Covenant command center POV

As they discuss to defeat their enemies, they are thinking their plan of which kingdom will strike first. Gork'Laok suggests to invade Vale but they got help from UNSC, SA & Atlas staying there. Another one is to invade Mistral & Vacuo but they will do it next time. For the Atlas, however, it is a perfect spot for invasion. Gork'Laok thinks they're so powerful military to protect people but they were wrong. They may have weapons and their ships but the covenant is much powerful than Atlas to take out in one shot. Light of Sangheilio calls the prophet to decide his decision. They agree as they call their leader to the hologram. A hologram prophet appears as they bow down their knees to him.

Prophet of Judgement:" My greatest warriors, what is it you called me?"

Gork'Laok:" Noble prophet of Judgement, we need your decision to invade Atlas for they are weak as they think they're most powerful military they are. Also, it was a perfect place to steal their resources for our cause."

Light of Sanghelios:" And we need our fleet to start our invasion."

Prophet of Judgement:" The engineers manage to repair the generators so the fleet will arrive in 3 or 4 days. Very well then, I'll allow you to start the invasion of Atlas kingdom first, then the rest of the kingdoms, including our enemies will be crushed as well. Prepare your army, warriors."

Gork'Laok & Light of Sanghelios:" It will be done."

They stand up when the hologram turns off. As they going to proceed with the plan, an elite rushed through the door and said to them.

Elite:" Gork'Laok & Light of Sanghelios, I have urgent news."

Laok'Raok:" What is it? Can't you see we're busy here."

Elite:" My apologize, but one of jackal saw 2 unconscious guards inside the cage and they can't find the prisoners."

Laok'Raok:" What!"

Elite:" Not only that, we sent our men to find those missing scouts only to be found dead."

Light of Sanghelios:" Was it the Grimms?"

Elite:" No. They seem to be killed by someone that has weapons against them."

Gork was thinking to realized it was UNSC humans and heretics that kills them. Then, a major grunt came in.

Major grunt:" Sir! One of the phantoms is gone missing and the communication center door is locked and we can't open it."

He growled that his enemies are inside the camp so he looks at Laok and said.

Gork'Laok:" Laok, find those intruders and kill them at once!"

He nodded as he went out to find the intruders within the camp.

Ruby POV

As I'm inside the structure I took out an evil aliens unconscious. I don't want to kill but I heard what Arkkor said to me at the Vytal Festival.

Arkkor:" There are times that killing is the only way to save anyone lives."

I remember those words from Arkkor that killing is the way to protect innocent from a threat. I was thinking that if it was true. I mean, they kill each other in the Human-Covenant war in space and it ended when their rebellion leader kill the covenant leader in a final hour if I remember correctly from Jaune's story. I shake my head and continue moving to find Penny. When I enter the room, I see a lot of cages here and when I see it, I saw a beowolf inside the cage. Not only that but I see more Grimms trapped inside their cages. Don't know why they capture the Grimms here but what I know, are they studying them. I just went to the door and continue searching. I keep moving forward when suddenly I encounter 2 brutes and they saw me coming. Without saying a word, they open fire at me but I deflect them with my crescent rose and swing at them to attack. I got them unconscious as I keep moving until I reach the door. I opened it to see Penny was hanging in the center with a cable onto her head. I notice an elite and 2 grunts are staring at her. I can see two engineers are doing on alien computers. I enter it to sneak attack behind them when I didn't notice that 2 jackals standing at each side saw me and point their guns at me. An elite and grunts turn around and see me here as they raised their weapons at me as well. Two jackals come closer to me when I take advantage of knocking both of them out. I jump high as they shooting at me but they missed me so I use my semblance to goes them as I swing my scythe at 2 grunts except for elite who dodged my attacks. He fires me but I use my semblance to dodge it as I moving around the room making his aims so difficult. When his plasma rifle energy is empty, he used an energy sword and goes to attack. I stopped using my semblance and use my crescent rose in sniper mode to take an aim at him and use a lightning dust bullet to shock him. He gets closer and closer to attack me when I pull the trigger and goes through him as it shocked him and fell on the ground unconscious. Once I done with him, I went to Penny to see she's alright.

Ruby:" Penny! Are you all alright? Say something!"

She didn't respond. I notice her eyes are closed which means she's off mode. I turn my head at 2 engineers who are afraid of what I did here. I went to them and beg.

Ruby:" Engineers, please help her. I'm the only friend she has."

They look at each other as one of the engineers presses a button. I look at her to see her eyes open widely like she was awake. Then, she said.

Penny:" Saluta- Ruby! What are you doing here?"

She said. I didn't respond so I have to remove a cable from her head and put her down and then, hugged her and said.

Ruby:" Penny. You're alright."

Penny:" Yes, I am. But what is this place and why are those aliens lying on the ground?"

I let go of her from hugging and tell her to say.

