Narrator POV

Everyone in Remnant now knows the existence of UNSC & SA that appeared out of nowhere. It also that Jaune is alive and he's a leader of the new group which makes Cardin and other students shocked and surprised to hear it. They question themselves of where they come from and why they're here for. These questions will be waiting for they will go to Atlas to meet the councils.

Next day...

Jaune and his friends are onboard the pelican as they went to Atlas to have settle with the councils. As they arrived, they went out of the pelican with 3 marines and 3 elites to protect them from anyone that attempt to take their lives. As they walk on, they see Winter and 2 AKs beside her waiting for them.

Winter:" Ah. You're here. The councils in this way."

Albert:" Okay then."

They follow her to lead to the council room. Then, she decides to talk to them.

Winter:" So, it seems like you are the ones that takedown White fangs bases in each direction, correct?"

Johnson:" That's right. We just want to make sure that innocent people won't die. Humans and Faunus are needed for our help."

Winter:" Impressive. Your military is quite amazed to able to destroy all Grimms with your men, and also, your aliens too."

One of the elite growled at her like he wanted to kill her but another elite calms him down.

As she continues saying to them.

Winter:" So, Mr. Arc. Where did you find these people?"

Jaune:" That's classified."

Winter:" Excuse me?"

Johnson:" We won't tell you about our history so you can shut your mouth."

She's feeling a bit of angry about how rude he is. Then, she said.

Winter:" You should know, I'm a rank of lieutenant of Atlas while you are a rank of sergeant of— what is called again?"

Miranda:" UNSC."

Winter:" And what stands for?"

Miranda:" You will know when we get there."

She said with her hostile tone. She has a feeling that Jaune's officers and his men don't like Atlas so much and so as her. As they get in the room, they see the councils are sitting there, waiting for them. They saw camera crews are broadcasting to other kingdoms that people are watching now. They also see Gen. Ironwood and one that makes them hate so much is Jacque Schnee. Jaune and his friends went to sit down to start.

Councilor 1:" Alright, now we all here, let's talk. Mr. Jaune Arc, you lied away in the Beacon academy with your fake transcript, you disappear in beacon academy since your fake transcript was exposed and now, a leader of this 'UNSC'. Tell me, how did you meet them during your disappearance?"

He stands up and said to them.

Jaune:" I was being teleported to their world by a portal I found in the structure."

Councilor 2:" A structure? What kind of structure?"

Jaune:" I don't know exactly sure. But it did help me to escape from the Grimms when I defended the villagers from those monsters."

They whispered themselves to see that he's telling a truth. Ironwood and Jacque look at each other and look back at Jaune and his men.

Then, they said.

Councilor 2:" Well, that seems amazed that you come to defend the city from the Grimms. But we have concern that your military group that we've never met is mysterious for us."

Councilor 1:" Indeed. Your men can shoot through the aura make us scared that you will take us out too."

Jaune:" Do you think that I would do that? We're not like barbarians that wanted to kill people for nothing. We fight to protect the innocents and bring the end of this threat. You may all understand what I'm saying."

He said. He looks at his adopted father to see him proud that he stands up like a man. Then, they said.

Councilor 3:" Okay then. Now here are these questions: What is UNSC?"

Jaune:" I would like to tell you but I'll let one of my officers to say it. I may be called my father and an admiral of the fleet, Albert Manson will tell you about it."

He stands up as he goes there while Jaune went back to sit. Then, Albert said.

Albert:" Thank you, my son. For your question, It stands for United Nations Space Command, it is a military that protects our planet from any kind of threat in the galaxy."

Ironwood:" Space? Sir, dust can't use in space. It will disappear when they reach an atmosphere."

Albert looks at him with his angry look.

Albert:" Gen. Ironwood, you should know that we don't use dust."

Jacque:" Don't use dust? But the dust is everywhere in this basic life."

Albert:" Not for UNSC, we have another power source that can go into space and fight with our weapons."

They seem interested that they found other sources that can outstand dust and goes through the aura. They also wanted to get their weapons & technology to protect Atlas and other kingdoms to prove to them that they are protectors. Then, a counselor said.

Councilor 1:" I see... Then tell us, what's your history, Admiral Albert."

