"Excellent. Now men lets us show them what we are  capable of." Jaune said "Yes sir!" They said as the clone army advanced towards Beacon

10,000 both Clone trooper and even some Arcadian soldier dress in clone armor marched with him as they approach beacon academy entrance as Professor Peter Port walks over and asked

"What going on here." Port asked as Commander spoke up

"Beacon will fall we have orders from the emperor himself." A Appo said as Port eyes widen as a blue blade entered his chest as he looked at Jaune

"What are you doing?" Port asked choking on his blood "I am stopping a possible invasion." Jaune said pulling out his lightsaber and killing port. "Who else is with him?" Jaune asked the troops as they checked to see no one so they move to next phase

"Dead or captured sir." Captain Rex asked

"Doesn't matter the first year and second year must perished if they are any third year or fourth year surrendering take him in alive." Jaune said as Rex nodded

"Very well Emperor Jaune." Rex said as Jaune looked at Appo

"Take some trooper  secure beacon tower." Jaune said looking at Elena

"Understood." Elena said as she reported to the clone lieutenant and went to do their jobs as Jaune walked in as first year students and second year students were already their talking until Professor Thumbelina Peach 

"I want access to Beacon record and signals." Jaune asked seriously

"On whose authority." Peach asked as Rias stepped forward in her clone armor

"In the name of our emperor, Jaune Arc you are hereby under arrest." Rias said shocking the students

"We will not be bullied...the headmaster or headmistress" Peach was cut off when Jaune stabbed her as he spoke

"The headmaster Ozpin and Headmistress Glynda are no longer in control." Jaune said as Beacon student activated the mecha-shift weapon as Rias gave an order to attack

"ATTACK!!!" Rias ordered as the trooper aim their blasters as blue energy plasma bolt rained upon the students as they scream as Jaune attacked any huntsman or huntress student slashing and cutting them down, killing a lot as their body was destroyed

"AHHHH!!!" A female student screamed in pain as her right arm was shot by the blaster rifle. She was pinned down as Jaune stabbed her in the chest with his lightsaber

"Rias." Jaune called as Rias used her magic and blaster pistol to shoot another student down

"Yes Jaune." Rias said as she kicked another student in the chest, she fired a red magic energy ball destroying a robot

"Tell Elena to bring in the Clone Commando ." Jaune said slashing a female student with her mecha-shift weapon as it fell into pieces and depactating her hand  Jaune spotted a Faunus boy who was fighting Commander Appo

"Elena do you hear me." Rias said using her com link as Elena responded

"Loud and clear Rias. I will send the Commandos to aid you." Elena said

"Thanks." Rias said as Jaune using his cosmic fire blew a huge breath of fire burning several student to ashes. Appo was pushed back by the Faunus boy using a javelin

"Don't fuck with me." The Faunus boy said to the dead commander as he saw Jaune "Wait are you..." Jaune did not let him finish as he used his magic and blasted him away into the wall, using his infinity gauntlet which had a black aura around it Jaune activated the power of the soul stone and grabbed the students soul

"ARGHHHH!!" He screamed in agony as Jaune looked at him in a void

"Now it time to play. My friend will be a good host for you. Enjoy." Jaune said as the student was thrown back in reality and was screaming in pain until he stopped and got up. His eyes was all white as the faunus spoke

"Yes my emperor. How may I serve you?" The faunus asked as Jaune nodded "I have a special job for you." Jaune said as he ordered his new servant to lure others into a trap, they left and Jaune spoke to his forces. "3rd and 4th platoon come with me we are going to destroy Beacon radio signal." Jaune said as some troops responded

"Yes sir." They said following him as Appo walked to him

"Appo do you have any reports?" Jaune asked seriously "Yes sir, from Elena report they managed to secure Beacon Tower and are waiting for you." Appo said "Excellent, she will be rewarded for her success." Jaune said as they entered the tower shooting down a student. They walk into the elevator

"We are here. I want 60% of all men to split up and go after the 4th year student while the other 40% go to the 3rd year students. Those that surrender I want alive" Jaune said

"Sir yes sir." Clone and Arcadian trooper said as they did their orders leaving Jaune alone who was surrounded by his 501st Arcadian and Clone trooper as Jaune set the elevator to the top floor where Elena and the rest of the commandos were. The elevator opened and there was 12 elite commando. One stepped forward and saluted his emperor as Jaune saluted as he looked at Elena who approached her boyfriend

"I managed to destroy the CCT so any students can't send message for help." Elena said as Jaune smiled

"Well done." Jaune said kissing her as they left the room. They manage to kill any surviving student by either cutting them down or burning them with Cosmic Fire.

