Roles
Guards - These people protect the town from mutated creatures and any criminals. They are permitted to use their powers to do so.

Scientists - These are the people who study the meteor and its effects. Some also work on new (or old) inventions to better society.

Council member - These people form the laws. They are elected. Every few chapters we will hold an 'election' to determine 3 of these council members.

Citizen - They may or may not have powers. They do the more common jobs like farming, carpentry, and building.

Visitor - Just stopping by. Seeing what the city has to offer. They are not permitted to use their powers without obtaining a license.
