Crater's Edge became a major city and its main goal is simple. Learn about how the meteorite generates energy and harness it. It has succeeded in harnessing some energy escaping from the rock resulting in electricity. The only sustainable electricity left.

The city is a ring around the crater. Almost anywhere in town you can look down and see the glowing rock. It is ran by a small council. They have very strict rules and regulations. Only people with powers from the mutations are allowed as guards or study the meteorite. Non-powered citizens are considered inferior.