"DEATH TO ARCADIAN!!!" Few students said only for Jaune and Elena using their lightsabers to cut them into pieces. Jaune noticed some of the third and fourth year student dropped their weapon as Jaune raised his lightsaber at them

"You have made the right choice." Jaune said as few clone and arcadian soldier cuffed the students "Troopers take them to the prison cells for interrogation." Jaune ordered

"Yes sir." The clone and Arcadian said taking the students away. Meanwhile, the first year student were attacking the Arcadian and Clone trooper but were outmatched

"HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!" A Arcadian laughed shooting down a  student

"For Arcadia!" Rias shouted using a dc15 pistol shooting several first year students

"AAAAHHHH!!!" A first year student cried in pain as her arm was shot by a blaster rifle. Rias walked over to her and smirked

"And here you were going to attack our home, and then our resource." Rias said angrily as she took out a blue energy ball and touched the girl body burning her slowly

"AHHHH! STOP PLEASE!!" The girl screamed in pain as she burned to death as Rias and other Arcadian troopers slashed and shoot down any enemy. Clone trooper firing executing the first year showing no mercy

"AHHHH! STOP PLEASE!!" The girl screamed in pain as she burned to death as Rias and other Arcadian troopers slashed and shoot down any enemy. Clone trooper firing executing the first year showing no mercy as those in first year were too deep corrupt and won't surrendered.

"There too many troopers. We will need to call in help." A 2nd year student said as his partner nodded

"We don't have a choice." She said as suddenly they felt a breeze of wind

"Agh!" A first year male student cried out as he was stabbed in the chest as Jaune looked at the boy partner who raised her weapon only to be decapitated by Elena as Rias joined the two as she shot any injured first year or second year students

"Jaune this floor is now secured." Rias said looking at her boyfriend as well as he nodded

"Excellent. Let move forward.  Elena blow the tower up now." Jaune said as Elena smirked

"Coming right up." Elena said activating a explosive "See you on the bottom." Elena said as she hit the detonator as the tower where CCT was blown up

"Lets go." Jaune said as they jumped to the bottom floors only to see it empty until someone threw down a spear as it was June Nikos

"June Nikos." Jaune, Elena, and Rias said coldly remember what Kiara reported about June Nikos and his twin sister Pyrrha Nikos being selfish and arrogant unlike his naive twin sister

"You know me Arcadian scum." June said as  Jaune pointed his lightsaber at June

"I know you well." Jaune said angrily

"Who are you three." Elena asked as the other three student reveal to be Sakura, Raul, and Kouki

"I am June Nikos, leader of Team JKSR and the twin brother of Pyrrha Nikos." He said "Now who are you?" He asked

"I am Emperor Jaune Arc of of Arcadia." Jaune said angrily

"Wait your... their leader?" June asked shocked as he and his team were shock as Jaune nodded

"Don't lie you and your huntsman and huntress first year plan to attack our home . That is why we came here. Now tell me where is  Glynda? And where is Pyrrha Nikos?" Jaune asked June angrily

"Attack!" Sakura yelled swinging her spear as Jaune parred her attack but destroyed her weapon as Jaune threw her away

"Sakura." Kouki said as Elena punched him

"Stay out of this." Elena said "You will only get yourself killed." Elena said as June called out to him

"Kouki, use your semblance. We need more help." June said as Kouki nodded

"Yes June." He said as his hair glowed a blue aura as an alarm went off as clone and Arcadian troopers along with elite Arcadian warriors and Arcadian elites ran over to where Elena and the 501st. "Follow my lead men!" An Arcadian commander order as Kouki gave a thumbs up as June looked at Jaune "I won't lose! Prepare to face me emperor Arc." June said using his javelin and polearm to slash at Jaune

