As Raynare and Jaune were busy talking with each other, Blake and Weiss reported their findings to the rest of the group. Needless to say...Pyrrha and Ruby had a bit of an issue with this so called hug that Raynare and Jaune had.

"Calm down Rubes...it's just a hug. It probably didn't mean anything." Yang said.

"But their relationship could change thanks to that hug. And we don't know what Raynare's intentions are." Ruby argued.

"So far...it seems like she just wants to a friend to Jaune and us." Ren said.

"You just don't understand. She's already drawing some interest from Jaune and sooner or later...they're going to be in a relationship." Weiss said.

"Okay. But I still want to be friends with her." Ren said.

"Then go ahead and be with Jaune and Raynare while the rest of us figure out how to win Jaune over." Pyrrha said making Ren roll his eyes a bit before walking towards JNPRR's room. When he walked in, he saw Jaune and Raynare setting up the table for dinner.

"H..Hey Ren. Why are you here...alone?" Jaune asked.

"Nora wanted to hang around with the other girls while I wanted to get my work done for Mr. Port's class." Ren said.

"We can start working on it after dinner. Anyway, I'm going to take a quick shower so make sure that the stew doesn't boil over." Jaune said as he started to walk to the showers.

"So...How was your day?" Ren said trying to make some small talk with Raynare.

"Fine. Jaune and I really bonded with each other." Raynare said.

"Is that so?" Ren said.

"Yep. Jaune's going through a very tough time right now and I wanted to give him some support seeing as his dad died." Raynare said.

"His dad died?" Ren asked.

"Yes. I comforted him when he left the cafeteria and I shared my backstory with him." Raynare said.

"Huh. Hopefully you can help him through his grief since you're following in love with him." Ren said.

"Yeah. Wait..No..I, mean..." Raynare said trying not to be too flustered. As Ren watched this, he almost laughed. He could see that Jaune and Raynare were a good match for each other, but knew that their path towards a relationship wasn't going to be easy.

Especially with the incident set to start in a month's time.
