Amelia looked at me in disbelief,
" wait a second, my mom isn't a god she's a mortal." She corrected me
" well then either that's not your power or you're adopted." I stated
" well... If I was adopted then who's my mom?"
" Aphrodite " I said with a frown itching at the corners of my lips
" I knew it," she giggled " I'm just that pretty"
" sure" I said with a laugh
" so how come you hate my maybe-mom" she said very strait forward
" no beating around the bush with this one." I mumbled
" so?" She said impatiently
" my dad sent me to Aphrodite's before every
one of his big parties that he would throw celebrating a win on the battlefield and that's a lot of balls. She pulled my hair every which way and stuffed me into dresses that are so tight I couldn't breathe, so that's by I don't like her" I finishing off leaving off the most important part. She stayed silent for awhile then abruptly asked me
"do you wanna go get a burger?"
" sure..." I answered confused
" well I was just thinking we could use a little a time to calm down."

We ate our burgers chatting about random things.
A small smirk played on her lips.
" what?" I asked with a laugh
" I have a great idea" she smiled her eyes shining
" care to share?"
" nope" she said popping her p " let's go"
" where?"
" ah, wouldn't you like to know" she said paying quickly before I could object. She pulled me out of the restaurant to her car.

Soon we arrived at the movie theater.
" cool, what movie are we seeing?"
" it's a surprise" she said grinning
Soon we arrived at the ticket booth. I smiled to my self realizing she'd have to say which movie she wanted to buy tickets for. Then I saw her texting someone, I felt that weird feeling from before again. It was almost anger but it wasn't, I wasn't mad, I didn't have any reason to be. Then I felt foiled he showed the man at the booth what she'd been typing, then he told her it'd be $18.50 and handed her two tickets. Once again she payed, but this time I objected.
" I'll pay, you already paid for dinner"
" it's fine my dad is super rich" she said then I remembered that Hades is also God of everything in the ground which is gems and such, but I still felt bad for having her pay.

She FINALLY told me which movie we were seeing. It was guardians of the Galaxy vol.2
We got a popcorn to share and two sodas. Everybody thought we were a couple, it was so embarrassing. At the end of the night we were standing in front of the theater. It was sunset, the light coloring the sky a rosy pink. She smiled at me and asked
" so how much did you love the movie " I don't know what possessed me but I just kissed her. I pulled away as soon as I realized what I'd done, and then I ran. I just ran.

I came to a park and found a little secluded section and I summoned a portal to go back home.

As soon as I got there I messaged Zoe (in case you don't remember she's her best friend from he first chapter)