"This is an order." A clone commander spoke on comlink "I want any enemy students eliminated on sight." He said as Arcadian and Clone troopers started shooting any student which were surviving their fight with the Arcadian and Clone troopers. One elite Arcadian warrior laughed

"Try to get passed the big guy." He said laughing as he punched a 1st year student sending him into a wall. He took out his M4A1 Blaster Rifle and shot down the student. "I got another one." He said as one archer was pulled back by gravity magic

"Fuck you asshole." The Archer said only for him to be stabbed by a female soldier and decapitated. "Very nice, my mistress will be please." The girl said smiling as she was with one Elite Arcadian and two clones troopers

June kept slashing at Jaune until Jaune dodge his attack. He used his infinity gauntlet on June and teleported him behind as June saw many Jaune, June, and Elena and Rias standing in the darkness

"What the?" Raul said confused as Rias kicked  his chest "Quiet." Rias said as Elena asked

"Jaune what you did to him." Elena asked "Simple a illusion and reality check." Jaune said as Elena nodded as Jaune yelled

"Come June, it time we end this." Jaune said as Raul came in swinging his sword but was push away by a blue energy ball from Rias

"AGH!!!" Raul cried out in pain "You will pay for that." He said but was blast into the ground by Jaune, Raul coughed up blood as he heard

"Raul!!!" Kouki called out only to be round house kick by Elena who created a gun in her hand

"Any last word." Elena asked pointing her lightsaber at him as Raul spoke

"Damn you." He said as Elena smirked and stabbed in the chest killing him as he closed his eye for acceptance

"Raul." June called out as he glared at Jaune "Die!" June charged at Jaune angry and in pain

"How sad, they never see it coming." Jaune said as he dodge it and sent cosmic fire at Kouki who barely dodge it,

"How?!." Kouki said until Elena got in front of him

"Look up." Elena said as he did but saw nothing but Rias and  jumping down the ground. Kouki eyes widen "There behind me?" He asked in fear as Rias smirked

"Die." Rias said shooting him in the chest, as he collapsed to the ground

"No!!!" June yelled in horror as he se two of his friends were  death as he and Sakura were left

"No." Sakura said sadly staring at her friend corpse

"How could you this." June yelled at Jaune "Don't blame us, it is your fault for going after our people." Jaune said seriously

"Shut up!" June yelled "If you surrender now, I will show you mercy and kill you right now." Jaune said in an icy cold voice

"SHUT UP!!" June said charging at Jaune who was able to catch the javelin polearm

"Surrender and you can still alive." Jaune said, as June use his free hand to punch Jaune in the chest knocking him away little bit

Rias and Elena were fighting Sakura as she was struggle to win in a close quarter battle. Elena grabbed her by the hair and rammed her head to the wall

"Agh!!!" Sakura cried out in pain "Give up, there is no hope left." Rias said as Sakura breathed heavily until she had an idea, she reached for her bag and pull out a flash bomb, blinding Rias and Elena

"What?" Rias said as she and Elena were blinded by the flash. While the blindness was temporary, the momentary distraction was enough for Sakura to take the advantage.

"I will never give up." Sakura said trying to stab Elena with her knife but failed when she was kicked in the face, she felt to the ground trying to get back up. "I won't give up." She said slowly "Then you will die." Elena said as she stabbed her in the chest

"NO!!!" June yelled seeing his partner die, his head was dripping with blood, his right shoulder was bleed, his legs were injured, and he was out of breath

"No." June said with tear falling from his eye "This can't be real." He said in sorrow

"Sorry you have to see your friend like this." Jaune said as he formed cosmic ice as he begin to freeze June

"Fuck you." June said but Jaune already frozen him until his face was showing. Jaune then shatter June face until June was dead

"It done, and now we have another captured student." Elena said coldly "Yeah." Rias said in agreement

"My liege, all targets has been eliminated sir. 3rd and 4th year students has surrender and been captured." An Arcadian officer reported

