Later that night, Aquarius 3 arrived at Lynx Corporation Headquarters which was closed for the night. The building, however, was still being guarded by night guards. Aquarius 3 arrived in a black sedan similar to this one...

The five emerged from the car in black clothing, Tybalt was carrying a briefcase and a P90-S53. The others just had their enhancements and the P90s.

They entered from an emergency exit and went up the steps to the CEOs office. Louise got her laptop from her pouch and connected it to the computer, it took her a few seconds but she got in the computer and started looking searching through the Lynx database. All projects before 1993 were on the computer when they got to the list of projects in 2012, they noticed a picture of a Ducklett sitting on a chair with a mechanised wing and that's when Louise opened the file.

"What is this shit?" Tybalt whispered.

"Project SDG-33, the Cyborg Agent project" Louise replied.

"What is it about," Landon asked.

"SDG-33 was originally headed by Docter Adam Eastwald. He was an American robotics scientist who got the idea from the concept of Cyborg, the DC superhero. Eastwald was close however in 2014 he was killed in a home invasion along with his wife and best friend. After that Camille Diablo took over as head of the project, Camille was a French robotics expert ask well and, she spent most of her time working at Lynx until she retired in 2048, it was then that a boy in the UK supposedly went missing. After that, the project was headed was then headed by Niel Shaffer. Shaffer's experiments seem to be unorthodox and strange, but it says here he has a clean record... Wait -" Louise noticed an attached file called SDG-33 when she opened the file a complete detail of Shaffers involvement in the project showed on the screen, there was even picture attached of Pokemon in cryosleep, she scrolled down and found a list of the test subjects, a majority of them which, died during the process, "Holy shit"

"What the hell" Fuse said to himself.

"It says here only seven subjects survived the process, this is -"

"Disgusting," Suzuki said.

"The surviving subjects were the following: - Holly Merrigold ♀️, (Vulpix)" There was a picture of her smiling and holding a cup of juice, Louise went silent, "That's me..."

"Let me see," Tybalt said, "Wick Hadley, ♂️ (Riolu)"

"Sakura Fukushita ♀️ (Zorua)" Suzuki said, she was shaking.

"Emma Konig, ♀️ (Pikachu)" Landon said.

"Lucas Preston Winters, ♂️ (Eevee)" Fuse said.

Aquarius 3 was silent, their identities were nothing but lies, every one of them felt like they got hit by a car.

"X... Was right" Fuse said, the Eevee gulping.

"There is another name here... Elaine Wycroft ♀️, (Emolga)" Louise replied.

"Wait wasn't their 7 of them?" Tybalt inquired.

"Yeah, but he's dead, killed shortly after the war" Louise answered.

"Download the data, We need to show Atticus this data" Fuse replied.

"Yes sir" Louise replied, then she plugged a USB in and waited for the data to finish being downloaded before leaving the building and getting into their car. When they got back, they were all quiet.

"Guys, let's use our real names... Okay," Fuse said.

"Y-Yeah" Wick replied.

"Let's just go home, I need to process what's going on," Sakura said, the Zorua leaning on Landon's shoulder.

"What!?" Atticus shouted.

"I know it sounds crazy sir, but you need to believe us... Lynx is responsible for these horrifying acts," Lucas said.

"Um, I think you'll need a lot more proof if -"

Holly pulled up the images of the project, Atticus gulped.

"Well then... This is just, it seems like we were looking for the wrong person then" Atticus said, he rubbed his chin, "Was X one of these Pokemon?"

"As a matter of fact, she was" Holly responded, she is a UK native like me and Fu-Lucas"

"I'll take this to the prime minister, go home for now," Atticus said, the Pyroar got on his coat and left, Quinnelle picked up her bag and pistol and followed Atticus. Wick looked out the window and noticed a black van parked in front of the building.

"Was that van there when we got here?" He said.

"No" Emma replied, then she opened the window. she switched on her visual enhancements and it turned out there were armed Pokemon in the van, "Get to Atticus now!"

The five left the room and rushed down the steps. Atticus noticed the van, so did Quinnelle, "That van does not have a visitors pass"

Quinnelle attempted contacting the security booth but, there was nothing but static. Suddenly the door swung open and the Pokemon inside started firing at Atticus, the two ran behind Atticus's car. The security arrived at the scene and started shooting at the aggressive Pokemon, the mercenaries took down any guard that came toward them. Sakura shot one of the mercenaries in the head, the mercenaries started shooting at them. Atticus drew his pistol and shot one of them in the leg, he yelled out in pain. Quinnelle shot him in the head, they were noticed once again and fired at, Quinnelle was hit in the shoulder. Emma jumped and sliced off one of their heads with her tail, Lucas sliced one guy in the chest, Wick got his staff, a blade opened from it and he chopped off the last mercenaries head. The police arrived just as his body hit the floor. The scene was chaos, bodies of security guards littered all over the place and blood pools forming around the bodies made it almost a nightmare.

"Quinnelle, are you okay?" Atticus asked.

"I'll be fine sir, thanks for worrying about my wellbeing" Quinnelle replied.

