"Erica" Mrs. Wari called. "Please come to my office." Erica stood up. Mrs. Wari also gathered three other 6th grade students. Allison, my best friend, Richard, the smartest kid ever, and Nathan, the Harry Potter geek. Erica is in 6th grade and she is 11 years old. Sadly, Erica is the youngest kid in all of the 6th grade. That's out of 90 kids!!! Well, back to the story. Mrs. Wari made everyone take an end of the year sixth-grade test, even though it was only the third day of school. When Erica takes tests, she starts thinking of horrible things like her biggest fears, being terribly afraid of blood. For example, screaming when she scrapes her knee because of the blood and not the pain. Well, Erica didn't finish the test that day so she finished it the next day.

 The day after that Mrs. Wari said, "All of you know at least 75% of all 6th-grade math! So you all will be taking a 7th-grade math class." Allison and Erica were so excited, no one could tell who was happier. Erica was so excited to tell her other friend, Morgan.

 "May I use the restroom please?" Allison asked. 

Mrs. Wari replied with a quiet "Yes." Erica wondered why Allison had to go because it wasn't even lunchtime yet. But whatever, it's Allison's business. As Erica walked back to class, she heard weird noises coming from the girl's restroom.

 "It sounds like grinding metal ... and flapping wings." she wondered aloud, sounding confused. "I wonder if Allison is OK." Erica pushed the door open and gasped the loudest gasp you can ever imagine.
