Sanjeevani:

Dr. Keerthi will be waiting for her interns to come for briefing session. Patients will be waiting for the appointment of doctors, nurses and ward boys will be going in and out of the wards and interns will be running for their briefing session scared of keerthi for being late.

Keerthi observes them as they have being more calm than usual but she knows the reason and leaves it to let it be. She gave them their duties and storms away from there. Keerthi thinks they are no normal talks and chatting between them since armaan had left. Everything was different when armaan was there and now everyone looks so dull. She also misses him but also worried for riddhima.

Shilpa will be clearly angry at Sid for what he had done so she doesn't talk to him except in the matter of duty.
JP and Jiggy will be talking here and there but not as much as before.

Shashank will be walking inside sanjeevani to attend an important surgery.

He glances around only to be greeted by a dry environment. It makes him sad thinking that how everything was different when he was there and how he unknowingly makes the everything and everyone around him cheerful and happy.

Sighs

A sad smile appears on his face when he glances at the empty locker room which once was filled with fun, laughter,fights and childishness.

Everything went away with him. It was amazing to see all of them together back again under same roof but they had to leave and it was very sad that they all had to leave in such awful circumstances.

On his way to his cabin he looks at cafeteria and remembers those memories created by his once childish interns and now idiotic senior doctors......but of course they are his kids. He smiles at the memory of  how they used to mess up the whole cafeteria with their stupid cake fights,playing pranks and end up themselves in trouble everytime by being caught by him.

He smiles and tears form in his eyes thinking everything was lost......once again.

He looks at new interns who will be just sitting bored not knowing what to do. Each one sitting at each table lost in their own thoughts. If it was armaan then it wouldn't be like this.

He observed nobody is talking a single word but just drowned in their own world. He understood it might be difficult for them to act normal after what had happened.

He was also angry at Sid for creating such a fuss in the hospital and in his daughter's life. Sid had blamed and accused everything on them when they had done nothing but sacrifice their love.

He searches in the cafe looking around for not finding anywhere the person he wanted to see.

He sighs knowing where that person might be. She must have drowned herself in work so much that she could forget everything and everyone.

He knows she needs time to cope up with it but his heart clenches whenever he sees her lifeless eyes without smile on her face. It looked like to him that she doesn't eat and sleep properly these days. Anyone can notice her tired eyes and face drained out of all happiness and life.

He comes to his cabin,sits in his chair holding his head in his hands and sighs loudly thinking deeply.

It has been 2 weeks since Armaan had left but clearly sanjeevani is not getting used to it especially her. He has an aura of happiness and charm around him that changes whole environment.

He knows what he meant to her. She clearly misses him but covers up by involving herself into loads of work.
Thinking about Riddhima his face fell not knowing what to do with her life and he prays to God to give her the happiness that she deserved and not to give her pain anymore.

He also prays for Armaan to keep him safe wherever he is. Although armaan had called him and informed him that he reached safely but he didn't budge him to say where he is as he thinks he needs some space after what he had gone through so he didn't know where he was and hoped he is alright.

Riddhima steps out of the OT after finishing her surgery successfully. She cleans herself and walks through the corridor lost in her thoughts.

She looks around hoping it was all a bad dream and he will be here around planning pranks on her,to tease her,to annoy her,to surprise her, to lo.......

She shuts her eyes tightly

But no he was nowhere here around. He left. He was gone. He had left two weeks ago but still her heart doesn't accept the fact that he left.

She blinks away her tears and was about to go but someone blocked her way. She looks up to see the person she is avoiding from two weeks.

She ignores him and walks away without giving attention on what he was saying. Of course he might be apologizing her again.

She sighs loudly and walks to fire escape and sits on the steps. She knows she is behaving rudely to towards Sid but what she could do she couldn't forget and forgive for what he had done to her and Armaan. She might have forgiven him if he said things to her but he insulted and accused Armaan where he was just helping her.

She knows armaan could have lashed out on Sid, beaten him to the pulp for hurting her but neither he didn't do anything nor said anything only because of her.

Sid had apologized many times since that incident happened but she couldn't digest the fact that he had humiliated her and Armaan in front of whole sanjeevani. She ignored him,avoided him and distanced away herself from him by not living with him in his house anymore.

She remembers the day when armaan had left. She runs to this same place where she is sitting now and cries her heart out . She didn't want him to leave,she wanted him to stop from going but how. She didn't have face and courage to do that. Then Shilpa came there and hugged her tightly consoling her seeing her crying vigourously. When Shilpa tells her to go home ,riddhima refuses saying that she doesn't want to see Sid......not yet. So Shilpa took Riddhima to her home. From then she is living with Shilpa.

A tear escapes from her eye but she wipes it away before it slides down her cheek. She had stopped crying from that day when armaan had left. She thought she deserves this pain and she had to go through it after what armaan had to go through.

Her dad has informed her that armaan had called him and said he is alright but it gave her only more pain of not being able to talk to him and see him anymore.She folds her hands and prays to God that he should be safe and happy wherever he is.

She daily comes to sanjeevani, drowns herself in lots of work, eats little here and there when Shilpa forces and goes to sleep which never comes to her instead she stays up whole night thinking of what happened in their life. She wakes up morning after her little sleep and again the same routine continues everyday.

Shilpa notices how void sanjeevani has become after Armaan had left. There were no more fun, no more laughter, no more pranks, no more happiness.

She miss him so much infact everyone  is missing him including JP,jiggy,staff, patients and kids in the children's ward. How much ever  Riddhima shows to everyone that she is alright but she knows how much hurt she is,how much pain she is going through and how much she is missing him.

Shilpa gets worried about riddhima as she doesn't take care of her and she will be in some daze everytime. She doesn't eat properly nowadays as her pain overtakes her appetite. She doesn't sleep instead she just stares into the space thinking. She should take care of her sister and she also promised armaan that she will take care of riddhima always.

She prays to God to give happiness to the two most important persons in her life Armaan and Riddhima.
