Historical tales, written to last.
Romanizing tragedy of the past,
We reminisce of wars, affairs, and crimes,
But how would we feel is we traveled in time.

Watching our neighbor burn at the stake,
For accusations of sorcery, that ended up fake.
Kings sent their knights to war, to never return.
Pandemics and famines fueled the masses' concern.

Slowly, our world is growing more pleasant.
Still, we are fighting the same wars in the present.
