First week of February 2016
A studio in Seoul
"FAther," I whispered.
"Mother," Jeongguk replied.
"I Love You," we sang the chorus of the Family Song together.
"I just wish I had every Wednesday with you," he circled his arms around my waist and drew me closer. My hands found their way to his hair, the darkness of an empty closet protecting us from searching eyes. We stole a kiss, knowing that we wouldn't have much time until our managers asked for us.
"Let's make the most out of this school uniform promotion," I whispered when we broke apart.
"Oh, we will," my boyfriend opened the door slightly so we could set our appearances right before we returned.
With each venue we sang and danced at, Kookie and I became more adventurous, openly flirting with each other and sneaking out after bedtime.
"Do you ever think about us having a family someday?" I turned to him, the picnic blanket under us protecting me from grass that had become wet during the twilight hours.
"Why are you thinking about that all of a sudden?" his cheeks burned red.
"Jeon Jeongguk, we literally sing about it every day," I lied smoothly, hoping the hooting of the owls above served as white noise to my heartbeat, which I swore I could hear aloud.
"Oh yeah, that makes sense," he nodded. "I liked that we match outfits for the performances so I want us to dress like that in the future. You've taught me new things through our relationship and I want you to teach me more. I also love hearing you sing."
"Is there anything you'd like to try before the moon goes down?" I felt like a marshmallow that had been out in the sun; melting from his warmth and soft all over.
"The kissing scene from Love 911," my boyfriend lifted me up and kissed me. We then ran back to the hotels, not wanting to be caught.
"What are you listening to?" he hugged me from behind.
"Sickness by Seventeen Vernon and Pledis Girlz Eunwoo," I held up an earphone.
"Oh yeah, for the Love Revolution webtoon," Kookie placed it in his ear and we listened raptly to the words.
"You said you loved reading them so I decided to explore your world more," he blushed at my words before pecking me on the lips. This was the last show we had before GFriend and Mamamoo would star on Showtime. This was also our opportunity to promote LOL, our first studio album.
