Style/Outfit/aesthetic: I feel like her style really reflects on how she feels, sometimes she will wear ripped black jeans, black combat books, a gray beanie, with a red buffalo flannel, and a comic shirt, but that is very rare to see. But her main style reflects on Lisa and Eva’s style, she wears a black leather clad jacket, ripped jeans (any color), black croc top, black corset, black combat boots, etc.

Personality: Temperamental, Comes off as very shaken, Geeky, Serious, Acts very tough/but deep down she is just a shy, angry, and misunderstood woman. 
Backstory: 
    With no family left on her mother’s side and her father not taking her for personal reasons, Regina Shaylah Snart-Ramon went through life through Foster Care. For years being abused by family by family only wanting the money, she finally was accepted when Lisa Snart; the sister of the famous Leonard Snart adopted her when she was eight. She went through the life choosing to be like them, a criminal instead of a hero. Since she was never good enough like Bionca Felicity Hawng-Ramon; her younger half sister was. She decided that she needed to be something else, again a criminal one who nobody would suspect due to being raised by such “loving families”. 
    When Gina turned 15, she met Eva McCulloh, who she helped escape prison who seemed to help her control the powers she couldn’t due to them being similar with half of her powers. She became something else, Gina decided she didn’t need many friends that her half-sister who didn’t know about her, she decided that she could do something that nobody else could be, a evil criminal, one to challenge the others, to get revenge on the people who abused her, who harassed her, who thinks that a foster kid from another earth couldn’t be. 
    After years of training with Lisa, Leonard, and Eva, Leonard passed away when she turned nineteen, making Regina leave Central City for a few years and travel to Dallas. In Dallas she met the Grayson Twins who just ran away from their past and she became good friends with Ethereal Faye Grayson, the twin sister to Matteus John Grayson. She finally found people who seemed to understand some of the pain being judged all her life, but she also taught them that there was more to being a villain as she felt bad for the twins knowing what it felt to have a half-sibling more loved, but she never knew her mother or father. Due to her mother dying when she was only 4 months old.

Dislikes: Being compared to her father, Vampire Bats, Red Velvet Cake, The Flash, Team Flash, The hate for Villian Meta-Humans that are misunderstood. 
Relation to Delaney: I feel deep down Delaney would have heard rumors or something about the daughter of Cisco. But otherwise they would hate each other, but maybe later on depending on if she is chosen or how it goes, maybe Regina betrays the Rouge’s and helps the Timekeepers and Delaney could start understanding what it was like to be

Other:  When she turned 19-20, Gina, and the twins were both confronted by Matilda Mahkent, who wanted to kill all the heroes, as like the twins she wanted revenge on her father who never took her, and the person who killed her Uncle Leonard Snart. As she helped them start their six year plan, she joined the team as the spy who seemed to do what every criminal does, steal, and is darn good at it. She was finally free, and finally could bring revenge for her mother, her grandfather, her uncle, her mentor/sister figure, and everyone who wrongs the meta-villains.

Note: I feel like even if she is not chosen. That she would be a good character to write about and make her have difficulties struggling with mental health at times but also for the audience to see another side of Regina then is seen through her facade.
