Personality: She is very outgoing and confident. She holds herself and others to a high standard and when that standard isn't met she gets upset. She doesn't know how dangerous the villains are so she doesn't take the threat as serious as she probably should take it. So this leaves her pretty laid back when not training. That is unless her emotions overwhelm her and she falls into whatever emotion is the strongest.

Flaws: (At least 3) She doesn't always respect ones privacy leading her to barge into peoples personal space. She also is a bit over confident in her and her classmates abilities. She can be a little reckless at times assuming there is no way they can lose. Thea also loses herself to her emotions. They easily overwhelm her.

Strengths: She is great at visualization and is very aware of her surroundings. This lets her take stock of what supplies she has to use.

Weaknesses: She is not the best when it comes to complex strategies as she gets confused easily. She is slow when it comes to picking new things up so new skills take longer than it should. Plans need to be explained to her in simple terms.

Background: She was born and raised in Britain. Her mother was British and her father was Australian. She was in the middle class. She has an older sister who is currently a hero though not a very successful one currently. Her parents both work in London so they live in town. Thea was attending the hero course in England. She was encouraged to join the hero tract by her older sister, who thought Thea would be better at it than her. After being accepted into the course, Thea easily made her way towards the top of her class with her practical exams though she did suffer in her written exams.

Power Name: Quirk Manipulation

Power Type: Emitter

Power Description: She can control what she affects about a quirk within a 100 foot range. Every foot away from her has a drop in effectiveness of 1%. She can use this power to affect the range, power, rate of drawbacks, control over the quirk, or potency. She can split up the percentage between multiple affects. If she affects you at 100%, she can give you 50% more power, 25% more range and 25% more control for example. At max 100% in one of these sections she can double one's abilities or completely nullify it. She could make a villain lose control of their quirk or bring the power to nothing basically turning it of. Though this is only at 1ft away.

When affecting a Emitter she can affect the range, power, control and the rate that drawbacks occur. Mutation quirks she can affect the control over mutated body parts or how active that part. When it comes to transformation quirks she can change the time it takes to transform, or the potency of the transformation otherwise known as the power of the quirk.

The person's location on the field is what is used to determine the affect of their quirk unless only the quirk is part of the field. If it is an an AOE quirk and part is inside the field than the further in the quirk goes the less effective it is.

Power Drawbacks/Weaknesses: Her power does not distinguish between targets. It effects everyone in range. This could lead her to buffing villains or debuffing heroes. It takes 30 seconds to get up to full power. She gets one minute of full power before it starts dropping. It drops in power at 4% per minute.

Other: She has an older sister who's quirk is to modify the quirks around her much like Thea. However her sister changes the core of the quirk. Where someone's quirk might make them generate fire, she can modify it a little to enable them to instead create lightning.
