down on the ground. I yawned and pulled out my sleeping bag from it. "We said you weren't sleeping on the floor" Sam said. "Dean also said you need to sleep" I retorted. He huffed and rolled his eyes and walked into the bathroom of the motel. I laid out my sleeping bag and then laid down on it and curled into a ball and closed my eyes and almost instantly I was asleep.
