This chapter is to welcome candidates for this role ONLY.

Secretaries write diverse chapters and announcements and produce reports of each meeting.

They must in particular :

► Be present at all meetings without exception.

► Advertise if necessary.

► Assist in the preparation of the next edition.

► Take part at group discussions.

► All this work requires that you be present once every 3 days AT MINIMUM.

We advise these people to keep a notebook in which all the information, all the tasks to be accomplished and all the names of the people registered will be listed. Seriously, we love the team's notebooks (especially since ours are super beautiful).

This certainly amateur competition remains very serious, committed and requires a certain maturity as well as a certain autonomy. Therefore, we require the following conditions for the secretaries :

► Be MINIMUM 13 years old* (we are counting on your good faith).

► Have a Discord account. All discussions will take place on this network.

► Speak AT MINIMUM English as well as French.

► Have access to Google Drive.

* However, if you have screen time restrictions, make sure that you will still be able to fill the role before applying...
