"So... wanna get coffee with me?" Oliver asked the waitress at Starbucks.
"You ask me this every morning!" She said and rolled her eyes, "I don't even like coffee. Smelling it all day has ruined it for me."
"Well, how about we go see a movie together?" Oliver asked hopefully, sipping his coffee.
"Ugh. Get a life." The waitress said, annoyed at his constant attempts to go out with her.
"Is that a yes?" He asked grinning at her cheekily.  She ignored him and continued with her job. Oliver looked a bit disappointed but hid it by taking a drink of his coffee. The same waitress he had been flirting with 'accidentally' bumped into him, causing him to spill his coffee. She smirked and walked into the kitchen before he could say anything. Oliver stuck up a middle finger at a group of girls that were sniggering at him and he went over to the napkins to try and soak up the coffee. Whilst Oliver was cleaning his shirt he read the leaflets that were stuck onto the bulletin board. Most of them were lost pet signs and other stuff that he had no interest in but he saw the advertisement for the contest. 1 million pounds?!? That was amazing! 'If I win the money I could definitely get a date with Gracie!' (That's the waitress)  He thought excitedly. He had been trying to catch Gracie's eye for years. They had went to school with each other but Oliver went to college and lost contact with Gracie. He had been wanting to ask her out as soon as they met but he was too shy and was worried she would say no. But when he went to college he became friends with a bunch of guys who were loud and confident. Their rambunctious personalities eventually rubbed off on him. Oliver strolled out of the coffee shop to go clean up and to try get more information on the contest.