"Excellent. Get the 7th Platoon to find Professor Goodwitch let Kiara, Bronya, Alicia, and Durandal join them." Jaune order

With 4 girls

Kiara, Bronya, Alicia, and Durandal were hunting down Professor Goodwitch and hopefully execute her, Durandal looked around using her cloak, "Stay quiet, we have her in our site." She said in a whisper, they found Professor Goodwitch hiding in an abandoned dorm room as they bang on the door "OPEN UP! IN THE NAME OF ARCADIA!!!" Bronya shouted on the other side Professor Goodwitch heard the loud voice

"Fuck!" Glynda said panicking. 'Oh no.' Glynda thought worriedly

"Professor Goodwitch." Kiara said coldly kicking the door down and revealing four girls all aiming their rifle at Glynda.

"There you are." Bronya said pointing her DC15 Blaster rifle at Glynda who had her crop wand out. "You have nowhere to run Professor, you will come quietly with us." Durandal said angry. Glynda was now cornered but she didn't want to surrender "You won't take me alive. You will pay for what you have done." Glynda said trying to fight her off but Kiara snipe her, hitting her left arm off

"AAAGGGGHHHH!!" Glynda screamed in pain holding her stub arm in agony

"Now that will shut you up." Alicia said getting closer to her

"We will leave her for the arc troopers to interrogate, any questions?" Durandal asked the girls who shook their head "Alright lets go." Durandal said as she and Kiara pick her up

"If you want to be set free, I will recommend not doing that." Kiara said

"Why did you attack Beacon?" Glynda asked weakly as Durandal responded

"The huntsman and huntress had planned to attack Arcadia. The huntsman and huntresses would have gone there  take our resources and people away from us, our emperors was able to get intelligence on the meeting and decided to strike first, we don't enjoy killing our enemy but some are beyond saving." Alicia said

"Why did you betray us Kiara, Pyrrha did nothing to you?" Glynda asked sadly

"You did not help me." Kiara said as she continued "You think that I am a huntress in training but in reality I was a spy and was hiding it out during the civil war" Kiara said explaining her tale.

"Oh Kiara." Glynda said as they were out of Beacon and the 7th Arcadian Platoon arrived "Secure Goodwitch." Durandal commanded

"Yes ma'am." Clone trooper said as they lead her away into a starship where they would take her to Arcadia for interrogation.

"Status report?" Bronya asked the officers

"Beacon is under the control of the 501st Platoon, most students surrendered while the first years and few students refused to surrender and was killed, all third and fourth year students are in custody and will be question there and possible execution." An Arcadian officer reported as Durandal nodded

"Good, begin phase 2 of our operations." Alicia ordered

"Yes ma'am." He saluted as he and troopers began the final stage of the mission, take Vale.

Vale, The Main Road

"The main road is clear sir." A Arcadian Officer reported to Holly Madison  "Excellent, begin phase 3. Spread out across Vale and establish Arcadian control, kill any armed resistance or terrorist." Holly ordered

"Yes ma'am." The officer said leaving

"Gwen do you copy?" Holly asked on the comlink

"I copy." Gwen said on the other end

"I am starting Phase 3, the troops are spread out, soon we will have the control of Vale." Holly said

"That great news. " Gwen said on the other line "I have bad news though Pyrrha, has escaped I am hunting down Yang. Would you give me a hand so we can end this?" Gwen asked

"I can but have anyone found Blake? And Ruby and Weiss?" Holly asked as Gwen responded

"No. None of them have been located yet." Gwen said as Holly can hear Yang screaming to get away

"I am on my way, prepare the air support. We will capture her by any means necessary." Holly ordered

"I will make the call, any word from the 7th platoon?" Gwen asked as Holly respond

"They were successful in capturing Professor Goodwitch, Durandal and the girls are taking her to Arcadia for questioning." Holly explained as Gwen was relieve

I heard from Jaune that Pyrrha brother June was killed in beacon attack. Pyrrha, Ruby, Weiss and Blake along with few other first year and second year escape that why we are going for their parents." Scarlett said