He tells them about the planets that were colonized by the humans that live there. Everyone is shocked and surprised that humans are live in every colonized planets from space. Then, the war came out when he explains to them about the covenant that kills all innocent people in each colony that makes them terrified that the covenants are very dangerous than Grimms & the white fangs. It makes also worse that he told them about the flood are a parasite that consumes hosts to gained intelligence and learns things. He doesn't want to talk about the halo because it was classified for them. Then, he told them that they won the war, the floods are eliminated & the covenant is scattered in the galaxy since they revealed the truth of prophets lies. They relieved to hear it. They also said that they been teleported to Remnant out of nowhere and establish the base and city in undetected.

Councilor: 1:" It's good that the war is over. The covenant is deadlier than the Grimms."

Ironwood:" Let's not forget this flood that consume the hosts."

Albert:" Indeed. But I don't know that there are still out there after we destroy them in our galaxy so we have to prepare if we see them again."

Councilor 2:" I see. Well then, since you and your UNSC and allies arrive here in Remnant. Jacque would like to say to you."

He stands up from his chair and said.

Jacque:" As an owner of Schnee Dust Company, I would like to have a weapon trade of yours.

Albert:" We decline that."

Jacque:" What!"

Jaune:" That's right. We don't give up our weapons to your trade, Mr. Jacque. We know what you did to your company."

Jacque:" What? What are you talking about?"

Keyes:" What he meant is that you use slave labor to the faunus that works at your mine. We know it since the day we arrive here."

He felt worried that they will ruin his reputation. His company. Then, he said to them.

Jacque:" That nonsense! I didn't do anything to the faunus."

Jaune:" That's where you wrong. Eva, show the footage to the entire CCT tower to show every one of what he's done."

She popped out which makes them shocked to see her.

Eva:" Hello, I'm human-AI Eva, and if you asked, I'm a fourth-generation AI while yours is the first generation. It takes some years to build a smart AI like me."

She said. She put the footage into the screen to shows everyone that in SDC mines, faunus are being worked like a slave by the company and get beaten up by SDC guards that aren't doing things properly. Everyone watching it is horrible for what they have done to them. Especially in Reach city that makes everyone angry with Jacque for his actions. In Beacon academy, huntsmen and huntresses are very angry with SDC, including Team RWBY and friends that are watching it. Jacque is now worried that his company is about to fall and all people from other kingdoms will demand to shut his company down since they show it to them. Then, he said.

Jacque:" B-But they're just animals. They aren't li-"

Hellwolf:" Aren't what? People like you disgust us and consider yourselves as racist and slavers to do bad things to the faunus. Thanks to you, a new white fang has existed because you put slave labor on your damn company."

Jacque:" Shut up! You're just a soldier following orders!"

Jaune:" He may be a soldier but he's my friend and he has a right to tell you because he has wolf faunus that fell in love with him."

He and everyone else is shocked that Hellwolf has a girlfriend with a wolf faunus.

Jacque:" Wait? What!"

Councilor 2:" Mr. Arc, you should know that it against the laws here in Remnant."

Keyes:" Not for us. My people in our command accept to love between humans and faunus. For UNSC & SA, they have the right to be free from your slavery and live peacefully rather than being discrimination."

Jaune:" He's right. This is about equality for all races. You people just don't accept them."

Ironwood:" But we accept them."

Eva:" Oh really? Then why you all people let them being discrimination, hmmm?"

They cleared their throats to find a way to convince them but it no uses for them as they give up their ideas.

Albert:" But enough about that, what does Atlas wanted us for?"

Ironwood cleared his throat as he replied to his question.

Ironwood:" Well, the councils wanted to trade your some of technology for Atlas."

Albert:" Sorry. We also declined that too."

Ironwood & all councilors:" What!"

Ironwood:" But why, exactly?"

Jaune:" As I said before, we know how corrupt your government is and we don't trust Atlas for a questionable partner. Not the mention that the white fangs manage to steal your weapons, resources, and Paladins without realizing it."

He said as he referred to Jacque that Atlas support his company for resources and their government that didn't have proper security to defend against the white fangs. Then, Sakor said to them.

Sakor:" Your government is nothing but imaging things that thinking your military is powerful than other kingdoms. How horrible people you are, just to sit and watch the faunus suffered for they been through."

For Winter, she felt worried that it will be a war that Atlas cannot be win against UNSC & their allies. Jacque is shaking his fear that he make them angry so much.

Counselor 1:" But we are the powerful military in remnant."

Jaune:" We are the strongest here. Since that title belongs to us, we will make a better life for humans and faunus for your military ignored. We will show how real soldiers they are. Now, if you decided to go war against us it will be your mistakes. Understand!"

They started to feel angry at them but going war against them will be a downfall of Atlas so they gave up and nodded it. Then, Jaune look at Jacque Schnee with his angry look.

