Topaz looked down, tears continuing to fall down her cheeks. "I don't wanna continue being the problem for you all! First the Mana Amplification and my Mana Storm now you're just hiding things from me"Topaz says. "N-Not to mention Spica, you started to sweat when you saw her"Arcturus mutters Spica looking at him. Spica looked back at Topaz, his eyes widening when he saw the first life Topaz for a split second. "Deja Vu, Spica"Sirius asks. Spica glanced at Sirius, feeling as if his mouth was drying up. "It's nothing, Topaz." She looked up, Spica wiping her tears away. "I promise I won't keep any secrets from you, starting today, and if I did have one right now and it involves you, I'd tell you"Spica promises. She stared at him, then nodded and looked down.

"Arcturus, how could you let Topaz come out by herself and forget your obligations at the banquet"Spica scolded. Topaz looked up, her gaze on Arcturus. "Sorry, I was looking forward to this day for weeks and...I just came across Topaz as well..."Arcturus says. "Hm, it must be cause there without a host, maybe we shouldn't be keeping you here for so long and besides, what a debutante without the star of it all"Sirius says his eyes turning green. Topaz pinched him, Spica smirking when Sirius jumped in alarm. Topaz grabbed his sleeve, forcing him to stay still. "What"Sirius blinked. She stepped closer to him, smoothing her hands over his chest before stopping, frowning as she fiddled witn something. "Topaz?"Arcturus says stepping closer.

"He has a loose string on his clothing, I spotted it when I stepped out"Topaz says. Sirius stared down at her, his eyes widening in surprise as he watched. Topaz tied the two split strings together, making a little bow out of it, a slight smile on her face. "You seem to care about the banquet"Topaz mutters as she fell around for anything else out of place. "I can't say I can't...in fact, this particular banquet means a lot to me"Sirius chuckled his eyes turning yellow. "I'd like to hear what Arcturus has to say about his negligence"Sirius says. She glared up at him, then tossed his tie at his face. "Fix yourself up"Topaz says turning away. Spica snorted, a little smile on his face. "Okay, okay, I'm sorry, I won't pick on Arcky anymore, I promise, just finish"Sirius sighed.

She held her hand out, Sirius handing her the tie. "Lean down"Topaz orders. "Well actually, I forgot something I was supposed to bring to the banquet, I came back to get it then I found Topaz and then you two"Arcturus explains nervously. Topaz glanced at him as she finished Sirius's tie. "That's enough for now, Arcturus, I shall take care of this, I advise you to hurry along, you as well Topaz"Spica says. Topaz flinched in surprise, Sirius pressing a kiss to her forehead. He pressed another to her cheek, causing her face to turn red. Arcturus stepped away from Spica, sweating a little when he felt the blazing fury of a protective brother waving off him. Spica cut Sirius off, placing a hand over Topaz's mouth and pulled her away. "You're no fun"Sirius chuckled.

"I'll come dance with you later Topaz, careful not to get caught up in this mess again"Spica says. "..alright, what he said, cya Arcturus, bye Topaz"Sirius chuckled his eyes yellow. Sirius pressed a quick kiss to her lips, dodging Spica's slap to the head. Topaz stared in shock, then fell to her knees. "Toto!"Arcturus says surprised. She opened her mouth, something colorful dropping out. "Woah, what's that"Arcturus says amazed. Topaz held it up, staring in amazement. "A rainbow moonstone...I used to collect these back home"Topaz mutters. "How.."Arcturus says. Topaz blushed, her face turning red. "Sirius slipped it into my mouth"Topaz says embarrassed. Arcturus stared at her, his eyes wide in alarm, realizing why Sirius kissed her at that moment.

"THAT JERK! HE COULD'VE HANDED IT TO ME!"Topaz yells. "I mean, it's Sirius we're talking about you know"Arcturus says helping her up. She stared at the rainbow moonstone, feeling her heart speed up. She still remembered vividly how Sirius told her that they were on the next level with each other, which always made her wonder how she really fell for him and how he fell for her. She sighed, seeing one of the reasons why he captured her heart in the last two lives. "Topaz, wanna come to central hall with me?"Arcturus asks. "Oh sure, that souhds nice, a little more time away from dsncing could do me some good"Topaz says turning to him. She smiled as Arcturus beamed, following him unaware of the moonstone changing colors in her hand.

