Powers: Alina is able to shift or grow animal features such as a dog tail, bird wings, cat ears, etc. She gains the abilities of the animal features such as flight, heightened hearing, heightened sense of smell, etc. She isn't able to fully shapeshift into an animal and is currently only able to have two features at a time.

Personality: Alina is a realist and pessimist. Due to her past, she has a hard time trusting others and is suspicious of people who are kind to her, believing they have ulterior motives. Her heart has been hardened and she put up walls around herself. She speaks bluntly and honestly, preferring not to beat around the bush. This can make her sound mean and she can be unintentionally cruel without realizing it. When she is mean and hurts someone's feelings, she has a hard time conveying her feelings and finds it difficult to apologize. Alina has a habit of speaking with sarcam and rolling her eyes when she's impatient. Underneath her cold exterior, she really is just a lonely girl who wants to make friends. Once you knock down her walls and gain her trust, she'll open up to you and accept you as a friend. She'll make jokes and make sure you know that she'll always have your back. Alina is extremely loyal and would never leave a friend behind.

Background: Alina's father was a shapeshifter and her mother was human. Shortly after her birth, her father was hunted down and killed by people who saw him shapeshift and thought he was a demon. She was raised lovingly by her mother until she was 10 when her mother died of illness. Having no other family, Alina was sent to live in an orphanage run by a church. She lived there happily until she was 12 and started to develop her abilities. One day, a nun found her changing her nose into a pig nose to make the other children laugh and told the priest. The priest believed she was a demon and performed several exorcisms on her. As time went on and nothing seemed to work, the exorcisms got more violent and wild. Finally, Alina couldn't take it anymore and ran away. She lived on the street for several years until she found the school.
