Blake POV

I sat on this chair waiting for arrival in my homeland, Menagerie. I've been thinking myself of what my parents see me since last time I see them when I was still a member of the White fang. I see 2 faunus marines along with us, she could bring a a few of them but it would bring panic to the faunus and bring more grimms. Good thing, she bring only me and two faunus marines. As I thinking about my parents, Miranda tapped on my shoulder and said.

Miranda:" You okay?"

I look at her with her curious face and I said.

Blake:" Yeah, yeah. I'm fine."

Miranda:" Blake, tell me why are you feel nervous?"

She said. She seems she wants to know anything so I take a sigh and said.

Blake:" It's... My parents."

Miranda:" Your parents? Why would you feel nervous about your parents?"

Blake:" It's just..."

I lowered my head and my cat ears when I said to her.

Blake:" When I'm still a part of White fang, my father stepped down as high leader and Sienna took over the control. Then, my parents wanted me to quit the White fang but I refused and calling them a cowards. After that, they feel heartbroken and left the White fang."

I feel sad that calling my parents a cowards is the most regretted action of my life. Then, I said.

Blake:" My parents are probably mad at me when I see them."

I said. I was going to cry a bit when suddenly, someone place a hand on my shoulder and I look to see Miranda and she said.

Miranda:" Blake, you don't feel ashamed yourself. You just did because you can't take a discrimination from the humans. Well, your humans, not ours. Look, the point is, they won't angry at you and they will understand of why you did it. Trust me, they won't feel angry to you."

She said as I amazed her words. I gave a smiled as she smiled too. I kinda feel cheered me up. She gave me her words that brings me feel better. Then, we hear a pilot calling us and said.

Pilot:" Captain, we're almost arrive in Menagerie. We'll land there shortly."

Miranda:" Okay, thanks. * Look at me* We'll talk later, Blake. For now, let's meet your father. Got it."

She said. I stand up and said to her.

Blake:" Got it."

Miranda:" Alright then, let's go."

She said as we ready to go outside. I can feel the ship is landed on my homeland and the hatch door is open to see a big house in front of us. Then I realized, it's my parent house that we landed on.

We went out the ship as it went back to Reach city. As we going in, we went to the door and I was hesitate to knock it. Then, Miranda said.

Miranda:" Well? You want to see them, right?"

She said as I nodded her. I take a deep breath as I knocking the door which it was loud. Miranda and her 2 marines stepped back a bit when it knocked so loud.

Miranda:" Damn. Knocking at your parent's door gives me a creeps a bit."

I chuckled of what she said. Then, the door open to see my mother surprised to see me.

Kali:" Blake?"

Blake:" Hi, mom."

I said as I waved at her. Then, she came to me with a hug and said.

Kali:" Oh my baby girl."

It came me a surprised that she's happy to see me so I hugged her back. Miranda feel happy that she was right. Then, a man voice came from inside the house.

???:" Kali, who is it?"

We let go our hugging and see my father standing there which he was surprised to see us. He was smiled that I'm here and then, Miranda stepped in and said to him.

Miranda:" Hello sir, I am Miranda Keyes. Captain of the UNSC."

Ghira:" Ahh... Yes, I've heard from you. You and your allies came to our world unexpected."

Miranda:" Yes, that's correct. We just come for-"

When she was about to say, I notice that 4 guards came and said to my father.

Faunus guard captain:
"Chieftain! We saw a ship coming this way and-"

Ghira:" Don't worry, captain. These people are part of UNSC. They're the ones that help the faunus and humans in this world."

Faunus guard captain:" Oh. What a relieved. But, are you sure they're coming in with their weapons?"

Ghira:" I'll be taking care of it. Now please, go back to your post."

Faunus guard captain:" Yes sir."

He said as they went back to their post. As they left, she continue saying to my father.

Miranda:" As I was saying, we just come here for have a talk with you."

Ghira:" I see. Please, come in."

He said. We enter my parent's house as the door closed. We put down our weapons as me and Miranda went to my father office to have a discussion. As we sat down the chairs, my mother asked.

Kali:" We were horrified when we heard the news the invasion of Atlas. The kingdom of Atlas isn't perfect and responsible for some people aid Jacque for his slave labor on faunus. But it doesn't deserve to be happen. We're so worried of what happened if they invade other kingdoms."

