Rainbow groaned. Why was it so damn cold??. Pulling up the blanket, she turned and snuggled into her girlfriend's warm body. She sighed in content.

Wait a second. Cold. What month is it??.

Her eyes shot open. She sat up. Throwing off the blanket, Rainbow jumped out of bed. She ran towards the window and pulled the curtains out of the way.

She smiled widely.

"IT SNOWED!!".

Turning she ran towards the bed and jumped onto it. Crawling over to Applejack she shook her.

"WAKE UP. WAKE UP!!".

Applejack groaned as she began to shift.

"What the hell Rainbow??".

Applejack slowly opened her eyes and looked at the girl. She stared at Rainbow Dash for a moment.

"Ah'm awake".

Rainbow bounced on her knees up and down.

"GET UP. GET UP. GET UP!!", she yelled.

Applejack groaned. "What time is it??".

"Five", Rainbow said looking at the clock.

Applejack's eyes widened.

"Rainbow", she said. "Go ta sleep. Why did you wake me up at five in the morning fir??".

"IT'S SNOWING!!".

Applejack winced. "Not so loud", she said.

Rainbow grinned. Applejack sighed.

"Babe. If we play in the snow later on, will ya go back ta sleep?".

Rainbow nodded.

She crawled back into bed.

"It's freezing", she said.

Applejack chuckled and wrapped an arm around her as they laid down.

"Go ta sleep babe. Please. And don't wake up noon".

Rainbow grinned. "Sure".

"WAKE UP!! WAKE UP!!".

Applejack groaned and raised her head. She opened her tired eyes and saw Rainbow Dash bouncing on the bed. Again.

"What time is-".

"It's noon!!", Rainbow shouted.

Applejack smiled at her.

"What's gotcha all excited??", she asked amused.

"IT SNOWED MORE!!".

Rainbow had the most excited grin Applejack had ever seen on her face. Her face hurt just looking at Rainbow smile so much.

"Okay. Okay. Ah'm up".

Applejack forced herself to sit up. She smiled sleepily at the girl.

"Can we go play in the snow??", Rainbow asked.

"After we take a shower an eat breakfast".

Rainbow pouted. "Awww".

Applejack chuckled and poked Rainbow's bottom lip.

"Don't be all pouty. Now go take a shower an brush yir teeth".

Rainbow rolled off the bed and onto the floor with a thud. Applejack's eyes widened. She crawled over to the end of the bed quickly. Rainbow shot up, making the blonde jump back.

"Are you okay??", Applejack asked.

Rainbow nodded smiling.

"Yup".

Rainbow turned and ran out of the room. Applejack heard a bang a few seconds later.

"Who put this wall here??".

Applejack rolled her eyes and flopped back onto the bed.

"What's for breakfast, chef Apples??", Rainbow asked grinning. Applejack was making some pancakes. Rainbow watched from behind Applejack as she cooked. Rainbow had to stay behind Applejack.

She wasn't allowed the stand in front of the stove when it was on. Ever. But she didn't mind.

Rainbow wrapped her arms around Applejack's waist, her head on Applejack's back. Applejack smiled as she put the pancakes on the large plate.

The girls got the other stuff and their drinks and sat down. Rainbow put a shit load of syrup and butter on her pancakes. Applejack watched her with amusement.

Rainbow smiled. She grabbed her fork and stabbed the pancakes. The teen stared at the fork for a moment before taking it out. She stab the pancakes once more.

"Babe", Applejack said.

Rainbow looked at her. Applejack gave her a look. Rainbow nodded. She gave the pancakes a final stab before lifting the stack up with her hands. Applejack's eyes widened. She watched as her girlfriend bit into the stack of pancakes like it was as burger. Rainbow had syrup all over her mouth. She chewed the mouthful.

When she swallowed she grinned and picked up the stack once more and repeated the process.

Applejack just watched her, eating her own pancakes like a normal person. Rainbow finally finished and drank her juice. She smiled in content.

"That was tasty. You make some awesome pancakes AJ".

Applejack stared at her. "Rainbow??".

"Yeah??"..

"Why??".

Rainbow grinned. "Why what??".

Applejack blinked. "Firget it".

Rainbow put their plates in the dish washer and washed her hands. She sat down and looked at Applejack, who had a wash cloth in her hands. Applejack turned to her.

"Let's get that syrup off yir mouth".

