Arcky walked beside Topaz, his pinkie hooked with hers as they returned to the committee room. "Eh, another one, is this the one who you guys were fussing about.." Topaz looked up and shrieked in alarm, clinging to Arcky, startling everyone in the room except Ruby. "Topaz! Topaz?!"Arcky yelled his eyes wide. "He looks like Harpy..."Topaz mumbled her eyes wide in alarm. Ruby rolled her eyes, Pollux catching her in the act causing him to frown suspiciously. "Woah calm down new girl, now who's gonna fill be in on this top secret affair"The new male says. "Man, stop talking like an uninvited creep, Sirius"Alpheratz frowned sighing as he glanced at Topaz, Arcky trying to calm her down.

"He's not gonna hurt you"Arcky promised managing to get Topaz to release him. Topaz gave a slow nod, Arcky giving her a small calming smile. "Sirius, I don't know if you checked your Stella Tab, but..I made the schedule quite clear. You're late"Spica says giving Sirius a look then throwing a small glare at Topaz causing her to flinch. "Yeah, this is all a misunderstanding, I'll also inform you guys on something personal later"Arcky says the others perking up when he said the word personal. "Besides not everyone can make the meeting anyway, relatively speaking you're a little early..."Arcky continued on, a hand on Topaz's back.

"I told this guy to come here to the meeting room! He's the one who didn't wanna listen"Pollux snorted. "A rebel huh!"Ruby giggled beaming, Arcky frowning at her noticing her tone of voice. "Haha, I guess that's kinda right Ruby, but the rest of you are a boring bunch. You sorcerers really need to learn how to take a joke"Sirius chuckled. Topaz stepped closer to Arcky, Sirius looking at her. "My apologies, Topaz was it, I was too preoccupied with my colleagues to continue our previous conversation"Sirius smiled. She stared at him with wide eyes, Arcky holding an arm out in front of her, Sirius glancing at him.

"Anyway, the names Sirius, First Sorcerer of Canis Major. Greetings other summoner from foreign lands"Sirius greeted his eyes changing color. "Hi...."Topaz mumbled Arcky smiling proudly at her. "That's all? After you shrieked upon seeing me thought you'd be terrified, didn't think you'd greet me back"Sirius says his eyes turning blue. She stared silently at him, Ruby giggling from where she stood. "Hm, I don't think it can get any worse for you with Arcky protecting you like this, guess this explains why you were able to reply"Sirius went on his eyes turning green. "Protecting? I'm just helping her out, she is jumpy!"Arcky says quickly.

Ruby stared Topaz down, a scowl now on her face but she smiled wide again when Spica looked at her. "How come you keep addressing Topaz as summoner anyway, Sirius"Arcky asked sweat dropping. "I heard everything on the way about our guest here using magic to summon you Arcky, Ruby didn't summon anyone, much to my surprise, but she wasn't in any danger I'm assuming"Sirius smiled. "Nope! Landed right outside the building so I decided to explore!"Ruby giggled. "Aren't you fearless"Alpheratz says hiding his amusement. "Neither is these girls are sorcerer's because they aren't a Constellation Choice, but they've got too much magical talent to not be called anything"Sirius smirked his eyes on Topaz.

"Awesome!"Ruby beamed. "Ergo, Summoners, two people who are good at summoning magic, it think I've given our guests the best name possible"Sirius grinned. "I like the sound of it! Summoner Ruby!"Ruby laughed. "You're hyper"Spica comments. "Topaz?"Arcky says. "Sounds good..."Topaz muttered. "See, direct approvals! What else more do you need?"Sirius laughed a hand on his hip. "Well...it actually doesn't sound bad, Summoner Topaz and Summoner Ruby"Pollux hummed. "Spica, how come you look excited? You never look excited"Alpheratz asked startling Spica. "Oh, because Sirius here might have addressed one of our biggest problems..."Spica smiled Ruby beaming at him.

"Ruby, Topaz, you both must be a sorcerer to attend Contell"Spica explains looking from Ruby to Topaz. Ruby nodded, listening intently to the long haired male, Topaz glancing at her uncomfortable with her getting closer. Arcky blinked then scooted her back, moving away from Ruby. "They wouldn't look favorably on a non-magical individual on campus, but it seems like we have a solution now"Spica explained further. "So we're just gonna give Topaz a fancy label even after she bolted out of the meeting room, Ruby on the other hand stayed here and listened to everything she was told.."Pollux frowned. "I gotta agree, I think she deserves the fancy label more than Topaz"Alpheratz nodded.

"Hey, Topaz deserves it to, she must've gotten scared and it takes bravery to come back to the place that frightened her"Ruby smiled. She turned her smile to Topaz, which looked more smug than generous, Arcky noticing and deciding to interfere before Ruby got Spica or Sirius on her side. "But I really like the sound of Summoner Topaz more then Summoner Ruby! Sounds really cool!"Arcky smiled. Ruby looked at him, her eyes widening slightly in alarm, Topaz looking up at him her eyes sparkling. "Arcky..."Topaz mumbled. "It does sound a little cooler than Summoner Ruby...I have to give Arcky that one"Pollux frowned glancing at Topaz.

"Okay, that's enough cheese for one day! I'm outta here, don't try and stop me"Alpheratz interrupted turning away. "Unfortunately for you, Alpheratz, I need to discuss something with everyone here!"Sirius grinned. "So there's a reason you attended this meeting as opposed to the rest...well, let's hear it"Spica frowned. "Haha, yeah. It's a backup request. Let's see...it's from the sorcerer who left Contell an hour ago!"Sirius smiled. He suddenly frowned as he continued, "A few monsters went nuts and broke free. Seems like this sorcerer is trying to hold them off alone at the Towers of Babili"Sirius informs. "Oooo! Tower?!"Ruby gasped her eyes sparkling.