She stared, watching Arcturus rummage through things, before he came out with full arms. "This should do it, lets go Toto!"Arcturus beamed. "D-Do you need help?!"Topaz demands. She took some of the stuff without him answering, helping him carry it. "Ah, this is making me so nervous..who knew hosting was so much pressure"Arcturus sighed. He grinned at her as he continued onward, "But I'm gonna make sure everyone has fun..you know, while they still can!" She laughed and nodded in agreement. "I better get ready to start dancing again too"Topaz reminds herself. "Don't forget Toto, banquets are supposed to be about meeting new friends! I hope you meet some new ones too, Spica invited some girls to the banquet for you to talk to, there was one he wants you to meet immensely"Arcturus smiled.

She stared at him, wondering who the girl was, and how close was she to Spica if he wanted her to meet them. "Big brother has a girlfriend?!"Topaz Gasps. "Oh no! This girl isn't his girlfriend! You'll find out when we get there, they should all be gathered there by now!"Arcturus says quickly. A white blade popped out of nowhere, pointing itself at Arcturus, alarming the duo. "Apologies for my rude mistake, it was an accident"Vega says lowering the blade. He sighed, and shook his head. "Your head is firmly attached to your body, Sorcerer Arcturus, you don't have to check"Vega frowned. Topaz threw hom a scolding glare, surprising him for a split second. "It's alright Arcky"Topaz assures gently. "I know! I know! But my heart's still pounding!"Arcturus says.

"Shame on you Vega!"Topaz scolds patting Arcturus' back. "Anyone else would've screamed or fainted if a sword flew at them from out if nowhere, I'm just saying"Arcturus says. "Vega, would've been surprised as well"Topaz smiled. "This was hardly enough to surprise me, what led you to this conclusion may I ask"Vega frowned. She shot him a steely glare, Vega flinching, seeing Spica in her place for a moment. "I never thought about it that way, very impressive Toto"Arcturus smiled having seemingly calmed down. Vega stared at Topaz as she glared at him, before deciding to keep his mouth shut for a moment, now seeing how alike Spica and Topaz were. "So Vega, care to explain why you were so aggresive?"Arcturus asks.

"The Guide Comittee will be receiving my report soon..but I suppose I could share it with you in advance"Vega responded. "I saw a shadow lurking around the mansion, it got away before I could reveal its identity"Vega informs. "A shadow?"Arcturus gasped. Topaz looked between the two, looking both concerned and confused. "I believe it's an outsider who saw the banquet as an opportunity to sneak in"Vega went on, "I am very bothered by the speed at which it moved..and the fact that I have failed to track it further." Arcturus sighed, looking a bit pale. "That's so strange, I thought Neb Aula never let outsiders in like that..."Arcturus frowned. "It's not your fault you lost them"Topaz says to Vega. "I know, no need for reassurance"Vega mutters.

"...then I take it back"Topaz says turning away, startling Vega. Vega frowned, noticing how quick Topaz went from being shy and jumpy to how she was acting now. "Topaz...I just...hearing it come from you its..well"Vega sighed. She looked at him, Vega looking away. "Mo, never mind"Vega sighed shaking his head. "You alright"Topaz asks stepping forward. "Yeah, I never got to ask!"Arcky gasps. "If your hurt we can take you to the infirmary"Topaz offers. "No I'm fine, I can handle myself Vega replies stepping back from her. "Is it wrong to be worried"Topaz demands narrowing her eyes. Vega stared down at her, noticing she was worried. He wanted to say yes to her, so she can step back, so things can play out like usually. "Well"Topaz demands.

