Applejack always knew there was something about Rainbow. Something....... she couldn't describe it. Ever since she met Rainbow she knew there was something about the girl that she couldn't explain.

The girl always had a wild animal approach them. Once a mountain lion came up to them while they were camping. Rainbow loved to be outdoors. The animal simply laid down beside Rainbow and slept. Applejack hadn't been so scared in her life when that mountain lion came up to them. But Rainbow wasn't. She was completely calm. It was like it was no big deal to her.

Rainbow lived kids. She was very protective of them. Whenever she met a child, they were instantly in love with her. Rainbow were with kids in their neighborhood when she wasn't hunting. She was very careful with them and gentle. Once a child had run out in the street into the path of a car. Rainbow had jump in the way and took the hit. The kid was okay. Rainbow had a broken arm. But surprisingly it healed much faster than anyone thought it woukd. Point is, Rainbow would so anything for kids.

Then there was her skills with hunting. The girl couldn't stop talking about archery and hunting. She was in the archery club and made a few friends that loved it too. For some Celestia forsaken reason Rainbow always carried a bow and arrow. Everywhere she went she had it with her and the weird thing was, it was like nobody even noticed she had it.

Whenever they went to the airport to travel out of state, the people there were completely clueless to the bow and arrow on the plane. Applejack was completely weirded out but didn't say anything. The blonde girl never questioned it. Until one day...... she saw Rainbow shoot someone with one of her arrows. It was a random stranger.

Applejack was in the forest, looking for her girlfriend who had been gone for in the woods all day. She came around a path when she saw Rainbow.

The blonde decided to watch. Looking ahead she saw a man there. Looking back at Rainbow Dash she saw the girl with her bow raised and aiming right for the man. Before she could say anything, the arrow was released. The man was shot and fell to the ground dead, the arrow in his chest.

Applejack gasped and covered her mouth. Rainbow heard and shot up. Her eyes widened in panic when she saw Applejack.

"Applejack".

Applejack backed away

"You just..... oh god......you...".
Rainbow put her bow and arrow away.

"Applejack, I can explain everything to you. I swear I can. There's more to this than what you saw. I have my very weird and kinda unbelievable reasons".

Applejack turned and ran.

"Wait!!".

Rainbow ran after her.

"Applejack. Let me explain".

Applejack didn't listen and just ran. Of coarse Rainbow caught up to her. She grabbed her arms and stopped her.

"I said I can explain. Now let me".

Applejack turned around.

"No need. I saw you kill that guy".

She looked angry. Rainbow sighed.

"I know. But you have to believe me when I tell you the entire story. I've never lied to you right??".

Applejack crossed her arms and shrugged.

"Right".

Rainbow sighed again. "Now. What im going to tell you is the most craziest, unbelievable, outrageous, insanest thing ever but I promise you, I'm not lying. I haven't lied to you before and I will NOT start today".

Rainbow took a deep breath. She laughed.

"Why am I even telling you??. You won't even believe me. Nevermind".

She backed up.

"There's no way on earth you'll believe me so why bother??. I'll just go".

Rainbow bit her lip.

"So I guess it's over. Okay. See ya Applejack".

The girl turned around and walked. She was suddenly grabbed and turned around. Applejack looked her in the eye.

"No. Ah don't care if it's crazy. Ah want the truth even if ah don't believe you".

Rainbow raised an eyebrow.

"You want to hear why??. You're gunna think I'm crazy".

Applejack shrugged. "So??. Tell me".

Rainbow sighed.

"I'm a goddess".

Applejack stared at her for a second.

"What??".

Rainbow bit her lip.

"Rainbow Dash isn't my real name. My name is Artemis".

Applejack stared at her.

"Okaaay.......and that is??".

Rainbow sighed. "I'm the goddess of hunting, viginity and child birth".

Applejack had to take a step back.

"Wait what??. You're a goddess. Okay".
Rainbow sighed. "See??. It's pointless to have even told you. Now you think I'm a nut right??".

Applejack looked at her. "Honestly??".

Rainbow nodded.

Applejack chuckled. "I think you're insane".

Rainbow sighed and looked at the ground.

"Insane fir not tellin' me sooner".

Rainbow's head snapped up.

"What??".

Applejack smiled. "Ah do believe ya. Now uh tell me. What are you and why did you kill that man??".

Rainbow smiled. She hugged the blonde tightly. She giggled.

