Personality: Cade puts up a facade of a friendly yet aloof businessman on the regular and to be honest, he's not sure if it's a facade anymore. He would say he's having a midlife crisis but he's been having this identity crisis for basically his whole life now. When he's working, he acts completely professional and serious. His ambitious and hardworking attitude inspires his coworkers to look up to him and strive to do better. He's very calm and collected and never seems to break a sweat, even when a deal goes south he somehow swoops in and manages to save it.

Outside of work, he's mostly the same but surprisingly has a suave side and is known to be quite the charming gentleman. More surprisingly is that he's been single since forever and his coworkers can't seem to figure out why he refuses to get into a relationship when girls practically throw themselves at him. He seems to be the perfect man wrapped up in a polite bow during and outside of work. While this is how he acts when he's with others, Cade isn't sure that's who he really is.

To be honest, he feels like he doesn't truly know himself because growing up he spent so much time trying to please his parents that he never tried to pursue personal interests or make friends. As a result, he has trouble opening up and expressing his feelings to other. He usually keeps all his emotions inside until they disappear which may seem unhealthy but for him it's the only way he can deal with things. When someone is being pushy or making him uncomfortable, Cade tried to tell them to back off nicely but can also unintentionally act cold and distant. He's not all that empathetic and can be blind to when he hurts other people's feelings. Secretly, he acts like a cute dork but gets extremely embarrassed if anyone catches him acting this way.

Backstory: Cade grew up in a rich family, his father ran an successful business company man and his mother came from a well off family. He was an accident and born ten years after his older brother. Due to the large age gap, his brother and him were never close and they only grew more distant as he got older. Cade's older brother was a progidy and was everything their father wanted in an heir, it was soon clear that his brother would inherit the company. This never bothered Cade, in fact he was happy for his brother. However, even though he himself was exceptionally smart for his age, he was constantly compared to his brother. He could never live up to the unattainable high standards his father set for him and his father would yell at him for it. Eventually, Cade got fed up with his family and once he was old enough, he moved out to live on his own and has been estranged from his family ever since.