Ruby:" Penny, tell me how you end up here?"

Penny:" Hmm... I remember I was walking around at Atlas."

Penny flashback POV

I was walking around the capital to do my own business when suddenly, I heard a voice coming from the hangar. I went in to see a purple ship there which I never recognize it before. Then, the same voice coming from another door over there so I follow the voice as I went to investigate. When I almost heard the voice, I turn around to see 3 tall figures with black armor. They look like the same aliens that I met Jaune and his friends. Then, I heard what they say.

Covenant spec-ops elite 2:

" Why are we here again, commander?"

Covenant spec-ops elite 1:

" Didn't you listen to the briefing. We're going to sabotage their defenses so we can destroy this human kingdom for the invasion."

Covenant spec-ops elite 2:" I see... Then we should hurry before we-"

I got out of my hiding and said to them politely.

Penny:" Salutation, Jaune aliens."

I said with my smile. They took me in shock like they never seen me before. At first, they confuse for salutation I say to them and then, one of them came to me and hit me on my head. He hit me so hard my vision is started to blurred a bit when I heard them say

Covenant spec-op elite 3:" This-This isn't human! It's a machine!"

I can barely see his hand with a handle activate a sword and raise it at me. I was scared that he's going to kill me.

Covenant spec-op elite 3:" This thing must die!"

He was going to strike me down when one of them stopped him.

Covenant spec-op elite 1:" Stop! Maybe this one is useful for us."

Covenant spec-op elite 3:" What do you mean? She's nothing but a machine."

Covenant spec-op elite 1:" A machine with a lot of information inside of that thing. Take it to the camp and show him that we found something useful."

Covenant spec-op elite 3:" *growled* Very well..."

Then, my vision started to fade before I see him deactivate his sword and grab me. This is the last thing I saw them.

Penny Flashback ended, Narrator POV

After what she told me everything, she was shocked that the covenant is inside Atlas and they kidnapped Penny to get the information from her but luckily, she manages to stop them before it happens. She looks at her and said.

Ruby:" We have to get out of here. This place is not safe."

Penny:" Huh? What do you mean, Ruby?"

Ruby:" Tell me, have you heard the covenant?"

Penny:" Well... For what I've heard from Jaune's friend, they are very scary aliens that hurt a lot of people in space."

Ruby:" Well... These guys lying on the ground are the covenant."

Penny:" Wait. What?"

Ruby:" It's true. They're here and they are going to do something bad. We're gonna get out of here now."

Brute captain:" I don't think you're going nowhere human."

They turn around to see a blue armor brute holding his gun and point at us. Then, 2 jackals came out of nowhere pointed their weapons at us as well. I raised my scythe if they going to attack us.

Brute captain:" That robot of yours, hand it over to us."

Ruby:" No! I won't let you! She's not just a robot. She's a person who has a heart & soul."

Brute captain:" Well... In that case, we're gonna take her from you then. Besides, you are outnumbered and your so-called aura won't sav-"

All of sudden, someone from behind punch at his back so hard he flies into the wall and crushes it. 2 jackals are shocked and when they turn around, they see Blake & Weiss attack them. After that, Weiss uses her semblance to freeze them so they won't escape. Yang walks towards Ruby and said.

Yang:" Ruby! Why do you run off like that and why Penny is here?"

Weiss & Blake came to join her with their angry looks at Ruby for running off in the enemy camp base. Ruby told them that they kidnap Penny when they spotted her in Atlas and attempt to reprogramming her but manage to stop them before it happens. After that, they understand why she runs off and they said.

Yang:" Guess that explains for that. But please, don't run off like that without me."

Ruby:" Okay, sis."

Weiss:" So... Penny, you're a robot right?"

Penny:" Oh absolutely, my father builds me to have his child and Ironwood helps him as well."

Weiss:" Okay then."

Blake:" Guys, we should go now before they know we're here."

Ruby:" Right! Let's go."

They went out of the room and escape the citadel. Once

they exit the citadel, they went back to his group when suddenly, an alarm went on and everyone in the camp is high alert and search the intruders. Team RWBY & Penny now prepare for they will face the covenant aliens and then, they heard the gunshots. They follow the gunshots and see Alex and Team SSSN are firing their weapons at them. Alex throws a grenade at them and Neptune tried his best to shoot the brutes & jackals. Sun was firing his guns at them when he saw Team RWBY & Penny are coming this way. Blake fired her weapon at elite and then, use her sword to attack him, Yang shoots her gauntlet at brutes and grunts while Ruby shoots her sniper mode with lightning bullets at the elites. Weiss uses her semblance to boost her up to attack them fast. After that, they went to Alex & said to him.

Blake:" What happened here?"

Alex:" The covenant must've found the dead jackals at the forest & found 2 unconscious bodies inside the cage. I receive word from Jaune that they're under attack. We should meet up with them."

Ruby:" Right. Let's go to Jaune's team."