"You believe me. Oh my gosh. You don't think crazy or a loon. I can't believe it".

Rainbow took a deep breath.

"Okay first off. Look back at the body".

Applejack turned around. She looked around. There wasn't one.

"Uhhh where is it??".

Rainbow smirked. "Who knows. I don't".

Applejack looked back at her. Suddenly she heard some rustling.m by some bushes. The two turned and looked. A deer came out. Rainbow smiled. She held her hand out. The deer came to her. The girl gently pet the animal.

"I'm the goddess of the hunt".

Applejack'seyes widened. That would explain alot.

"Your bow and arrow".

"I'm the protector of animals. Wild and tame".

Applejack nodded. "The animals".

Rainbow smiled. "I'm also the protector of children".

"Why you're so protective of em", Applejack realized.

Rainbow nodded. She back frowned and backed away. She couldn't bear to look Applejack in the eyes anymore. Applejack noticed.

"What??. You can tell me".

Rainbow shook her head.

"I cant do it. I can't say it. You'd hate me".

Applejack shook her head. She walked up to her.

"Rainbow...... you've told me this much..... Ah could never hate you. Ah love you. Does it have ta do with why you kill that guy?".

Rainbow nodded. She looked up at the blonde girl.

"I also bring death. I kill people with my arrows".

Applejack bit her lip. She looked away.

"Oh".

Rainbow nodded. She was terrified of what Applejack would say. Applejack looked at her.

"If you're ah goddess, why are you on earth??".

Rainbow sighed. "Well. My father is Zeus. Now, like I said. I'm the goddess of virginity so I've never really paid attention to marriage or having kids. Once I did fall for this other guy when I was with my family in my home in the heavens as you humans call it. His name was Orion. Me and him went hunting all the time together. But my brother got jealous for some reason. One day he challenged my archery skills".

Rainbow crossed her arms. She looked upset as she talked.

"He challenged me to shoot an arrow at an object that was far out to sea and....".

"What it Orion??", Applejack asked.

Rainbow nodded. "Yeah".

Applejack's eye widened. "Ah'm sorry".

Rainbow nodded. "He was a good guy. The first person I ever loved".

Applejack gave her a confused look.

"Why are you the goddess of virginity??".

Rainbow sighed. "I asked my father for eternal virginity. He granted it. I like being a virgin. It makes me feel speacial in a way. But I guess others didn't think so"..

Applejack frowned.

"Don't tell me what I think you're tellin' me".

Rainbow nodded.

"Yeah. Some man tried to rape me. So I killed him".

Applejack was shocked. "Wow".

Rainbow nodded. "Yeah. I protect my virginity well and if anyone tried to take it, I kill them".

Rainbow looked away. "I do other stuff but I don't think you wanna know".

"Rainbow", Applejack said seriously. "Ah need ta know everythin".

Rainbow sighed. "You won't hate me??".

"Of coarse not".

Rainbow sighed. "Also bring disease to women and girls. Remember that time you got really sick last year and you had to be in the hospital??".

Applejack nodded.

"I did that".

Rainbow looked at her. "I'm sorry. It's just what I do. I don't know why. I was just born that way and I'm really sorry".

Applejack asked, "id's that why ya didn't stay with me that night in the hospital??".

Rainbow nodded. "I couldn't face you. I felt so guilty. I caused you so much suffering that I just couldn't look at you that night. I'm very very sorry Applejack. I just felt guilty about what I put you through that I couldn't take it or look at you-".

"Rainbow".

Rainbow stopped rambling and looked at her.

"It's okay. Ah get it".

The blonde took her hands in hers.

"But I also take away disease. Whenever I see a sick girl on the street I heal her. That's why we've never seen a sick person on the street or on a plane or bus. It's because it take it away or give it to them when ee leave so noone notices I did it".

"Oh".

Rainbow nodded. Applejack looked at her.

"U u still didn't answer mah question. Why are you here??".

Rainbow smiled and looked at her.

"Because. I fell in love with you".

Applejack was shocked. Rainbow gave up her goddess life to be with her??.

"Explain", she said.

"I saw you. I watched over you when you younger. I fell in love with you. I asked my father let me become part human and live here to try and win your heart, which I did".

Applejack laughed.

"I look like a human, but I have the power of my goddess form".

Suddenly Rainbow looked at Applejack in fear. She backed away.

"I.......oh my gosh".