Jaune:" And as for you, if you continue using slave labor on faunus we will destroy every last of the mines of your company or I'll place you under arrest for your actions."

Jacque was now a state of shocked that he will do it to shut down his company or worse, he will arrest him for what he's done. Then, he said to him.

Jacque:" But, without my company how can we get dust and other resources to defend ourselves from Grimms & the white fangs."

Johnson:" Then, find something that didn't use slave labor on faunus."

Jaune:" I'm asking you again, will you stop using slave labor on faunus for your company?"

His hands are twitching and his forehead is sweating that his reputation is about to be ruined. He closed his eyes with defeat and said.

Jacque:" *Sigh* Alright, I'll stop using slave labor in faunus."

Albert:" Good. That will be all. Goodbye then."

He said as they leave the room. The councilors, Ironwood, Winter & Jacque have now had many problems for the people from other kingdoms that the people will have answers to them.

Jaune POV

That work well as I and the others headed back to our transports when I see a ginger girl standing there with a smile and said to me.

Penny:" Salutation! It seems like you people are doing well in there."

The guards go towards her to tell her to back off but I order them to stop before it's getting more worse. Then, I said to her.

Jaune:" You must be Penny that Ruby told me about."

Penny:" That's right. I'm a first friend of her in my entire life."

Miranda:" Hello, I'm Miranda Keyes, nice to meet you."

Penny:" I'm Penny, nice to see you, miss."

Miranda:" Please, call me Miranda."

Penny:" Okay. Hey, I like what you did in Vale. Your weapons are incredible."

Sakor goes to him and said.

Sakor:" Yes, little one. I and my friends are defending the Vale from those vicious beasts. And yes, our weapons are incredible as you say, but it also dangerous."

Penny:" Ohh... Okay. Um, may I walk with you guys?"

We look at each other faces and came to smile as I say to her.

Jaune:" Sure. You can walk with us."

Penny:" Yay!"

As we went outside, people are looking at us like they see us new here. Then, one of them said.

Male atlas citizen:" Um, excuse me. Are you a leader of the UNSC?"

Jaune:" That's me."

Male atlas citizen:" Is that true that you going to make a better life for us?"

Jaune:" Sure, and for the faunus too?"

Male atlas citizen:" What? No. For humanity like us, man."

I began to feel mad at him that doesn't care about faunus lives and he didn't hear what we just said to the council. So I said to him.

Jaune:" Listen here, I care about humanity but I also care about faunus too."

Male atlas citizen:" But why! They're the reason they joined the white fangs for-"

Then, Johnson stepped beside me and said.

Johnson:" Listen, you son of a bitch! If you don't stop talking about that word then get out of our sight before I'll put my very fists to your face and put my cigar into your butthole!"

He said. He was scared of Johnson so he ran away from us. Everyone that watching at us are keep their mouth shut so they won't make a mess with us. As we continue walking, Penny went to me and said.

Penny:" Your friend is rather angry at him."

I was going to say it when Johnson just speak to her first.

Johnson:" Listen, kid, that guy just a jerk to the faunus. Surely, there some faunus have good souls to find another way to have rights and freedom of this world. The faunus are just like us too. So you must understand that they need our help. That's why I join the army to protect the innocent from any threat in the first place."

I was going to say anything but I'll just let Johnson speak to her. The pelican and phantom just arrived here makes everyone looking at them like they never seen it before. As we going to get in, I say something to Penny.

Jaune:" This is where we say goodbye, Penny."

Penny:" It is. Goodbye, Ruby friend."

She said as she waved me to say goodbye. The pelican & phantom went up to the sky and back to Reach city. Before we get there, I asked my father about the other ambassadors that I sent to other kingdoms since they know our existence.

Jaune:" Hey dad, how are the ambassadors that we sent to other kingdoms?"

Albert:" It did very well. They seem interested us and they understand why we shouldn't give them our weapons & technologies for a reason."

Johnson:" Yeah. Except for Atlas, of course."

Sakor:" Indeed. They don't understand what they've been through. I'll make sure that they will decide their fate."

I nodded at him. I take sit and wait 'till we get there. In the meantime, I'll take a little bit of a nap for a while. Guess doing politics is hard working for me.

Ozpin POV

I drank my cup to feel much better for myself. At first, I was so angry when I heard Schnee Dust Company are doing horrible things to the faunus. For UNSC and SA, it seems they are bad terms to them now. I'm relieved that the other kingdoms accept their ambassador terms since they explain about their history. The remnant will be safe with their superior weapons and technologies that no huntsmen or huntresses can do before. As I was relaxing in my seat, I heard an elevator ringed and it opened to see Gen. Ironwood, Winter, Glynda & Qrow coming in my office.