Ghira:" Yes. It would happen if they get to you, Blake."

Blake:" Don't worry, dad. My friends went to evacuate the people if the covenant attack in Vale and UNSC ships are there to protect us."

Miranda:" You have nothing to fear, Mr. & Mrs. Belladonna. We're ready to take down those covvies if they interfere to attack us."

They both relieved for what she said. Then, they said.

Ghira:" So, Capt. Keyes..."

Miranda:" Please, call me Miranda. Keyes is my father name."

Ghira:" Alright then, what brings here for our peaceful homeland?"

Miranda:" Our leader likely allowed your people to visit the Reach city anytime. It's beautiful place, better laws, better military, heavy security defenses & safe place for all of people of Remnant."

Ghira:" Hmm... Sounds amazing. But tell me, are the faunus face racism or discrimination in your city?"

Miranda:" No sir. We're not allowed anyone who are racism and discriminate towards the faunus. Anyone who within the Reach city will be arrested for breaking our law and kick out the city."

She said. I see my parents amazed to her city. Then, my mom said.

Kali:" How wonderful that you bring us hope for the faunus."

Miranda:" It's our duty, ma'am. When we came to this world, we're so angry for what they done to the faunus so we take action."

Blake:" It's true. Also, they able to take down the White fang that make violence against the humans."

Ghira:" I see.."

Kali:" Anyway, do you guys need some drink?"

Blake:" Yes mom."

I said as my mom went out to get us some drink. Then, my father asked.

Ghira:" So, Blake. How are you?"

Blake:" Fine. Just having friends in Beacon academy."

Ghira:" Good."

Miranda:" Anyway, are you aware of the covenant that arrives here?"

Ghira:" Yes. For what I know about the history of your leader, they seem to be very violent aliens that kills your people in each colony planets. I can't believe they do such a thing."

Miranda:" It is. But thanks to Master chief, the covenant is nothing but a fallen empire. But there could be more scattering around in our galaxy."

Blake:" Who's Master chief?"

Miranda:" He is a best spartan we ever known. He discover the halo is a weapon, killing a prophet of Regret & destroying all flood in the Ark. He is a hero of UNSC, though I'm not sure if he's KIA or MIA."

Ghira:" KIA? MIA?"

Miranda:" It stands for Kill In Action and Missing In Action, sir."

Ghira:" Okay then."

Then, my mom came back with the cups of water holding on a large plate. She put down and we drink the water. After that, my mom
said.

Kali:" So Miranda, how are you going to stop the covenant?"

Miranda:" Simple. We Fight."

Kali:" Okay then."

Then, she look at my dad & said.

Miranda:" May I ask something."

Ghira:" Sure. Go ahead."

Miranda:" In our place, we see a map of your land that your population is have a small half of green land. We see a desert at the other half. Is it a cramped here, sir?"

Blake:" Um, maybe you shou-"

I was going to say to her when my father cut me off and said.

Ghira:" It's okay, Blake. *Look at Miranda* Well, it's true that it is kinda cramped here in Menagerie. But, the desert region is forbidden to go there."

Miranda:" Forbidden? Care to explain?"

She said. We look each other faces in worried but we have to tell her. After that, we look at her and my father said.

Ghira:" 2 years ago, I sent 3 scouts to enter the desert land to see if it's safe. Then, they saw a structure that was mysterious to us."

Miranda:" A structure? In the desert region?"

Ghira:" It is. They went in to see so much advance but they encounter something that they ever face."

Miranda:" Something? Like what?"

Ghira:" They said they encounter a few of robots that we never seen and they attack them but they manage to escape. They came to us about that place which I was shocked and terrified so I announce my people to never enter the desert region again. But in secret, we must not let anyone go to that structure or get their hands on them."

My dad said. Miranda seems interested something about that structure. She might know that a structure is a forerunner so she thinking in a minutes and then, she said.

Miranda:" Mr. Belladonna, I would like have a permission from you to send my troops to your desert region to investigate this structure you found. We make sure that no one will get their hands on it."

My father is thinking that it was good idea to sent her troops landed on our desert region. After a minute, my father spoke out.

Ghira:" Sure. You have my permission, Capt. Miranda. Just make sure that structure is contained."

Miranda:" Yes sir. I'll call my leader to sent a troops there."