"Yeah, Jaune hate Pyrrha and he want her to suffer for what she did to Kiara. I hope this will teach her a lesson." Elysia said as she appeared behind Scarlett scaring her little bit but calm down

"You are suppose to arrive on the other side of the mansion." Scarlett said

"I got bored so I went the other way. Are we going in or what?" Elysia asked as Scarlett nodded

"Yes, lets go." Scarlett said as her eyes glowed red with evil laugh

"Take Gale Nikos and Perosphine Nikos. They are arrested for the crime of harboring a traitor and having connections with Nicolas. You will be very useful for other problems that we have." Scarlett ordered as the soldiers did what they were told as Gale and Perosphine were tied up and knocked out.

"Let burn this place." Scarlett said as they started to burn down the mansion leaving nothing.

Pyrrha, Weiss, Ruby and Blake arrive at Pyrrha house to see the mansion was burned as Pyrrha collasped and was crying remembering her home as her brother June was with her. It was the only thing she had left of him before he died. Ruby tried to comfort her but Pyrrha slapped her hand away not wanting her to touch her as Ruby didn't want to see Pyrrha in pain

"Pyrrha, I am so sorry." Weiss said

"It is not your fault, I believe the one responsible are my enemies. It is a warning and threat." Pyrrha said tears streaming down her eyes before she laughed sadly

"If this is there plan I won't give up I will not allow this people take me down. They took everything from me. First my home. Second my brother. Third my love and now they took my parents from me." Pyrrha said

"So what now?" Blake asked as Pyrrha had an angry look
"Kiara the reason why and now she has taken my team, my parents and my home away from me. I will fight her. I will fight the emperor of Arcadia Jaune Arc and his empire. I will get my revenge." Pyrrha said as Weiss and Blake nodded

"Yeah my sister is dead thanks to these Arcadian." Ruby said "we will avenge Yang and bring justice for team RWBY for taking our families away from us. This is war and we will be hero!" Ruby said as Weiss and Blake cheered but Pyrrha yelled out a war cry

"THIS IS WAR AND WE WILL HAVE OUR REVENGE! THE ARCADIAN WILL BE CRUSHED! Jaune Arc I will fight you and prove that I am better then you and you will pay for taking away my family and home. You will pay for killing my brother. You will pay for the day when I challenge you on the battlefield." Pyrrha yelled angrily in rage

Jeanne Arc had her eyes closed it been two days since she been prison by her nephew. She couldn't believe she was blinded by stupidity of Nicolas. It was her fault she knew something was wrong when Juniper told her Nicolas was a hero of ending the civil war and she foolishly believed it hunting down Jaune and his team. She had killed several of Jaune teammate who were innocent this whole time. Worse she tortured her adopted son Luis Arc. She promised to him to never harm him but she failed as tears were forming. Her own family beside Juniper and Elizabeth won't forgive here agreeing with Jaune that exile was best.

Suddenly the cell door open as Luis walked in as Jeanne gave a weak smile but stopped noticing the cold look on her adopted son

"Hello Mother." Luis said coldly as Jeanne noticed the tiredness in his eyes

"Hello Luis, you're looking well." Jeanne said with a small smile seeing at least he was looking better then last time

"Well I was put in a coma by you when you hunting me down." Luis said angrily but he quickly calmed down as he took a deep breath

"I'm sorry" Jeanne said with guilt remembering  that

"I am not here for apologies. I am here for answer why betray me...mother. You know well Nicolas has tried to kill you and yet you believed him and Juniper." Luis said coldly Jeanne sighed as she told the truth

"Luis, I know I shouldn't believe them but I chose duty over my attachment towards family. I didn't want to hurt you but I had to fulfill my duty as a general for the crown. I know what I did was wrong but I was so blinded by stupidity. I know what I done isunforgivable and I should be killed but if you do allow me to stay with you." Jeanne said as Luis was not sure how to response.

"I cannot help you will be exiled." Luis said as Jeanne nodded understanding

"I know I should not have went after Jaune or his team or his allies. I regret the day I killed innocent men and women. I knew the parents and sibling of the one-five family are angry with me.