Scarlet:" Hold on. What's she doing here?"

Yang:" Long story. Right now, we must go to Jaune's team."

They went out to meet up Jaune's team and they will deal with a few covenants in their way. Meanwhile, Jaune & his team are taking cover and fired at them. An elite fired his fuel rod cannon at them but it missed. Pyrrha uses her semblance to throw the crates and vehicles at them. Arkkor shoots his plasma carbine at jackals & grunts. Sakor and Jaune fired their guns at grunts, brutes, elites & jackals at left & right flank. Hellwolf shoots his SMG at them and then, throws his grenade at them. Ren goes to attack them with his weapon while Nora gives him a cover fire with her grenade launcher. Coco & Velvet shoots them as best as they can. They are surrounded by the covenant in every direction.

Nora:" Um, Jaune. I don't think we can hold them much longer."

Jaune:" Don't give up! We must not let them success their mission!"

He said as he continues to fire his assault rifle at them when he saw Laok and his elites appeared. He raised his hand to hold their fire and said to them.

Laok'Raok:" Humans & Heretics! You are surrounded. If you surrender, we promise we will not kill you in that spot."

Jaune looks at him and said to him loudly.

Jaune:" No! You attack this planet and we will not let you do your work by killing innocent people."

He laughed at him for his brave words and said to him.

Laok'Raok:" A brave words, demon. But it won't save you when we will kill you right now."

He said. Ghosts, Wraiths, Phantoms & Banshees appeared and surround them and aim their guns at them. They look at each other to ready to face the most threats they ever been. Then, he said.

Laok'Raok:" Any last words before we give you and your comrades a worthy death."

Jaune looks at Hellwolf and nodded him as he stands up and said to him.

Hellwolf:" Yeah. You should look above you."

Laok'Raok:" What do you mean look abov-"

He's about to say anything, he and his forces are shocked to see UNSC frigate above them. A frigate fires at Phantom and Banshees as they're destroyed. It also sent HEV pods as it lands on the grounds. Some of them landed on the wraiths in which they are destroyed. HEV pods open to see ODSTs came out and shoot them. They are caught a surprised as UNSC men shoot at them.

Jaune and his others join the fight as well as they attack covenant forces. Laok looks everywhere to see his forces are about to be defeated so he retreats to his leader. Scorpions & warthogs are deployed and destroy covenant infantries, vehicles & structures to destroy their camp base. An elite went to sneak around them and go to attack Velvet when someone shot at his head behind. Velvet turns around & raises her plasma pistol to see Alex and the others are here and went to help them and she continues firing at them. 2 pelicans landed and deployed troops and attack them with their weapons. A dog faunus marine shoots brute captain with his rocket launcher while his comrades keep shooting at the covenant forces. A pair of hunters appeared to attack them when they were killed by two HEV pods that lands both of them and two ODSTs come out the pod to fight them. Penny sees her friends fighting a covenant which she was surprised when she saw Ruby was fighting at major brute when other brute hit her at the back.

Penny:" Ruby!"

She goes into the action as she goes to combat mode. Ruby tries to get up and see a brute is pointing his gun at her when suddenly, a sword stabbed on his shoulder, causing him in pain. A brute turns around before he got hit by a sword. Ruby saw Penny using her a lot of swords as she saves her from the brutes. She looks at hunter as it attacks her with his shield but she manages to dodge it and stabbed at his back and screamed in pain. Then, she impaled a lot of swords at a hunter as she kills it. Penny went to her and help her to get up. They both looking at each other when they see a few covenant forces coming their way so they nodded each other and they go attack to them. Jaune and his teams keep fighting them when one of the marines said to him.

Human marine:" Sir! We see covenant vehicles exit the factory. We have to destroy it."

Jaune:" Don't worry, corporal. I got this."

He said. He brings out a detonator and press it as the factory was destroyed, including the covenant forces inside it. After that, they continue fighting when a phantom came and start to shoot at the covenant forces which they are surprised. Alex knows who is driving a phantom and that is Goryar. Goryar circle around in the sky and shoot at the enemies. The grunts are scared to see their squad leaders are dead so they running away to take cover. As the battle rages on, UNSC & huntsmen are continually fighting to destroy the covenant base camp. Meanwhile, Laok still running until he sees Gork, Light of Sanghelios and the honor guards standing there. He stopped and said to them.

Laok'Raok:" Sir! The humans and native humans attacking our camp base. Our forces are about to be defeated."

Light of Sanghelios:" Then I'll deal with those vermins. Honor guards! With me!"

He said as he and his honor guards went to kill them. As they left, Laok look at Gork and said.

Laok:" What now?"

Gork'Laok:" Now. We return the outpost."

Laok'Raok:" But what about our men."

Gork'Laok:" They'll buy us some time to escape. We will fight them on another day. Now, let's go."

They headed to the phantom and take off to fly away from the battlefield.