She said. After the discussion, we have rooms to stay for the time being. My mom wanted us to have dinner so we accept it. Miranda keyes went to her room to contact Jaune to sent a small troops in desert region. I went to my old room which it was same since my childhood. Luckily, my parents did arrange my room if I come back here. I change my clothes and lay down on my bed and thinking my friends of what they were doing there.

Mistral POV

In SA outpost, Team RWB , Team JNPR and Sakor men are preparing their things  to ready for going out. In few minutes later, they headed out to find the abandon villages and restore it. But first, they have to clear out the grimms in order to restore the village. Ruby and her friends are riding on T-25 Shadow which it was easy to get there than walking the road. As they driving through the road, they stopped to see an abandon village. Ruby and her friends went out to see any grimms that comes here. Then suddenly, 4 beowolves, 5 creeps & 1 behemoth appeared to attack them as huntsmen and SA troops attack them as well. 2 creeps went to attack Nora but they got killed by her grenade launcher, SA heavy grunts shoots his fuel rod cannon at beowolf, Ruby & Yang combine their attacks to 1 creep & 1 beowolves, Joyce was fighting at beowolf when a creep sneak attack at her but failed when Prryhia killed it & Ren shoots his guns at creep while Weiss use her semblance to attack beowolf. Sakor went to fight behemoth as it going to smash him but he dodge it and went circle to confuse a grimm. Then, he take advantage by climbing at the back while behemoth tries to get him off . He raised his energy sword as it stabbed right through a neck. After killing a behemoth, they all turn to dusts. Sakor order his men to check any grimms within the village so they went to other direction to find & kill the grimms. Team RWB & Team JNPR went to him and said.

Ruby:" Oh my oum! You did great!"

Yang:" Yeah. Climbing a behemoth back and stab right through the neck is awesome!"

Sakor:" Thanks. But we need to stay focus on this mission."

Joyce:" Right. We'll check around if there's more grimm around here."

He nodded. Team RWB & JNPR are checking the perimeter if there's more grimms. After checking the village, it was clear that there's no grimms within the village so he called 3 phantoms to settle up the village to rebuild it. Afterwards, they move on to find another village that was taken by the grimms. Ruby is thinking of  Team CVFY & SSSN of what they are doing in Vacuo.

Vacuo POV

Team SSSN & Team CVFY, along with Johnson and his men went out to find and eliminate the WF base. Luckily for them, they ride on warthogs, scorpions, mongooses & wolverines to travel through the desert but keeping an eye out of the grimms if they're appeared. As they travel through the desert, Sun said to his friends.

Sun:" Ah, Vacuo. A place for the people to live in desert."

Fox:" Does anyone wanted to live this land?"

Sun:" Of course. They need to find their own land to settle and have their kingdom. But it didn't go well when they have a war here."

Then, Johnson heard of Sun so he joined in and said.

Johnson:" War? What war, son?"

Sun:" There is a war here  before. But now, it's peaceful around here. Well, except the grimm that tries to attack them."

Velvet:" Is there a defenses to protect their kingdom?"

Neptune:" Yes. But they have a poor defenses and we have huntsmen to take care of. But, few of them died for holding off the grimm."

Johnson:" Damn. They did a hell of fight. Also, they need to upgrade their defenses too. Maybe Jaune will ask the council to give them our blueprint so they can build their own."

Sun:" Really! Wow, you UNSC are the best!"

Coco:" But did Jaune know this, Sargt. Johnson?"

Johnson:" Yep. He will go here in some time when he's finish his work. Now then, our drone detected a WF outpost at the mountain. The reports says that they looking for more dusts inside the cave but we don't know if there will be crawled with grimms."

Yatsuhashi:" Don't worry, we'll take care of the grimms while you take care of the WF grunts."

Johnson:" Good. Anyone else want to say?"

He said. One fo the group is Velvet raising her hand and said.

Velvet:" Um... What if we encounter the covenant."

Johnson:" Then we'll call reinforcement while we hold them off. We have a strategies and tactics to take those bastards down. Anyone else?"

No one answer his question so he said.

Johnson:" Alright, we'll be there in few minutes so prepare for your weapons and ready to fight. Right!"

All:" Right!"

He said as he went back to see a view. Team SSSN & Team CFVY prepare their weapons to ready to fight against the grimms and the WF if they encounter them.