Lucas noticed two police officers with there paws in their jackets, he used his visual enhancements to see they were holding pistols with suppressors on them, he raised his pistol and shot both of them, the mercenaries couldn't react in times and their bodies collapsed onto the concrete.

"Why did you do that?!" Wick shouted.

"They were not carrying standard-issue pistols, and police pistols don't have silencers. Not to mention they are not wearing the correct shoes.

"I think Linx knows what you five have done -" Atticus tossed them the drive, "You five get it out of here now!"

Aquarius 3 didn't hesitate to start running, they got on their bikes and left as more police officers arrived.

While on their way Lucas received a call from an unknown number, the Eevee got sighed, "Pick up"

"So you finally see the true Lynx Corp," X said.

Lucas was silent, everyone else tapped into the Eevees call. The Shaffer is with the Prime Minister right now, "It's not safe to go to the Prime Minister right now, he's discussing his stolen data with the prime minister"

A video feed of Shaffertalking to the prime minister appeared in the right-hand corner of their helmets...

"... Please Tanazuka! I need this data back if it leaks to the public, there will be chaos"

"What are the contents of the information? It's about project SDG-33! You know Lynx and the government will be all over us if we don't retrieve this data" Shaffer urged.

The Minister sighed, "Fine I will alert the police and they will watch out for the thieves"

"Fuck" Sakura mouthed.

"Now you see, you can't trust anymon right now," X said, "I will send you my location on your encrypted phones"

"O-Okay"

A map appeared where the feed from the PMs office opened. There was a flashing green dot signalling X's location in an abandoned part of Tamatsu, a lawless zone where most of the poorer immigrants and citizens lived.

"Let's go," Lucas said.

It took them 10 minutes to reach the Lawless Zone, the pinged location was an old complex of flats, the group saw an Emalga with a green eye and an orange eye gesture for them to come over to her, they saw her and ran over to meet her. The lawless zone was dark, overgrown plants lurked in the streets, buildings looked crumbled and unstable thanks to exposure to the elements, wrecked or salvaged cars lay on the streets, the motorway overpass where they parked their bikes was crumbled and some pieces were missing.

"Do you have it?" X asked.

Lucas handed her the drive, "It should all be there" Wick said to her.

X opened the files, "This... I'm at a loss of words"

"Your name is Elaine Wycroft... Did you know that?"

She was silent for a moment, "No..."

Wick was about to take his medication, then he stopped and looked down at the plug. He threw it at the wall and it shattered to pieces, the blue liquid slowly ran down the wall.

"D-Does it say where I was from," X asked.

"Manchester... The United Kingdom, your parents are well known in the city" Sakura said.

"They are still alive?" She asked shakily.

"Yeah... They are still in Manchester, you have siblings too" Sakura said.

X took a deep breath.

"What did I tell you about body-snatching?" Lucas said, crossing his arms.

"Sh-She let me, no joke" She replied, then she got up and got a machine from a closet, "Plug these into your ports, it will surface your memories of your past lives"

All five of them plugged themselves in, X too.

"Will we forget our training?" Emma asked.

"No... Now I just need it to target the right areas of our brains -" She tapped on the holographic screen a few times, eventually, "Okay, this will take a while so bear with it"

They nodded.

She took a deep breath flipped the switch and all six of them lost consciousness, Memories of their past lives started to emerge like a rainbow almost. They saw the lives they once had before being taken away from them, Emma lived in the countryside not far from Berlin. Wick was the son of an American diplomat, Holly lived in a manor a few miles from London, Sakura was once an energetic loving Zorua from Tokyo, and Lucas was the grandson of a well known MI6 agent and also an English native. Elaine remembered her Emalga mother and Umbreon father in Manchester, about four hours later, it was night. The moon was out and the zone was eerier than ever. The six Pokemon opened their eyes, Lucas was last to sit up.

"Wow," Wick said, he wiped his eyes.

"I feel like we owe you an apology," Holly said, she looked over to Elaine who was crying like Wick.

"The drugs were masking your memories... I don't blame you" The Emalga replied.

"I suddenly remember how to speak German" Emma replied, then she heard her accent and covered her mouth

Sakura was silent, "I remember how to speak Japanese as well"

"I remember how nice my life in London was" Lucas added, "Tranquil, now that I remember... I hope my grandfather is still alive, I wanna meet him"

"General Winters was born 2005, It would be a miracle if somehow he was still breathing" Elaine responded.

There was silence in the room for a moment.

"W-What should we do?" Emma asked, the Pikachu rubbing her arm.

"We have the file. If we post it on the internet we can take both the prime minister and Lynx Corp down" Wick said.

"Hm," Lucas said.

Emma squeezed her fist and played around with her braid. Lucas noticed and crawled over to her.

"Hey, are you okay?" The Eevee asked. Lucas put his paw on the Pikachus shoulder.

"Yeah... I'm just worried my family will forget me ya know?" Emma said, nervously.

"Don't worry, I'm sure they will, just believe okay?" Lucas said, he smiles brightly at her.

Emma's face turned, "C-Can I talk to you, please... In private"

Lucas looked at everyone else, Wick nodded.

"Sure," Lucas said.