Applejack cleaned off the syrup off Rainbow's lips. Rainbow smiled and blew a kiss at her. Applejack grinned at her.

"Love you too".

Rainbow smiled. "Can we play in the snow now??".

Applejack smiled. "Sure. Let's go get dressed".

Rainbow was down the hall and upstairs by the end of the sentence. Applejack chuckled as she walked down the hall.

"Woohoo!!".

Rainbow jumped into the snow. She was surprised when it went up to her knees.

"Wow", she said. "This is like two feet".

Applejack chuckled, walking over to her. Rainbow took a hand full of snow and threw it up in the air. Applejack smiled.

"What do you wanna do first??".

Rainbow smirked. "Can I ask you a question??".

Applejack nodded.

Rainbow grinned. "Do you wanna build a snowman??".

Applejack busted out laughing. She clutched her stomach. She laughed.

"Oh mah gosh hahahaha!!, you're so funny. Haha!!".

Applejack giggled and looked at her. Rainbow stood there looking at her.

"Do you??. It doesn't have to be a snowman", Rainbow said.

Applejack smiled at the irony. "Sure".

The girls spent an hour building a snowman. They stood back and looked at it. Applejack thought it looked funny.

She looked up at Rainbow Dash. The girl was beaming with joy.

"Yay!!. Our first snowman together!!".

Applejack thought she looked cute with her winter jacket on and her scarf and cute little gloves and boots that she trudged around in through the snow that almost swallowed the tiny girl up.

Applejack walked up to her. She took her hand.

"You're so cute".

Rainbow looked behind Applejack. She gasped. Applejack quickly turned around. She saw nothing. Turning to Rainbow Dash, she was blinded by white. Her face was extremely cold.

Applejack gasped. She realized it was snow and that she had been tricked.

Wiping off the cold snow, Applejack saw a laughing Rainbow running away. Oh it was on.

Scooping up a ball of snow, Applejack ran after Rainbow. She chased the girl around the yard. Finally catching her, Applejack grabbed Rainbow Dash.
Rainbow laughed.

"No. Let me go".

Applejack grinned. She smashed the snowball on Rainbow's head, getting it on her hair. She picked the girl up. Rainbow struggled against her.

Applejack walked over to a big pile of snow. She dropped Rainbow into it. Rainbow screamed as she dissappeared into the snow. The only way Applejack could still see Rainbow was her hair. It's not hard to miss it in all that white.

Rainbow Dash sat up giggling. She stood up. Shaking the snow off, she let out an frosty breath.

"You're mean", she said. "That was so uncool".

Applejack grinned and walked up to her.

"It's called, you did it first".

Rainbow smiled. She took Applejack's hands. She sniffled. Her nose was pink.

"C'mon", Applejack said. "Let's get inside an have some hot chocolate".

Rainbow clapped excitedly. The girls went back inside. Stripping off their wet winter clothes, they got into something warm. The two sat in the living room, watching a few movies while drinking hot chocolate.

Rainbow smiled. She looked at Applejack.

"I love winter".

Applejack smiled. "Ah do too. Ah never really paid much attention to it but now....... it's beautiful".

Rainbow looked out of the window.

"Let's go outside for a few minutes".

Applejack and her put on their jackets and boots and went outside. Rainbow walked out into the porch. She looked around smiling.

Stepping out into the snow, the teen looked back at Applejack. The blonde teen walked over to her. Applejack took her hands. Rainbow smiled.

Suddenly she felt something on her nose. She gasped in surprise. Looking up, she smiled. It was snowing.

Tiny snowflakes fell gracefully around them. Rainbow smiled and stared up at the sky. It was quite a sight. Snowflakes landed on her cheeks and eyelashes and hair.

Looking at Applejack, she smiled.

"Snowflakes are so beautiful", she said.

Applejack smiled. "Not as beautiful as you".

Rainbow wrapped her arms around her shoulders. Applejack held her by the waist gently. She smiled at Rainbow. The two stared at eachother, slowly getting closer. Applejack smiled, her eyes closing, closing the gap between them.

Their warm lips pressed against eachother. Rainbow felt like it was something out of a movie. Kissing in the snow.

Pulling away, she smiled at Applejack. Applejack smiled back.

"Let's go watch some more movies".

"And hot chocolate with marshmallows??", Rainbow asked hopefully.

Applejack kissed her nose.

"You betcha".

"I love winter", Rainbow Dash declared.

Applejack leaned in and kissed her lips once more.

"Meet too".