Applejack frowned. "What is it??. Tell me".

Rainbow shook her head. "No, I can't. I just can't tell you. You'd hate me".

Applejack took the girl by her arms shaking her head.

"Ah wouldn't. Tell me".

Rainbow nodded, tears running down her face.

"Yes you will. You're gunna hate me. You'll never want to look at me or talk to me ever again. I can't tell you. You'll be so angry. Just know that I'm sorry. I don't have control over who I kill, I just kill when I get the feeling that I need to kill them. I'm sorry".

Rainbow sobbed into her arms. Applejack was completely confused.

"What sre you talking about Rainbow??. You can tell me. Ah want ta know. I won't hate you. I still love you".

Rainbow looked at her. Applejack wiped her tears away. The blonde nodded.

"It's okay. Tell me".

Rainbow sniffled. "It's killed your parents".

Applejack froze. She stared at Rainbow.

"That's why the killer was never found. A goddess can't be caught by humans".

Rainbow was about to turn around when a hand grabbed her wrist. Rainbow turned to look at Applejack.

"You did it??", Applejack asked, a stone cold look on her face.

Rainbow nodded. "Just let me go Applejack. I can't be caught and you hate me so just let me walk away".

Rainbow faced her. "Or better. Let me erase your memory of me".

Applejack looked at her confused.

"I can do that. I can make you forget you ever met me. I don't exist in this world anyway so it'll be like I never existed here anyway. Just tell me to and I'll do it. If it'll make this any better. I think it's best you forgot about me than to be dating your parents' killer".

Applejack's grip didn't loosen. Rainbow looked away.

"I'm sorry Applejack. If I had control over who I kill I wouldn't kill anyone. I wouldn't. I don't, so there was nothing I could do. I'm sorry. Just let me go and I'll be out of your life forever. I'll leave the human world and go back home".

Applejack shook her head.

"Rainbow".

Rainbow looked up at her. Applejack had tears in her eyes.

"This is your home".

Rainbow did not expect her to say that.

"This is your home. Ah don't care what you did that was 13 years ago babe. I'm not gunna hate you. That wouldn't do any good".

Rainbow looked at her.

"Listen, Applejack", she said. "I understand if you dont wanna date me anymore. After everything I've put you through, who would??. So uh. What I can do is just dissappear. I can go home and you can forget you ever met me. It'll be this", she pointed between the two of them. "Me. Was only only a dream. A dream that you won't remember when you wake up. It won't mean anything to you. I won't mean anything to you and you'll forget about me. It'll only be a dream".

Applejack shook her head.

"Rainbow, are you also the goddess of deafness??. I just said that this is your home. Ah am your girlfriend. You're not goin' anywhere".

Rainbow stared at her.

"Ah don't care what you are. Ah don't care what you've don't in the past. Ah forgive you fir what you did to mah parents. Ah do. And don't you dare even think about erasing mah memory of you because you are the last thing I want ta firget about. Ah love you, goddess or not. Ah love you fir you and no force in the heavens where you come from or earth can change that".

Rainbow had tears in her eyes. Applejack took her hand. She had a serious look on her face.

"And if anyone ever.....tried ta hurt you again...... let me know and ah will kill them mahself because noone touches mah girl or tries ta take what makes her speacial ta her".

Applejack pulled her in for a hug. Applejack kissed the top of her head.

"Ah love you so much", she said.

"I love you too", Rainbow replied smiling. She looked up at the blonde.

Applejack smiled. "Ah always knew there somethin' speacial about cha. Never could quite figure you out. Ah'm glad you told me".

Rainbow looked at the ground.

"So. You don't hate me??".

Applejack laughed. "No you crazy girl. Ah don't".

Rainbow laughed. "Well that's good".

She looked at the deer.

"Go back to your mama. She's looking for you".

The small deer scampered off.

Rainbow looked back at Applejack. The blonde wrapped her arms around her.

"So. Mah girlfriend a goddess. Well now ah have another reason to love you".

Rainbow smiled. "I guess it does".

"Can ah still call ya Rainbow Dash??", Applejack asked.

Rainbow nodded. "Whatever you want".

Applejack smirked. "Ah like it. Think about it. Rainbow Dash. The goddess of hunting, animals, viginity and child birth, death by arrows, and disease"

Rainbow smiled. "Yup. That's me".

Applejack kissed her cheek. "Ah wouldn't wanna be with anyone else".