Vega glanced away, wondering if Sirius liked this new Topaz. The old ones were always submissive, quiet, jittery and shy, that's why Sirius liked her, but this new one was taking control, she was determined and definitely a bit scary. It didn't really matter if what he said to her changes anything. Topaz would always choose Sirius over him. "No, it's not wrong to worry about someone"Vega sighed. "You coming back to the banquet quet with us?"Topaz asks. "Vega, don't tell me you're gonna stay for attendance then skip, like last time"Arcturus questions. "That has always been enough for me"Vega nodded. "Oh, but I really wanted to dance with you"Topaz says surprising the male in front of her. "But, I bet you can't dance anyway"Topa, teased giggling.

Vega blinked, noticing Topaz's spark was still missing, she hadn't regained all her emotions officially. Now he wondered why she was acting this way..and it wasn't just because of Arcturus' influence on her. "Are you trying to bribe or mock me"Vega asks. "If the shoe fits"Topaz says. He narrowed his eyes at her, noticing the playful twinkle in her eyes. He froze, noticing her eyes were a jewel golden color, and not the lavender purple color they were before. Topaz stared at him, wondering if he was okay after the incident, she remembers a blurry memory of something she could quite see just yet, which made her wonder what it was and if it was from her past life. She snapped out of it, finding Vega talking with Arcturus now.

"You still seem to feel responsible for failing to send me back to Mid Earthiem"Vega comments, "But dwelling on it won't make a difference." Topa, pinched his arm, giving him a glare. "I know you're hiding something, and you don't have to tell us, I really don't care right now"Topaz says surprising him. "I wanna get back to the banquet, and you're coming with whether you like it or not and you're gonna stay awhile and have some fun with the rest of us!"Topaz continues both boys staring at her in surprise. "Topaz....there's a rat listening in on us"Vega mutters just as her Stella tab started blinking. She picked up, smiling nervously when she noticed it was Spica calling her. "Oh dear, please don't be mad"Topaz mutters as she pressed answer.

Spica: Ha..now you answer the phone, where are you, I hope you're with Arcturus
Topaz: I am! I am! Don't chew him out please! Vegas here too!
Spica: Vega is there too..no wonder he seems to be missing...but I also wished you didn't run into him
Spica: It's seems that you haven't noticed, but the promised time to return has passed
Spica: But neither Arcturus nor you returned to the banquet hall, and your guests are waiting Little sis...
Spica: You wouldn't answer no matter how many times I called, I got impatient
Topaz: Oppsie...
Spica: I was worried that you might've gotten involved in a difficult situation
Spica: If that's the case I'll have to take care of the situation right away and deal with it
Topaz: Sorry for worrying you, Big brother...
Spica: Anyways, I'm relieved to hear nothing has happened

Spica: I have a lot of things to say, but I can't use you in this situation

Spica: I will set a time to scold Arcturus myself

Spica: I don't want to rush it, but I hope you return quickly
Spica: I'll be waiting, they better bring you back unharmed...or else

The group returned to the banquet, Spica scanning Topaz from head to toe, narrowing his eyes as he did so, before looking at the three boys she came with. "Why does she look paler than usual"Spica demands. "BIG BROTHER, STOP IT!"Topaz whined. Once that was over, the banquet had continued, in which Ruby hadn't been seen. Ruby had shown up for attendance then quickly left afterwards looking as if she was up to something, while Topaz had fun making new friends with the girls Spica invited. "Honestly, that was overkill, I still get nightmares fron that night"Sirius says watching Topaz dancing with the other girls, his eyes turning blue.  "I only went there because Spica asked me to send thud guy greeted me with his sword"Sirius frowned.

Topaz smiled slightly, sweating a little, hearing the boys from where she was. "Don't be petty, Sorcerer Sirius, I've already apologized several times.."Vega retorts, "Also, my suspicions towards you are more than justified, I still doubt your real intentions." Sirius stared at him wide eyed, a hand on his waist. "Well, you're wrong, Vega, I wouldn't risk my life for something like that"Sirius chuckles his eyes turning purple. Topaz laughed, Spica watching over her like a hawk. "Hello, that's a beautiful moonstone necklace!" Topaz stopped, looking behind her startled. A girl with the same blond hair as Spica and green eyes smiled down at her, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "I didn't know my baby sister was so cute!!"The girl beamed. Topaz stared at the girl in shock. "Baby...sister...me.."Topaz stared.