"The Towers of Babili is....a grand magic designed to prevent disaster"Spica informs. "Six towers were built across five regions, forming one colossal magic spell that traps riftborne monsters in a labyrinth..."Spica continues Topaz blinking twice as she listened. "The purpose of this field trip would be to send them back before the labyrinth gets too crowded"Sirius cheekily says looking at Topaz, causing her to flinch. "Send them back where"Topaz blurted as Ruby opened her mouth to ask a question. Ruby looked at her, Pollux glancing at her surprised by the hostile frown. "Woah look who's talking more!"Sirius teased.

"But to answer your question, we basically send them back to where they belong....albeit forcefully"Sirius hummed Topaz watching his eyes change color. "They grow stronger in there if we leave them. The tower can start overloading if we leave it that way"Sirius sighed. "Sounds hard"Ruby gasped. "Sometimes...the easiest way to deal with them is to make them exhausted and kick them out of this world"Sirius stated. He smiled at Topaz's curious look, ignoring Ruby which earned him a forced smile from the redhead. "Look how curious you are"Sirius laughed grinning at Topaz. "Listen, a sorcerer chosen by the Constellation must fulfil certain duties"Sirius grinned.

"Defeating and Banishing monsters, helping with knowledge-intensive work..."Sirius said. "So...Uhm...that's what we do, we protect the world and make it better. All that cool stuff"Sirius finished. "I see..."Topaz muttered. "I like your voice, you should talk more!"Sirius grinned. "Hey, it's cool when you can actually handle it. That idiot should've called it quits and come back"Alpheratz sighed. "Some of us actually like to get things done ourselves, unlike you!"Pollux snorted rolling his eyes. "I see it's definitely been a while since I showed you who's boss..."Alpheratz grumbled annoyed. "Do we stop them?"Ruby asked.

"Ow! Come on! You didn't have to hit me on the head for that! I was telling the truth!"Pollux protested rubbing his head. Topaz walked away from Arcky, making him perk up in surprise. She patted Pollux on the head startling him. "What?! What are you doing?!"Pollux gasped alarmed. "All better..."Topaz says. "Hey, enough goofing around and passing out head pats, we haven't got much time"Sirius says his eyes turning orange, staring Pollux down. Topaz looked at him, before reaching up to pat Spica's head, Sirius frowning at her. Spica sighed and lowered his head, letting her give him one pat, Arcky beaming.

"And don't worry Sirius! We're gonna help obviously, that's what the guide committee does!"Arcky grinned looking determined, Sirius's eyes turning blue. "Of course, ever-so-noble Arcturus...I wonder what the summoner thinks..."Sirius says his eyes turning green, Arcky looking startled. "Arcky good..."Topaz says placing a hand on Arcturus's head. "Thanks Topaz!"Arcky laughed Sirius scowling a little. "We should go help now!"Ruby yelled. "I think Ruby is right..."Pollux says. "This is still so strange....I don't think anyone's ever requested backup just because of a few monsters..."Arcky says. "Perhaps it has something to do with an anomaly within the tower"Spica guessed.

"Hey guys......not all of us has to be there, right?"Alpheratz yawned stretching. "If that's the case, count me out of this one..you know I suck at helping people"Alpheratz grunted. "Seriously? It's not like the rest of us get off on this kinda stuff. Some do, of course, but not me"Pollux blurted. "Point is, that has to be the lamest excuse I have ever heard"Pollux scowled looking annoyed. "Stop fighting!"Ruby exclaimed. "It's okay to suck..."Topaz comments surprising everyone. "Wow! No one has ever understood me better than you just did!"Alpheratz smiled ruffling her hair a little bit, startling her. Topaz looked down shyly, Alpheratz staring at her.

"It was a joke, but I wish you nothing but the best"Alpheratz shrugged. Arcky smiled at Topaz and laughed. "Come on, guys, we're all in this the other aren't me?"Arcky smiled. "Besides I really wanna show Topaz what this world is like"Arcky went on. "Me too?"Ruby asked. Arcky hesitated, but gave a slow nod, Ruby narrowing her eyes a little. "Wait, we're taking them to the tower? Isn't that incredibly unsafe?"Alpheratz demanded. "I agree with Arcturus on this one. Summoner Topaz, Summoner Ruby, wanna take a field trip?"Sirius smiled looking between the two. "Topaz, I'll keep you safe, you won't get into any danger alright!"Arcky nodded.

"Is he picking favorites...this is unlike Arcturus, he usually tries to be friends with everyone"Pollux whispered Spica glancing down at him. Spica glanced at Ruby, noticing the look on her face making him frown. "Then I'll keep Ruby safe"Spica sighed. "Thanks Spica!"Ruby beamed looking at him. "I'll go..."Topaz nodded. Arcky gave Topaz a thumbs up, Ruby staring him down. "Thanks for giving the others the chance to earn your trust"Arcky smiled. "Wait, when did he earn her trust..."Sirius muttered. "Okay, let's teleport outside in the garden. There are too many of us, we're guaranteed to make a mess indoors"Arcky suggests.

Pollux sighed, looking a little annoyed, Ruby giving him an encouraging smile. "Alright"Pollux signed as Ruby gave him the baby eyes. "I guess there's no point in arguing, about time I stopped hearing complaints"Pollux tsked. "Then it's settled, we go"Spica nodded. "Not like you gave me a choice...I miss my bed already"Alpheratz sighed. "This is your very first gig, you excited Summoner Topaz?"Sirius chuckled. She glanced at him, Ruby bounding after Spica giggling happily. "Come on Topaz"Arcky says picking her up princess carry. She looked down, her head resting on his shoulder, before glancing at Sirius silently.