Ozpin:" Hello there, it seems you come here unexpected."

Glynda:" Well sir, we just come here for discussion about Vytal Festival."

Ozpin:" Yes. One of the greatest festival events in Remnant. A tournament that huntsmen & huntresses are challenging each other to be a champion this year."

Qrow:" Yeah. And my daughter and her friends will be there in the tournament next week."

I chuckled that he's feeling better since his wife is alive. I was hoping that Jaune men will get a cure for her and ask her to join us but it's not a time for that. Then, Ironwood said.

Ironwood:" Yes, it is a wonderful event this year. But I fear that the Grimms will attack soon since the incident of Vale city. So we should make security here in this event."

Qrow doesn't like his idea so he protests him.

Qrow:" Oh really? Did you think that Ozpin would accept your ideas by putting a lot of security and your fleet around in Vale."

Winter:" Qrow, the council of Vale are accepted Atlas to put security in Vale since the day the Grimms attack the city."

Qrow:" Well, I won't accept it since Jaune told about everything for what you're father done and how corrupt your government they are."

Glynda:" Wait. Are you suggest-"

Qrow:" Yep. Call Jaune to sent his men to protect us instead of Atlas."

I see Ironwood and Winter are shocked that Qrow rather bring UNSC and SA for our protection rather than Atlas. He looks at me in his worried face and said.

Ironwood:" Ozpin, please don't do this! I know you watching the news about the council but I can assure you, we will show them how protection we are."

Qrow:" Don't try to convince him, Jimmy. He was-"

I interrupt him before things gonna be worse of they continue arguing with each other.

Ozpin:" That's enough. The councils are already made, Qrow. Atlas will be our security for a time being. However, I have an idea for this year."

They seem interested in my idea so they listen to me.

Ozpin:" I would call Mr. Arc to sent his four representatives to have fun with my students rather than fighting on the battlefield for some years."

Glynda:" Uhm... Sir. Wasn't a good idea for that?"

Qrow:" Well, if they can accept it then they will show people of how capable they are."

Winter:" *sigh* I guess so. But who are his representatives?"

Ozpin:" We'll find out."

I said just to get a Smartscroll that Jaune gave it to me back at the military base.

Ozpin:" As for now, I'm going to call my former student about his decision."

Outer space, Narrator POV

At nowhere, a portal appeared to reveal 6 covenant ships arrived when they enter it. The shipmaster and prophet of judgment manage to survive and the rest of the crew.

Sao:" Status report?"

Elite:" The generator is fine but it seems like it fried out since we enter the portal. We cannot speed the ship anymore, shipmaster."

He growled a bit because the generator is fried out and they're stranded in the middle of nowhere in space. He looks at the prophet and said.

Sao:" Noble prophet, the generator is fried as it seems. We are stranded here."

Prophet of Judgement:" Well, at least we don't have a problem being chased by the humans or heretics. For now, we must continue forward by finding a planet to settle the base."

Sao:" Yes, noble prophet. But we don't know where are we start first."

As he said, one of the elite came to tell them what he's found.

Elite:" Shipmaster and noble prophet, I've detected a planet from a far distance here."

They are surprised that there's a planet in the galaxy. They wanted to go there badly but it takes some time to repair it and going in far distance will be slow to reach there. So, the prophet has an idea to get there.

Prophet of Judgement:" Alright, sent the troops to go that planet and see if there's a lifeform. Once we touch on that planet, establish the base in plain site so we won't be discovered of our existence."

Sao:" As you wish."

Prophet of Judgement:" And also, sent the silent shadows to join them."

Sao was shocked that he will send the deadliest soldiers in the covenant for years. So, he said.

Sao:" Noble prophet, with all due respect, the silent shadows are for combat, not for a scouting mission."

Prophet of Judgement:" Silence! The silent shadows will be lead to an operation for our glory of salvation. They are proving to have skills against any foes that stand in their way. So, sent them in now."

Sao:" I-I see. It will be done, my prophet."

He ordered all troops to ride on the lich and the phantoms to go to an unknown planet. He also orders the silent shadows to join in the operation. A leader of silent shadow, Gork'Laok, will be ahead of the operation to see what's on a planet they stepping on. The lich and 9 phantoms went outside the fleet to went to the planet in the far distance.
